Testing Their Love and Resolve -
Wow! Valerie is my fantasy girl crush. Superman has nothing on Valerie. She not only has Lief, Hunter and Chase, who are her three gorgeous mafia men at her back and call, but she managed to get the respect of her in-laws and other mafia wives, as well as taking down a man threatening her with a gun, also worked as a therapist helping others and keep her relationship with all three men in constant bliss. Who wouldn’t want to have the strength, determination and resilience Valerie portrayed in this story?
The story took me through a myriad of emotions, but left me excitedly looking forward to reading the next book in the series. Grab a copy of this book now and indulge yourself for a few hours, because once you start reading, there is no chance you will want to take a break.

in this, the sixth episode of this steamy and spine-tingling series, Valerie and her three men continue their unconventional relationship, with Valerie proving herself both capable and valuable to the Volkov family. Even Papa Volkov is starting to come around.
Tensions rise when the elder Volkov reveals he has been receiving threatening letters which contain both threats against his life and against the family businesses. Valerie contributes to solving the mystery and to sparing the life of the perpetrator once caught; one of her goals toward eliminating the violence previously so prevalent in the Bratva operations. She's already been successful in softening her men, and they are adapting to the changes with very little grumbling.
Once past the holidays, discussions begin in earnest about wedding plans, and everyone, including Papa V and even Val's mother, are excited for the event. With Valerie's preferences in mind, they guys begin organizing for the venue, guests, color scheme, menu and honeymoon plans. Hunter, Chase and Lief are head over heels in love. Who'd a thunk it?
But then we ran out of pages, so the wedding will have to wait for the series conclusion in "Treasured by 3." Each book in this series has gotten better and better. This one in particular is not all hot scenes, but has some real meat on its bones. I loved it. I hope you will, too.

The dead arise to avenge wrongs.
Mr. Volkov has retired and turned their family's branch of the Russian Mafia over to son, Chase. He's not too happy when Chase decides to co-rule with his brother, Hunter. Mr. V. still adds his two cents to any discussion when he feels it's necessary. Turns out it's often necessary, especially since he doesn't feel Chase is proactive enough. Chase, Hunter and Lief with help from Valerie have plans to change the workings of the organization.
Lief has plans to retire and give up his job completely. Currently he's training replacements.
Valerie proposed to Chase, Hunter and Lief with all 3 accepting. She has her doctorate degree and is practicing psychology at a clinic. She's also learning from the wives how to use the power they have to get things done. She'd like to plan the engagement party and the wedding but she's having misgivings about the family business. After all Chase and Hunter's mother ran away from her marriage and sons.
Mr. V. is receiving death threats. Attempts to discover the sender of the threats has been unsuccessful. Plans were made to find the mystery writer using Valerie as bait. They thought they had the perfect plan. It wasn't...

To date this has been one truly incredible journey of watching Valerie and her three men, Chase, Hunter and Leif's relationships develop over six marvellous books with what seems plenty more to tell. My first suggestion is for anyone new to Barbi Cox's world of hot reverse harem storytelling is to start at the beginning to fully appreciate the characters and this whole heated journey. I truly love the character of Valerie because is she is so strong and resilient, emotionally invested in everything her life is involved with but is so prepared to take on the world in a good way to protect what is hers. Silently I think she is such a great role model even right down to her sexual appetite, but the best part is seeing how such a great influence she has on those around her. From the moment you start reading you will be caught up in a well created plot with incredibly "hot" and fantastic characters simply wanting more with each page, and as I say there's still plenty more direction this series can travel along and I'm certainly looking forward to continuing it!.

It's been a while since we had a book about Valerie and her men (Lief, Hunter and Chase). The blurb makes it out to be more about Hunter and Chase's father being a huge problem and wedge in the relationship, but I didn't feel like that was really the big issue. I do not want to spoil the book so you will just have to read it to know more ;)
What was a bit confusing was that a bonus epilogue of one of Barbi's other books is set in Valerie's wedding. So whilst I was reading I was really confused as to why and how they were planning a wedding when they were already married in my mind. I went back to that bonus book (and the main books in that particular serie) to double check, and can happily confirm that the timeline does make sense. This book really starts where the previous book in this series ends, so don't get confused like I did (haha).
Still love the characters and seeing how they grow in their relationship. I look forward to reading more books about them.

