I couldn't do anything but shake my head as I was reading. The moment Jeremy found out Shavon was kin to Michelle and Frank. He should've left that house and left Shavon alone. I'm glad guilt is eating at him because he's just as sick as Tyler was. Shavon has no clue the man she's doting on is a monster and the cause of what happened to her little niece. Montell is a messy ass dude and I don't see how Kimmie or anyone but Jeremy caught on to him being mad that Shavon brought Jeremy on their trip. Kimmie is a damn fool for continuing to deal with Montell disrespect and she's blind as hell. There's several red flags waving in Kimmie face about her man wanting her best friend. The way he kept mugging and throwing shot's at Jeremy. You can tell he was jealous and want Shavon for himself but also mad because Jeremy was the one who whooped his ass year's ago. Shavon can not stand Montell and made it no secret. Montell is a damn creep. I already had a feeling when Jeremy left that trip early to return home for work. Montell was plotting to get at Shavon when all her family and friends was drinking and partying. Althea knew Yaya was right about everything she was saying about Jeremy. She should have gotten him counseling when he was younger. It's a damn shame it took for her mother to get involved and check Jeremy for his behavior for the boy to stop beating on his mother. What Tyler did to Jeremy as a child turned him into a abusive, murderer, and raping beast. I'm glad Althea decided to get herself counseling I understand that's her son and she feels guilty and blames herself for what happened to Jeremy but she don't deserve the abuse from. Jeremy being in counseling won't stop or take back what he did to Lacey. He finally revealed the truth to his mother. Althea think because she didn't protect Jeremy the first that keeping this huge secret is protecting him. I wouldn't give a damn about that being her child. Not saying anything puts another little girl life and innocence at risk. This ending was sickening. Shavon is pregnant at thought it is Jeremy until Montell pops up and she realized what he did

Emotional Rollcoaster
Honey!!!... I'm hiding my kids, but I'm definitely shining a light so errrybody can see Montell!!!...He confess to violating her, now what is he going to tell Kimmie!!!...This book will have you sitting on the edge of your seat!!!...Grandma was not playing about her daughter and grandson found out!!!...Now what do Jeremy's momma do, now he has offloaded his burden!!!...I can't imagine being that mother wanting to protect her child knowing her hurt another child!!!...

Wow!! I had a few that Montell had slept with Shavon without her knowledge!! So disgusting and extreme, especially if it was to get back at Jeremy!!! He is gonna go off!! It took his grandmother to set his behind straight!! Love grandma!! I can’t wait to see how Jeremy and their mom are gonna tackle this situation about Lacey!! Whew!!!! I’m so enjoying this read! Even though Jeremy has been taking everything out on his mom, I was crying like a baby when he broke down and conohis crime! Well onto the finale!

OMG! This is the best yet after these 4 walls. How will mother & son cope the the revelation and I hope he does right by Shavon & her children. Lock Montrel’s but up quickly and get kimmie a new boo. Love that you let us know counseling is for everyone and it does work in most cases. If you have issues try it out. Get your life back on track. Can’t wait for 3 to get finished.

I’ve been waiting on book 2 for a hot minute! Jeremy was really having me scared. I’m glad Althea finally grew a backbone and Granny wasn’t playing neither.

Ma’am, why did you do that to me. That ending has me feigning for book three. I was kind of thinking that that’s what happened though. Jeremy really had no business being in that house with Lacy’s parents and to think that he was getting serious about her aunt. Wow! Now things are really about to hit the fan!
