The Wilder Brothers series from NYT Bestselling Author Carrie Ann Ryan continues with an enemies to lovers, workplace romance where Wyatt Wilder meets his match.

The moment I found out my ex-wife was cheating with my former best friend I knew I’d hit rock bottom, and it was time for a change. With the freshly signed divorce papers in hand, I want nothing to do with my old life as I start my new one with my brothers and our new distillery and bar on the Wilder Retreat.

Only when I see my former best friend’s ex, Ava, in need of a job, I can’t say no. Not when she has their eight-year-old daughter in tow and nowhere to go.

Now I’m forced to work with the woman from my past I’d rather forget. We both want to move on, but every time we’re near each other, the fire hadn’t known we could have burns between us even brighter.

We should say no. The complications would break us. Yet we can’t walk away.

Even when it would be safer for all of us if we do.

Wyatt's heart is closed for business after catching his wife cheating on him with his at-the-time best friend. But he's started over at his family's estate, has made a name for himself with the family's newest bar distillery. And now somehow he's offered his enemy a job there after having seen her get fired. He's not sure what he was thinking, offering his former best friend's ex-wife a job at his bar, but he can't back out of it now. Ava and her adorable little girl Faith need this job or they'll be homeless and broke. He may always argue with Ava, but he's not so much of a jerk that he'd let that happen.

Ava regrets a lot of things in her marriage to her douchey ex, but she also got the best thing in her life from it - her daughter Faith. But her ex had a much better lawyer than she, so she's stuck at a dead end job living paycheck to paycheck. And now that dead end job is gone, thanks to a horrible boss. She's used to life sucking, so imagine her surprise when help in the form of her sort of enemy, aka the man who happened to be her ex friend's husband, the same ex friend her ex-husband cheated on her with. Yeah. Working with Wyatt Wilder might test her strength, but she'll survive, she has to, for her daughter's sake. And she just might lose her heart to him after finding out he's so much more than she had realized.

If ever a couple deserves healing, love and happiness with each other, it's Ava and Wyatt. Life had done them both wrong, had given them scars and baggage that no one deserved. All their fighting before was just an outlet of their true feelings for each other, so it was inevitable that once in close proximity, they'd not only give into those feelings, they'd realize how they had really felt all along. I've been loving the Wilder Brothers series, and in Wyatt and Ava I think I've found my new favorite couple. I wouldn't call them a true enemies to lovers story, but the snark and the tension was definitely there, which is usually my favorite part of enemies to more, but here, it's their heart - individually, as a couple, their heart is beautiful.

I received this book for free in exchange for an honest review. This does not affect my opinion of the book or the content of my review."Forever for Us" is an ideal pick for those who cherish heartwarming romance novels. Blending the enemies-to-lovers trope with the concept of a found family, "Forever for Us" weaves a romantic tale about two individuals discovering love after heartbreak and coming to terms with their past issues.

'Forever for Us' is the eighth installment in 'The Wilder Brothers' series. This book marked the start of my journey into Carrie Ann Ryan's literary universe. My only regret is not having delved into her work sooner.

This installment delivers the story of Wyatt and Ava. The two became acquainted through their respective spouses, however they never got along. Whenever they were in each other's company, heated arguments would often ensue. Then, the unimaginable occurred: their spouses had an affair with each other, which led to the severing of all ties.

While Wyatt managed to recover from the negative impacts of his divorce, Ava wasn't as fortunate. Her ex-husband left her with nothing except full custody of their daughter. She faces financial difficulties and is compelled to work in a joyless job. However, her prospects started to improve when Wyatt proposed a position as his assistant manager and bartender at the Wilder distillery and bar—an offer she accepted amidst her lingering doubts. Unbeknownst to them, this opportunity would pave the way for romance and their eventual happily ever after.

The story was truly delightful and heartwarming. Ryan masterfully portrayed the tension that evolved into steamy encounters between the protagonists. Despite their strong mutual attraction, both were cautious and uncertain about handling their burgeoning emotions. One thing was certain: they both wanted to safeguard Ava's daughter, necessitating a careful approach.

The character interactions truly made this a delightful read. Wyatt's dynamics with his siblings and Ava's daughter, Faith, were particularly enjoyable. At the age of eight, Faith's insights were remarkably profound. Both Ava and Wyatt's exes make an appearance in the story. Having met them, I believe that Ava and Wyatt are much better off without these toxic individuals, who quite frankly, deserve each other.

Overall, a delightful experience was had with "Forever for Us," and I highly recommended it to fans of romance. This review was originally posted on Totally Addicted to Reading

Forever for Us by Carrie Ann Ryan is the 8th book in The Wilder Brothers series, but can be read as a standalone, though I highly recommend every book in the series. Here we have Wyatt Wilder in an enemies to lovers, workplace romance with Ava, the one woman he needs to stay away from.

