Psycho-Cybernetics is one of those books that tends to land differently when you slow down and study it instead of just listening.

What makes it stick for a lot of people is how Maxwell Maltz ties self-image to behavior. His core idea is pretty simple but powerful: you don’t outperform your self-image for long. So instead of forcing change through willpower, you reshape how you see yourself—and your actions start to follow.

Reading it physically lets you actually work the ideas:
