Big fucking ick from me.

I was holding on and then he raped her ass for being scared of him. Killed a man for no reason in front of his 3 year old son and gave off major psycho vibes.

ALL this together is a big nope for me. 🤷‍♀️ I can handle a lot but this just kept piling on.

Rafael is a mafia heir in need of an heir for his son. Ellie is young and…convenient. Add a HEAP OF OW DRAMA and that’s the entire plot.

This man is a walking BLOOD RED flag & I disliked him more as the story progressed. I’m all for a morally grey mmc as long as he takes care of his girl but Rafael was actually incredibly mean and inconsiderate towards Ellie. Top things that ick-ed me out:

🩸 age gap that feels icky! he’s too pushy & she’s way too naive and immature to consent to all the kink

🩸 sex right after birth!!!! *screaming in horror*

🩸 she’s making parenting decisions & portrayed as a ‘mommy bear’ personality but is ACTUALLY 18 *riiiiight*

🩸 OW drama & mmc being awful to his previous partners is not the flex he thinks it is

🩸 kink while the kid is in the room *barf*

Smut is the plot. Rafael & Ellie don’t have a SINGLE non-sexual conversation in the entire book. He literally grinds her into the wall when they first meet… His only argument for every discussion is “you are mine, here is my dick” 👀 super smut list includes: dd/lg kink, spanking/belting, plugging, dom/sub, cock warming, somnophilia, degradation, breeding kink (bc sabotage), watersports, drugging, choking

I actually HATE the use of Daddy kink in this book. The whole appeal of a Daddy is the care & dirty intimacy but Rafael was actually the least trustworthy person in the book. I wouldn’t even trust him to watch over a pot of boiling water…

It’s one of the few I’ve given 5 peppers to on spice.
It is more spice than plot to me, so keep that in mind, I went in wanting allll the spice so I was more than happy with what I read lol.
He is possessive, aggressive, passionate.
She is sweet, loving, and thoughtful.
He gives true daddy vibes. And it’s very much touch her and 💀 which I ADORE.
I DEFINITELY recommend reading the triggers. Even reading the trigger warnings I was still surprised by some of the scenes, especially in the bathroom lol.
If you are wanting a hot as hell book, with allll the daddy-ness, this one is it.
I do think Raf needs to learn to apologize more to Ellie. That was one area that bugged me. He expected her to be perfect, but he didn’t explain anything to her and then was mad at her. He gave small apologies but expected huge ones from her.
I think a daddy should be more caring about his Little’s mental health, and the no safe word thing is the only reason it’s not a 5 star review.
Having a daddy/little dynamic can be amazing when it’s responsible and the little is taken care of, but she blatantly requests a safe word, and he tells her no.
I didn’t love that.
Other than that it was great, and I highly recommend it

This was a four star read until the separation, and how Rafael handled it turned it to a three star. Then it became a two star with how EXTREMELY rushed the ending was. In one chapter Rafael is saying Ellie is “gone”, leading us to believe that the author is going for some suspense and we get to experience some agony from him….then bam next chapter is in Ellie’s pov coming home from the hospital. Like???? Why even try to act like she didn’t make it if you weren’t going to let us experience Rafael devastated???? Made no sense. Another reason it’s a two star is because of his refusal to kill (I’m terrible I know) his wife. Even down to the point where he actually did it, he hesitated sooooo much. He claims he didn’t want Oliver to hate him, but this bitch ignores Oliver, is cruel to him, SIGNS HER RIGHTS AWAY, and yet you aren’t going to do anything about it, you’re just going to force Ellie to be ok with being your mistress the rest of her life????? Pissed me off. Especially because the next chapter after he finally does it(same chapter he leads us to believe Ellie is dead), they announce they’re married. So we saw no proposal, no wedding, no Ellie waking up in the hospital. Pissed me off bc I feel like I wasted my time.

Rafael is just as crazy and possessive as Tommy was in Daddy’s Addiction.
Rafael meets Ellie and hires her on the spot to become his son’s nanny (who’s adorable by the way 🥰) but Rafael wants a lot more from Ellie.

This was fast paced and full of smutty f*ckery 😂 this story was full of tropes to feed all your kinky desires. There were twists and turns throughout and it had me hooked from the start.