Wyatt and Ava are divorced from their cheating exes when they meet again. The last thing Ava wants is help from Wyatt, but what choice does she have as she will do whatever it takes to care for her daughter. Now they are working and spending time together with lines getting blurred, but with so much at stake, do they jump right in or walk away?

Wyatt was protective, caring and kind and Ava was determined, vulnerable and considerate. Ava did not want to depend on others as she is used to standing alone, however, the Wilders are ready to help and will do not know what no means. Especially Wyatt who is drawn to both Ava and Faith, her daughter. I enjoyed watching the push and pull between these two as they try to keep each other at arm’s length, but some things cannot be denied. Their journey is emotional, angst-filled and charming and I loved their story.

Happy reading!

He had a lowdown dirty ex-wife. She had a lowdown, dirty ex-husband. The difference is she was left with a child and no money and no family close per se and has the weight of the world on her head. They knew each other in the past and they came together at her breaking point. The thing that made this book interesting was Carrie Ann Ryan creating a little girl who is the catalyst throughout the story addressing the heaviest, most emotional moments. Those were the strongest moments in this entire book. The secondary characters are of course welcomed and appreciated. I was happy to say they did not have a lot of stupid excess melodrama. The conclusion was acceptable and the book was fun.

Welcome back to Texas and the Wilder family…as they continue to make a name for themselves in the wine industry, the wedding industry, the restaurant industry, and now branching out into the liquor industry (vodka).

Forever for Us starts up where ‘Moments for You’ literally stopped…so if you haven’t read Ridge’s & Aurora’s story and you don’t want spoilers—STOP here.

For those that have read ‘Moments for You’ but may not remember how it ended—Wyatt was closing up the bar/distillery when both his exes showed up (soon to be ex-wife & ex-best friend)…he ‘chatted’…they left…someone managed to ‘sneak in’ to rob the place & Wyatt got injured.

That’s where Wyatt’s book starts…

A day or so later…he stopped by a diner to grab some coffee…and saw Ava (the ex-best friends ex-wife)…things kinda went south for Ava in terms of her divorce…her ex is an tool.

When Ava ends out of a job…without really ‘thinking’ Wyatt offers her a job as bartender/associate manager of the bar/distillery.

Prior to their exes hooking up…they’d hung out…but always seemed to ‘argue’ with each other. But…Ava needs a job to be able to support her daughter, Faith. So…she takes the job with the Wilders…and luckily it also comes with housing.

Ava and Faith settle in to their cottage…and then Ava & Wyatt start ‘seeing’ each other…and at first it’s random encounters that could get them in ‘trouble’ if any guest stumbled upon (especially the first time).

Then there is still the matter of their exes (especially Ava’s—when he’s suppose to pay child support), figuring out who initially robbed the bar/distillery & navigating their way into a relationship with each other…right in time for the holidays.

So what happens? Well…the answers can be found within the pages of Forever for Us…and it will be available to purchase come Monday, August 26. So, schedule a ‘day off of work’, pour a cold drink (or coffee), find a good place to settle in with the latest Wilder family story.

There are two Wilder brothers left…and unless one of them falls for someone with unattached siblings…I’ll have to possibly choose a favorite Wilder come next spring—and I’m not sure if I can do that or not.

I love Carrie Ann Ryan’s series—especially since they’re intertwined & you can go back and binge-read series that you wouldn’t ‘expect’ to be related to the current series. The Wilders jumped onto the scene after Eliza got her story within the Montgomery Ink world…so while come spring it may be ‘goodbye’ it won’t be a forever goodbye—because once you’re drawn into the Montgomery Ink world—there is ‘no escape’. Forever for Us is a five out five stars.

Wyatt is working to move past his divorce with his brothers in their new whiskey distillery. When he runs into Ava again, his ex-best friend’s ex-wife, he doesn’t like the reminder of his marriage, but he also has a pull to help her. Offering a job at the distillery is an easy way to help her and it helps him too. But as they work together, they realize there is a spark between them that is more than the pain of their shared past.

Ava is struggling to keep everything together in the year since her own marriage fell apart, a casualty of the same affair that broke Wyatt’s marriage. She didn’t get any of the physical property in the divorce, but the only thing she fought for was custody of her daughter. Her job has never been flexible about her single parenthood, and when that is the reason she is fired, she knows she needs something that recognizes the sometimes last minute nature of parenting. Accepting Wyatt’s job offer means moving her daughter, but maybe that is exactly the fresh start they both need after a tough year.

I absolutely loved this story from start to finish. Wyatt is recovering from an attack that happened at the bar, but his protective streak runs too deep to look away when he realizes Ava has nothing after her own divorce. He knows the lifestyle his former best friend is living and can’t believe Ava would be living like she is as a result. Ava’s little girl pulled my (and Wyatt’s) heartstrings with her sweetness.