What was the point of this as part of the series? This was boring and added nothing to the overall story of this polyamory relationship and their fictional lives.
I felt like I accidentally grabbed one of the earlier stories in the series because it was so similar and anticlimactic. I actually checked to see if I had read this before again.
What a meaningless money grab.
Even the books description is false and a big let down. Literally, barely any drama from Volkov except he still doesn’t approve, but doesn’t cause a ruckus or anything.
I have forgotten how old Hunter and Chase are. Why do they come across as 20 something frat boys? Ick. Valerie calling Chase Baby Boy is off putting me. Even the sexy scenes aren’t that sexy.

NEED TO READ! Such an amazing addition to the series. I love that the story has developed the main character into a integral part of the mafia workings and keeping her psychology work intertwined into it! I absolutely love the cameo from her other series, since the main characters are best friends. I was always wondering what was developing in this story while reading the other series. Definately for a reader looking for a story full of love, mystery and character personal development that one can relate to. I couldn't put this book down, story was engaging, it kept me thinking about the mystery, who and why it was happening!.

Absolutely love Valerie!!! Her fierce determination, drive and love has got her through so much already and continues to do so. She is definitely a Queen! Hunter, Chase and Lief have their hands full with her but they wouldn't have it any other way. The chemistry between the four of them is so hot!! Between planning holiday celebrations, a wedding, building her career, trying to get respect from her soon to be in-laws and dealing with death threats , it's just another day in the life of being the fiancee to Hunter, Chase and Lief. Can't wait to see what comes next for them.

Great story. Valerie is engaged to Hunter, Leif and Chase but has not set a date to get married, much to the guys dismay. This book has them arranging engagement parties with all the families together. Valerie still worries about the work that the men are doing and is constantly looking for them when they are late getting home. The men are totally focused on her and will do anything to make her happy. When danger comes around Valerie is the feircest person who will try to protect her men. I enjoyed reading this book and look forward to the next.

Another great addition to the by 3 series. Valerie has a very strong relationship with Leif, Hunter and Chase and is working on building a relationship with the guys families. Working on her own family dynamics may be another matter especially when the mothers all get together to start making plans and then the baby issues gets brought up. Can Valerie really be ready to marry into the mafia with all of its danger and restrictions? Can’t wait to find out!.

Book 6 in this series did not disappoint. Valerie and the guys continue to fall even further in love while trying to figure out how to keep themselves safe, and not compromise who they are. Now that Valerie is done with school and they are engaged, wedding planning has begun. But of course, outside forces continue to try to make their lives and relationship impossible. Another excellent book by Barbi. I look forward to the HEA that Valerie and her men will hopefully get.

Val Hunter Chase and Lief...their story is definetely a slow sexy meal. I mostly love how their relationship builds there is love trust and friendship which makes the story that much more relatable...the guys father does not approve of their "obsession" with one woman and makes things difficult for them all...trust you will enjoy this book you won't be able to put it down....it all ends in an absolutely delicious super sexy HEA.

So close to the wedding that will unite this poly family.
Val has managed to bring a more peaceful existence to the family of her men. Even going so far as to win over Papa V.
There was a lot more story in this episode.. The heat is still very much within the group, but we also see how much Hunter, Chase and Leif are willing to do to make Val happy.
Story is just getting better as it progresses... and I'm loving every moment of it.

Valerie's ho-t saga with Hunter, Chase and Lief continues where the last book finished. They are planning their wedding in this book and as always, their lives are a roller coaster ride of adventure, intrigue, danger, and the best kind of fun. I liked this book and although it had lots of action it lacked the s-xual tension the first book in this series had. It was still a good read.

Exciting and lovely addition to the series.
This was lovely. So many special moments between Valerie and her three beautiful men, but also a lot of excitement and intrigue. You must read the previous books in the series to enjoy this one, but it’s worth it. Can’t wait for ‘Treasured by 3’.

I loved catching up with Valarie and her men.
Even though all the danger and threats their love shines through.
It was great to see Sophie and her men.

I have no idea how this author does it! Every single book just gets better and better. I was hooked from the first page and I could not put it down. This story is so hot and intense.
