Things have calmed down since Duke Hillrose’s coup d’état, and now Yumiella can return to focusing on Dolkness County. Lady Eleanora has even moved into the Dolkness estate, making every day a little livelier as the county continues to flourish. Just when things seem to be back to normal, a mysterious boy that has been plaguing her dreams appears before Yumiella, claiming to be the god of darkness. The boy, called Lemn, says there are parallel worlds, and he knows that Yumiella isn’t really “Yumiella.” Will Yumiella have to reveal that she was from another world in a past life, and if so, what would that mean for her and Patrick? On top of that, Lemn reveals that one of his other selves was killed by...the Yumiella from that world?! Defeating a version of herself from another world would raise Yumiella’s level cap, allowing her to surpass level 99, but can she face this god-killing version of herself?
Okay so for those who read reviews it was great. Far better than expected andddddd when you read the epilogue at the end it ties up some questions we had from near the beginning of the book. I wish I could spoil it but I won’t. Tho if the questions didn’t seem important to you then you’ll probably miss the tie in. Also we get more romance parts or better to say more moments of understanding how both characters feel about each other. It’s great please read this book.
To the author I love it!!! Bro the way how we realize the answers to the questions that even mc had at the end was awesome. Also I love how we keep seeing more of how the couple feels for each other. I feel bad for the god of light tho. Also I can’t wait for the next book so I’m starting it in a few minutes and can’t wait for what you got in store for the mcs next.
Interesting story. I found it a little too slow. But I did enjoy her solution for the parallel world and her self. But I still think that a woman who has almost 40 years of experience is still way too naive. Although she seems to have grown a little bit. I don’t think it’s enough to make me continue reading this series
The epilogue was amazing. Just absolutely amazing. I mean WOW!?! Can't wait for next book, I hope we revisit the epilogue! I glad FL finally found some worthy advisories, but this was a very funny book out of all of them.
Spoilers ahead. So we meet alternate universe Yumiella, from a reality where she destroyed everything. She destroys an Evil God, and turns back the time of Yumiella V2, so she is able to make better decisions. The story is still silly.
One thing that I appreciate about this series is this - and I will be repeating this on a number of the reviews.
You can read the first book and stop there. You can read the second book and stop there. Each book is a continuation...but there are not really any issues needing to be resolved. It continues to be nice.. but each one is just a bit less than the one before.