There is a lot going on here, from both Wyatt and Ava healing from their divorces to finding themselves in close quarters for the first time in a long time. And in the background I couldn’t forget that Wyatt was attacked in the bar at the end of the last book. I couldn’t help but watch for that threat in the background as well.

I love returning to the Wilder Resort through the Wilder cousins. This whole family is fantastic together and I love the way they work and live in close proximity, making up for lost time together.

Forever For Us is book 8 in the Wilder Brothers series. Keep in mind that books 1 through 6 followed the original Wilder brothers and books 7 and beyond follow their cousins.

Ava is a single mom, whose ex-husband left her high and dry in the divorce after cheating on her with his best friend's wife. She is working two jobs to provide housing and food for her daughter.

Wyatt is a Wilder. He owns the bar on the Wilder Resort grounds. When he found out his wife had been cheating on him with his best friend, he left her and filed for divorce.

Wyatt and Ava are bonded, since their exes were the ones cheating with each other on their former spouses. Unfortunately, neither has kept in tough with the other due to the circumstances. So when Wyatt decides he wants some eggs and goes to the diner in town for them, he is surprised to see Ava is his waitress. What happens after that, well let me just say bad things come in three's.

Wyatt offers Ava a job at his bar as the assistant manager and bartender. She was already considering going back to bartending, but she has never been an assistant manager. But she is good with people and is willing to learn, so she takes the job. Especially since it comes with housing and daycare for her daughter, Faith.

After a previous incident at the bar, there is a rule that no one works after hours alone. So when Wyatt needs to close out the register and do paperwork after closing the bar, Ava stays with him. During this quiet time, they get to know each other better and he starts invading her space.

One night, things go further than they should. Afterwards, they agree that it should never happen again. But, never say never. These two are like firecrackers around each other and it is just a matter of time before they go off.

When a threat, from recent history and both of their pasts, comes after them, will they fight for each other or will they cut and run? When the culprits are revealed, and their reasons, will it impact the budding new relationship? Has Wyatt finally decided what he wants after a promise he made to himself many years ago?

Jason Clarke is a dream as Wyatt, and the other Wilder men. I must admit this is my first Rose Dioro book this year, and I had forgotten how much I enjoy her voice. She has quite a range, playing the Wilder women, Ava, Faith (an 8 year old child) and Ava's mother. These two combined are a force in this audiobook.

My review is written after listening to the audio version of this book

I loved this book, Ava and Wyatt have both been hurt as their respective partners cheated on them together. Both are now divorced and hurting, Ava more than Wyatt as her ex-husband took everything in their divorce leaving her homeless and broke.

Ava is doing her best to bring up her eight-year-old daughter Faith single-handedly following the divorce by holding down two jobs. One she does from home but the other is as a part-time waitress in a diner for which she needs child-care. She never feels safe at the diner where customers can be "too handsy" and she is perpetually bullied by her lecherous and callous boss. But that didn't lessen the feeling of devastation and humiliation when he fired her in front of a packed breakfast crowd which included the ex-husband of the woman her ex-husband cheated on her with.

Wyatt had fancied some egg so called in a diner never expecting to see Ava working there. He had no idea how badly she had fared in her divorce but when she was fired he offered her a job and a place to live at the Wilder Retreat as his Bar Manager. They had always rubbed each other the wrong way whenever they met, she was his ex-wife's friend and was married to his best friend who then slept with his ex-wife while they were still married. But Ava and her daughter Faith needed help following the raw deal Ava’s ex, Faith’s father dealt them so he offered it.

Despite their former contentious relationship, as they work together they can't help feeling drawn to each other, and even though they try to fight their growing feelings their relationship becomes a physical one. Neither wants to hurt Faith so initially they try to keep everything casual but are forced to face the fact that they have feelings for each other.

Then just when everything seems to be going well their exes try to destroy everything Ava and Wyatt are building together forcing them to admit what they mean to each other.

The book is wonderfully narrated by Jason Clarke and Rose Dioro, I loved how they brought the characters to life and made me feel every emotion Ava and Wyatt did.

**Audiobook Review**

It’s always a good day to go back to the Wilder Retreat and all the Wilders. “Forever for Us” is a romantic, heartfelt and sweet enemies to lovers single mom romance that I loved so much.

Since her divorce, Ava has been working nonstop to provide for her daughter, Faith. And that includes working a diner job that isn’t the best environment. And the last person she was expecting to see was her ex-husband’s best friend, Wyatt Wilder. Wyatt works at the retreat as the manager for the bar they have there and he’s getting stretched thin running it by himself, especially after he gets robbed one night while closing. When Wyatt sees she’s in need of a job and a place to live, he offers the position as the assistant manager. These two have a complicated past and as they spend time together, the tension that they thought was hate is actually something more.

I loved the synopsis of this book and how these two were tied together through their exes. Ava is an amazing mom and would do anything for her daughter. I loved that she put her first without hesitation and made sure she was safe and happy. Wyatt is swoony from the beginning and only gets even more swoony as the story continues. He truly listens to Ava and he anticipates her needs. He goes above and beyond to show that he cares about her and Faith. These two might have thought they hated each other but that was just leading up to them realizing that they were meant for each other. The connection was instant when they were alone and I loved their feral need for each other in the beginning. They were so passionate with each other. The last few chapters were perfect and I loved the ending. I can’t wait for Gabriel’s story next.

Jason Clarke and Rose Dioro narrated as Wyatt and Ava. Jason brought Wyatt’s caring, vulnerable and protective personality out perfectly. Rose was great as Ava, her narration was caring and sweet just like her. These two were great together and I enjoyed this audiobook so much.

I really enjoyed this one! I loved Wyatt and Ava and Faith was adorable. Wyatt and Ava know each other because Wyatt's best friend, Aaron, was married to Ava and Wyatt's wife and Ava's husband had an affair together. Wyatt and Ava really have not seen each other since everything went down and they both went through their divorces separately. Ava ended up getting screwed in the divorce but the one thing she was able to get was full custody of her daughter, Faith. It has put her in a tough situation though and she is trying to make ends meet and when Wyatt walks into the diner where she works for 1 of her jobs, it is a shock to both of them. Of course, then things go from bad to worse for Ava when her boss is a jerk and ends up firing her. Wyatt then offers her the job of being assistant manager for his bar on Wilder property with a place for Faith to stay and be watched while she is working. I enjoyed watching Wyatt and Ava get to know each other again. They definitely argued a lot in the past and while they still have some of that going on, they are working to move past it and the sexual tension between them starts making itself known. I loved how Wyatt interacted with both Ava and Faith. He cares for both of them and wants to see Ava do well and is upset on her behalf for what Aaron did to her and how she's been treated as well as how he has pretty much disappeared out of Faith's life. Both Ava and Wyatt have healing to do in order to really be able to move forward. At first they are both in denial about it and then after something happens they are both "that can never happen again" so kind of pretend it never happened....until it happens again. Both are very conscious of Faith and putting themselves in a situation to get hurt again or let Faith get hurt. It was great though, once they finally made that choice to move forward, they give it everything they have. I enjoyed how things developed between them and how they built trust with each other. This was a great read and I can't wait for more!

𝐅𝐨𝐫𝐞𝐯𝐞𝐫 𝐟𝐨𝐫 𝐔𝐬 is the 8th book in the Wilder Brothers series by Carrie Ann Ryan, featuring an emotional and spicy enemies to lovers romance for Wyatt and Ava with a side of suspense. Wyatt Wilder just wants to move on with his life, after his ex-wife Isabelle cheated on him with his former best friend, Aaron. However, when he runs into Aaron’s ex-wife, Ava, in desperate need of a job, he hires her to fill the open bar manager position at his distillery, despite their prior antagonistic relationship. After all, she does have a little girl to support. What they don’t expect is the complication of the explosive chemistry between them, or the mysterious danger lurking around them.

I was so glad to be back among the Wilders!! This felt like a truly authentic enemies to lovers vibe, complete with that angsty hostility, and even a fiery, angry-ish coupling!🥵🔥 Wyatt and Ava were so well developed emotionally as characters that the evolution of their connection was quite the ride! I loved getting to know them better, and seeing them gain strength and perspective from each other. Faith was absolutely adorable, and my heart broke for her over her father’s callous actions, but picturing Wyatt with her warmed my heart so much! And don’t get me started on what an inspiration Ava was as a single mom, doing whatever she has to do for her daughter. Then there’s the Wilders… this amazing family and world that takes people in and loves them with a smile on their face! Many of them have had their own emotional stories already, and more are coming, but they are there with support, banter, or funny text threads, etc. From the intriguing suspense subplot, to the found family vibes, to the melt-your-device spice❤️‍🔥, I couldn’t put this book down!! I cannot wait for the next one!!

I received an ARC for free, and am leaving this review voluntarily.

Once friends. Twice enemies. Forever the passion.

After the epilogue in A WILDER WEDDING, I couldn't wait to get my hands on FOREVER FOR US. In that story, Wyatt is attacked in his bar after hours, and a pouch of money is stolen; this book picks up right from that point. This book can be read as a standalone, as with all of the books in this series, but they are interconnected since they revolve around a family. You can jump in at any point, but it will enhance your reading experience to have prior knowledge of each of the brothers and cousins as their stories occur.

Ava and Wyatt's story will pull at your heartstrings, especially the part where Ava's daughter Faith is affected. I loved this little girl and wanted to give her all the hugs she deserved. Suppose you have ever had the fortune to be a bonus parent. In that case, you know how precarious your relationship can be initially, but hold on because it can be the best thing ever if you show them that you aren't going anywhere and will love them wholeheartedly...yes, I speak from experience. I was so happy to see how invested Wyatt was with Faith even before he realized he wanted a relationship with Ava.

You're One Of A Kind!!!

Wyatt Wilder moved to Texas with his siblings to get to know each other better but also to put his failed marriage behind him. They all wanted a new start, they were now the proud owners of a distillery and bar on the Wilder Retreat. Being a part of something that his siblings him and his cousins built felt really good after the betrayal of the past.

Until his past came back in the form of his former best-friend's ex, Ava London. The latter was in need of help, she was looking for a job and a place for her and her eight-year-old daughter Faith to stay. He couldn't refuse to help her even though she hated him.

Ava London's world was turned upside down when her ex-husband left her and their daughter for his mistress. The said mistress was none other than his former best-friend's ex wife, Isabelle. Now she and her daughter was in desperate need of help, they needed a place to stay so first she had to find a job. And as fate would have it, she ended up turning to the one man she never wanted to see again, Wyatt Wilder.

As they found themselves working together Wyatt, they cleared up whatever misunderstandings that was between them over the years. They even shared their secrets with each other. Together they found out the identity of the person who'd attacked him a few weeks ago at the bar. The culprit was someone they all knew. After all the upds and downs, they got their HEA as well. And they couldn't be happier.

FOREVER FOR US is the eighth book in Carrie Ann Ryan's the  WILDER BROTHERS  series. Oh my! what an exquisite and exhilarating ride. Carrie Ann Ryan did an outstanding job. I'm looking forward to what comes next.

I know I am reading a really well written enemies to lovers story when I can feel the tension in my chest as I read. Carrie Ann Ryan nailed one of my favorite troupes with Wyatt and Ava. The tension was so intense it brought me to tears when the pair first encountered one another after their respective divorces. The story explains the why behind their dislike for one another, eventually the duo develop a healthy respect for one another as they become co-workers, a close friendship develops, and the chemistry that evolves from that friendship is off the charts. Added to the mix is a wonderful relationship between Wyatt and Ava's daughter.

Wyatt Wilder was best friends with Aaron London. His wife Isabelle and Aaron's wife Ava shared a friendship as well. The two couples spent a lot of time together on cruises, at summer barbecues, and celebrating holidays together. That was until Wyatt found out that Aaron and Isabelle were cheating. After the separation, Wyatt managed to pull his life together. Fulfilling a life long dream, he decides to build a distillery and grill on his families property, the Wilder Resort. The final piece of the puzzle falls into place when Isabelle finally delivers the signed divorce papers. Now Wyatt can put the past behind him and move on.

Ava London wasn't as lucky as Wyatt with the outcome of her divorce. Aaron took her for all she was worth. The only thing Ava walked away with was full custody of their eight year old daughter Faith. Living in a worn down apartment and working two jobs to make ends meet, Ava is surprised and embarrassed when Wyatt walks into the restaurant she waitresses; as luck would have it he sits in her section. After learning about Ava's situation and in need of a new manager/bartender for his establishment, Wyatt offers Ava an opportunity to help her get back on her feet and move Faith to a safe home and school environment. With no ill intentions towards his ex-friends ex-wife, Wyatt never dreamed that the old chemistry between the two would resurface and ignite, bringing what he thought was his past into his future.

With each installment of the Wilder Brothers I fall even more in love. They are an overload of male hotness with a heavy dose of chivalry thrown in. Even though each character in this series has had life struggles they each have learned to overcome and conquer their challenges. This was seen with the original series of the Wilder brothers and is the same with the Wilder cousins.

I voluntarily read and reviewed an advanced copy of this book. All thoughts and opinions are my own.

Carrie Ann Ryan once again sweeps readers off their feet with ‘Forever for Us’, the eighth instalment in the emotionally gripping Wilder Brothers series. This single mom, enemies-to-lovers tale is nothing short of mesmerizing, a story that captivates from the first page until the heartwarming happily ever after.

The story revolves around Wyatt and Ava, two characters with a complicated history. Having known each other for years, their lives took a painful turn when Ava’s husband, Wyatt’s best friend, betrayed them both by having an affair with Wyatt’s wife. This betrayal left Ava as a single mother to her adorable eight-year-old daughter, Faith, and shattered both her and Wyatt’s trust in love. Fate, however, has a way of bringing people together, and as Ava and Wyatt are thrown back into each other's lives, they must confront the animosity that has simmered between them. But as they do, they begin to realise that their feelings might be masking something much deeper.

The added layer of mystery weaved into the storyline adds a delightful depth, enhancing the emotional intensity of the story. Ms Ryan’s skilful balance of tension, passion, and heartache ensures that readers are fully invested in Wyatt and Ava’s journey. The Wilder family’s lively banter provides a perfect counterpoint to the more poignant moments, offering a sense of warmth and community that enriches the overall read.

And then there’s Faith, the scene-stealing daughter who, with her innocence and unconditional love for her mom, adds a heartwarming touch that makes the story even more endearing. Watching Wyatt and Ava heal from their past wounds, rediscover trust, and eventually find love is a deeply meving experience.

Forever for Us is a beautifully crafted tale of redemption, love, and second chances—a true testament to Carrie Ann Ryan’s talent. This book is yet another winner from a wonderful author who knows how to stir the soul.

I love it when we get to start a book exactly where the previous story ended. I’m glad that Wyatt isn’t hurt too much but now we have to figure out who hurt him. Definitely interesting timing with Wyatt and Ava crossing paths again especially since their exes are currently together and unfortunately treated them both horribly, especially Ava with her ex. Of course, Ava’s boss, being a not so nice person, has made it where she needs to find a new job and of course Wyatt being Wyatt and a Wilder, steps up and he and his family give her a lifeline, a job and somewhere safe to live. It was nice to see Ava get a break in life and step into a positive situation where she gets all the help she needs and wants and then some. These two want to be together but there is Ava’s daughter Faith to be mindful of and Aaron did a number on Ava with the way he treated her. I’m glad they decided to remain friends, but you know that they both deserve each other but I can see why they made that decision. We all knew that it was a matter of time before their exes pulled something and this time, they both were in on making trouble for Ava and Wyatt. I can’t believe what happened, yet I’m not surprised, Aaron and Isabelle definitely need to go away and stay away for a very long time if not permanently. I did love it when Wyatt stepped up for Ava and Faith and went to see Aaron and was able to get a lot of her belongings that he took from her when they divorced. The ending was so cute and adorable with Wyatt and Faith planning a couple of surprises for Ava and the one surprise was so big that they couldn’t wait and gave it to her early, what a perfect ending to this story for all three of them. There’s something going on or had gone on with Rory and Brooks and I’m more than intrigued with Gabriel and extremely excited that we get to read his story next.

Wyatt Wilder meets his match in the most unexpected way! Ava is the ex of Wyatt’s former best friend. The same ex-bff that had an affair and took off with Wyatt’s (now ex) wife. Sounds like a Jerry Springer episode, right!?
Ava has struggled since that bum took off with most of their money and belongings…but leaving Ava with the best thing in her life, daughter Faith. But raising a precocious pre-teen with little money, in a dangerous neighborhood while working two low-paying jobs is weighing her down. But things change for the better…in all aspects of her liked, when Wyatt offers her a job at his distillery.
For Ava, the chance to save for her and Faith’s future and move her daughter into a better school and life means everything. Little does she know, though, is the animosity she and Wyatt shared while married to their respective exes actually might have hidden very different feelings.
I love the connection between these two. They unfortunately have gone through similar trauma, which binds them. The love they both have for Faith, though, brings them together as well. Wyatt loves that little girl almost as much as her mom. The Wilder family embraces Ava and Faith, as well…something they also didn’t have before. It’s not long before Ava and Wyatt act on those feelings…as trouble lurks in the background.
It’s impossible not to fall for these characters, just like I’ve fallen for every other Wilder and their match (es) in this series. With only two more brothers to go, I know they’ll come a time I need to say goodbye to this family. But that’s not today. Todays Forever For Us gets 5 big stars from this reader!

Wyatt knew he needed a fresh start after catching his ex-wife cheating on him with his former best friend. Wyatt and his brothers opened a new distillery and bar on the Wilder Retreat. Ava and her daughter, Faith, are left high and dry by her cheating ex-husband. Ava works two jobs that barely pay the bills and keep a roof over their heads. Wyatt is surprised when he stops into a diner for something to eat and finds Ava waiting tables. When Ava's boss fires her, Wyatt offers Ava a job and a place for her and Faith to stay at Wilder Retreat. Will all the arguing and sniping between Wyatt and Ava reveal their true feelings for each other? Will Wyatt and Ava be able to keep their hands off each other after giving into their attraction to each other? Will Wyatt decide that the promise he made to himself all those years ago has changed, and maybe he wants more with Ava and Faith? What is really behind Wyatt's ex always texting and calling him? Who attacked Wyatt and stole from him? Can Ava learn she can lean on Wyatt and his family? Will Wyatt and Ava fight for their future and their happily ever after? I absolutely loved Forever for Us by Carrie Ann Ryan. Wyatt and Ava are a great couple with smoking hot chemisty. With all that arguing and sniping at each other, it was only a matter of time before they gave into their feelings for each other. I love the Wilders. They are an amazing family who are always there for their employees and each other. I would highly recommend getting Forever for Us and the other books in The Wilder Brothers series by Carrie Ann Ryan. I received an ARC copy of this book, and I am voluntarily leaving my honest review.

Ms. Ryan delivers a brilliantly written, emotional enemies to lovers romance which had me needing more with the turn of every page. I made the mistake of thinking I might be able to put this book down but I was completely wrong. The storyline and characters had my full attention right from the start. Adding in the suspense of what happened to Wyatt previously and you have an intriguing story.
Wyatt and Ava had a connection, their exes had an affair together but there was so much more that happened behind the scenes. Ava's ex was also Wyatt's best friend. Ava was left with nothing but their beautiful eight-year-old daughter. He took everything and had Ava taking jobs just to keep a roof over their heads and food on the table. A chance meeting after Wyatt's attack and robbery, sees Wyatt offering Ava a job at the family distillery. Could this be the beginning of WW3 since the two of them have this love to hate one another or is it a hate to love one another? Wyatt loves her little girl, Faith who is wise beyond her years. With working together feelings developed but they tried to fight it at every turn.
I loved how the Wilder family embraced Ava and Faith as a part of their family. They saw the spark that was happening between them and knew they needed a little push to get it to ignite into something stronger.
I cannot wait for the next installment in this series. The teaser at the end gives me the feeling that Gabe's story is going to be one that will pull on our heartstrings.

Whenever I read a Carrie Ann Ryan romance, I always have happy giddy feeling. Like something good was going to happen, lol

Ava and Wyatt were both married to horrible people. If I could, I would have punched Aaron in the face. Ava ended up working at a diner that she hated, but it supported her and her daughter. This is where she runs into Wyatt, her husband's best friend, or his ex-best friend. These two always ended up arguing with each other, but that day Wyatt came to her rescue and offered her a job with a place to stay.

It's not that Wyatt is attracted to Ava right, his just doing this because his ex and his ex-best friend are terrible people, and he wants to help Faith (Ava’s daughter). But one thing leads to another and let's just say things heat up pretty good…

I enjoyed this story. Single parent romances are my jam, and these Wylders are freaking amazing. My second-best family, second to the Montgomery Clan, lol

This story had everything I liked in a good romance. It had some enemies to lover's vibe, definitely had single parent, had some suspense tossed in just to make it a hit for me. I loved Ava and Wyatt. Ava was an amazing mom; she would do anything for her little girl. And Wyatt was just a freaking sweetheart, I mean how couldn’t he be, his a Wylder.

I can't wait for the next story in this series. I really thought Brooks would be next, but it seems it’s the rockstar’s turn… Well done Miss Carrie Ann Ryan a hit for me 😊

I recently finished Forever for Us by Carrie Ann Ryan, the eighth installment in the Wilder Brothers series, and I couldn't wait to share my thoughts! This book is a delightful enemies-to-lovers romance that truly captivated me from start to finish.

The story centers around Wyatt Wilder, who finds himself in a fierce workplace rivalry that quickly ignites into a passionate attraction. I loved how Ryan masterfully blended the tension of their initial animosity with the undeniable chemistry between the characters. Their journey from adversaries to lovers felt both believable and compelling, making me root for them every step of the way.

One of the highlights for me was the strong sense of family and community that permeates the Wilder Brothers series. It was heartwarming to see familiar faces and how the story ties into the larger narrative. I appreciated the depth of the characters and how their relationships evolved throughout the book.

While I think new readers could jump in and enjoy this story, having some familiarity with the previous books definitely enhanced my experience. Ryan provides enough context to keep things flowing, but I found that knowing the background made the emotional stakes even more impactful.

Overall, Forever for Us is a well-crafted and engaging romance that I highly recommend to fans of the genre. With its compelling characters, steamy romance, and heartwarming moments, it’s a satisfying read that left me feeling uplifted. I can't wait to see what Carrie Ann Ryan has in store for us next!

This book features my favourite romance trope, enemies to lovers. Wyatt and Ava have known each other for years through their friendship with each other’s spouse. They have never really got along, often arguing or ignoring each other and certainly wouldn’t call each other a friend. The cheating scandal involving their spouses effectively ended all contact between them as each went through their own divorce. While Wyatt has been able to find his feet financially and had the support of his large close knit family, Ava has been left with nothing except full custody of her adorable eight year old daughter, Faith. She is struggling financially, in a job she hates and is barely holding it together, too proud to ask for help and not having any friends or family close by to support her. Her situation changes after Wyatt discovers her what has happened as a result of her divorce and offers her a job . The job as assistant manager and bartender at his distillery and bar comes with housing included. For Faith’s sake, and because she is being evicted from her cramped apartment, she accepts Wyatt’s offer. Neither would ever have expected this new development to lead to love and future together.

I loved the tension and uneasiness between Ava and Wyatt that soon morphs into red-hot, passionate make-out sessions that leave them feeling very confused, oddly thrilled and determined not to indulge their desires again. They enter into an advance, then retreat situation, unable to fathom what is happening between them or how they feel about it. Both agree that they have to protect Faith’s already bruised heart even before their own. Their confusion and tumultuous feelings make for some captivating reading and the interactions with little Faith and his large extended family add to the entertainment factor. His gregarious family welcome Ava and Faith into their fold and are more than happy to watch Wyatt and Ava’s relationship turn into a love match.

I will happily recommend this entertaining and wonderfully enthralling book.

Struggling single mom Ava is humiliated and devastated when she’s fired from her crummy part time waitress gig at a mediocre diner run by a lecherous and callous boss. To add to her anguish, the firing occurs in a packed breakfast crowd which includes the ex-husband of the woman with whom her then husband was caught cheating.

Entrepreneur Wyatt just wanted some eggs, but wound up offering a job and a place to live to the one woman he didn’t want to see again: the former wife of his ex best friend who slept with his ex wife while they were still married. After all, he reasoned, Ava and her daughter Faith got a raw deal from Ava’s awful ex, Faith’s father.

Ava and Wyatt had always had a bit of a contentious relationship, for reasons they couldn’t explain. As the pair work together, they’re drawn to each other, and soon their relationship becomes physical. Not wanting to hurt Faith, they try to keep things casual, and fail utterly.

When their exes try to insert themselves into Ava and Wyatt’s burgeoning romance, they must decide what they mean to each other.

I loved this book, and it was a fairly short read but it was packed with emotion and lots of steamy moments.

I was fortunate to have been furnished an advance reader copy from the author and bookfunnel, and I’m happy to share my honest review.

I always love reading a well written enemies to lovers romance.
Ms. Ryan absolutely did it well!
I loved Ava and Wyatt’s story. These two have been hurt by those they never would have thought would break their hearts. They have been played by their spouses with the other.
A double whammy. A double loss. A double sense of betrayal.
I admired Ava so much. Trying her best to raise her eight year old daughter, Faith, as a single mom.
She’s working herself to the bone. But life is still handing her knock down after knock down.
Wyatt is broken in spirit and soul. His heartbreak is saddening.
But he encounters a situation with Ava and he witnesses what the devastation of divorce has done to her. While he was never really a fan of Ava’s he offers her a job at the Wilder Retreat.
I loved how their relationship grew and developed. I loved how Wyatt would try and anticipate the needs and wants of both Ava and Faith. I loved the trust that they formed with each other.
It just warmed my heart.
But nothing good comes easily. The past comes back to their present. And things go awry.
The drama and suspense had me on edge. I was gripped and invested with these two and was flipping the pages as fast as I could read.
I love the Wider Brothers and the women they fall for. And Forever for Us was a fantastic addition.

Audiobook review:

Forever for Us by Carrie Ann Ryan is the 8th book in The Wilder Brothers series, but can be read as a standalone, though I highly recommend every book in the series. Here we have Wyatt Wilder in an enemies to lovers, workplace romance with Ava, the one woman he needs to stay away from. Narrated by Jason Clark and Rosen Dioro, they truly brought Wyatt and Ava’s story to life for me.

Their journey is emotional, angst-filled and charming and I loved listening to their story.

Happy listening!

I was really excited to dive into this one—I’ve enjoyed the Wilder Brothers series so far, especially on audio, where some of my favorite narrators are rotating through each book. Jason Clarke and Rose Diorio did a fantastic job with this one. Their voices were a perfect fit and added extra warmth and depth to the story.

The book is short, something you can easily finish in one sitting, and while there isn’t a ton of time for deep character growth, I liked how the story continued to highlight the strength of the Wilder family unit. You get more scenes with past characters, and the family dynamic just keeps getting stronger and more supportive with each book.

I really liked how Wyatt stepped up for Ava right when she needed it most, and watching the three of them settle into a rhythm felt satisfying. My only frustration was with Ava’s emotional swings—one minute she seemed strong and healing, the next she was doubting everything without much reason. Still, I appreciated that the story didn’t rely on a dramatic breakup or big misunderstanding. It was a steady romance, with believable moments and a hopeful ending.

Not my favorite in the series, but I’m glad I read it. I liked seeing Wyatt finally get his story, and I enjoyed watching another piece of the Wilder family fall into place. 💙👨‍👩‍👧✨🥃

Wyatt and Ava wow they had some things to work through. Ava is a spitfire. She’s a strong independent single mother. But she does have trust issues and things she’s working through. Wyatt also is the strong, brooding, beautiful man but also has history and things he’s trying to work through. But Wyatt and Ava have this unusual connection from their past that draws them together. As much as they fight that connection, it comes back to haunt them. They have this chemistry that they fight tooth and now they try to pretend like it doesn’t exist. The banter that they have between the two of them is off the charts I would almost call it verbal sparring they try to needle each other. But the star of the book is Ava’s daughter Faith. She is wise beyond her years and just the sweetest thing she steals every scene she’s in. This is a story about learning from their past mistakes. As well as how to trust their own judgment, which is hard for them. Of course it’s not an easy road there’s more twists and turns and curveballs, but they figure out how to make it work and they become stronger for it. It’s a beautiful love story it’s unique and different but it’s all theirs. They are meant to be together and I’m glad they got their happily ever after.