I’m usually open to kinks but watersports is definitely not one of them 😂 I could look it over during the first book but this one took it to a whole new level of degradation 😳😂

There’s a meme I couldn’t get out of my head as I read this and it’s the “He needs some milk” one 👀🤭

This has a possessive alpha, kinks, age gap, virgin FMC, “you can run but you can’t hide” vibes, single dad, mafia, violence, breeding and so so so much more 😍

Bad. Very very bad. VERY VERY bad. Not ok at all. Yucky. This was awful it was terrible. He was so toxic and bad and it was literally just Stockholm syndrome and rape. It was just rape. Where was the consent? No where because he didn't let her and was forced INTO consenting. She should've left at the very beginning. This was so bad. And the sex scenes we do redundant. And I'm gonna say it again - blood play is NOOOOT for me oh icky icky especially the way they talk about it I physically can not. It's so bad and like uncomfortable. Like babes no he doesn't have a complex personality he's fucking BIPOLAR with SEVERE anger issues. Omg it made me so mad I hate this story. I wish I could give this ZERO stars I HAAAATE it

A wonderful story of lust at first sight. This couple meets unexpectedly and immediately become attached to each other.
Rafael is over the top jealous and possessive when it comes to Ellie and she has only one hard limit, and is pleased that she is not the “other woman”
Oliver, Rafael’s son, is a sweet boy that has been through so much I his young life and Ellie is so smitten with him, swearing to ever allow anyone to hurt him. I love how she protects him fiercely and adamantly from the first day.
Great story, sensational characters, and a wonderful HEA 💕

Oh my gosh, this book is everything! It has all the kinky tropes, but it still has plot and feeling. BJ has this way of writing that sucks you in and you cannot put the book down. It gets crazy and it gets kinky, but it fits the characters and it fits the dynamic and what’s happening in the book. I loved this installment of the series even more than the first one and I cannot wait to read what comes next.❤️❤️❤️

What did I read……
Rafael is the most obsessive character I’ve read🥵. There’s just more than daddy vibes!! He’s a single dad and he gets what he wants!

Ellie was sweet innocent (every obsessive characters wet dream!) was hired to look after Oliver. She adored him!

The book definitely has some cliterature with different tropes for everyone to enjoy😈

If you aren’t fan of super smutty, age gap, praise & degradation reads this is not the book for you….I don’t care what you call me but I loved it!!!
Rafael has no clue how to love or accept love….he loves his young son & would do anything in the world for him but doesn’t know how to love him correctly….years of training from his mafia family gave him a skewed since of love
In walks Ellie…young & naive when it came to the opposite sex but she had lived a lot of life in her 18 years….standing up for her best friend Jade & almost taking a swing at this mafia man standing in front of her….little does she know that one act & the kindness she shows that man’s young son, Oliver, was all it took for Rafael’s walls to start crumbling….while Rafael would go to the ends of the earth to protect his son he would burn that world to the ground for Ellie….not just touch her but look at her & 💀☠️🪦 vibes
I’m not even going to lie….this was probably 75-80% smut but I loved every minute of it….Rafael knew what he wanted & what he wanted was Ellie no matter the cost….fortunately for him Ellie has extreme daddy issues & ate up every bit of what Rafael gave her….
Do check the trigger/content warnings….they can be a lot….Rafael is a lot on his own but when Nikita enters the scene UGH!!! If I could of gotten my hands on her but that’s neither here nor there now

I’m ready to do a deeper dive into this family….I’m definitely going back & reading the first book & ready for the next

This has got to be one of the spiciest, possessive, scary Daddy read of the year! Honestly it might just be my favorite of all BJs stories! It was emotional and sexy as heck! Wooo lawd, this book right here, this man right here. Rafael is as unhinged as one can get and I loved every second of it. The drama and the mess in this had me wanting to continue reading to get alllll the tea. But let me tell you, the spice, THE SPICE was HOTTTTT. All the spice and shminks you could ask for is in this book.

The fact that BJ was so perfectly able to sprinkle in so many soft sweet moments when dealing with someone as unhinged as Rafael, that’s just pure talent. Oliver is my babyyyyy, we must protect that little bean at all costs. Favorite character of the book idc. I love him so much!

Update: AUDIOBOOK REVIEW; So I’ve read this book before and as you know from my previous review, Rafael is unhinged. Hearing his voice come to life made him even MORE unhinged. Holyyyyyy! Let me tell you. The voice actors did amazing with this one. I loved the duet narration and how both narrators brought the characters to life. They did amazing. I am so glad I got to relive this book through audio. It made the spicy scenes that much spicier, and the unhinged scenes even more unhinged. 10 out of 10 recommend! Thank me later. 🤭

I was pretty unsure of how this book would be since I hadn’t yet read any of BJ Alpha’s books before, but as unsure as I was, I am sure now that I WILL be reading more of her work.

This book literally had me pacing the floor for what was to come. The story line is there, and it defiantly had me intrigued from the start (chapter 1). There is not a single chapter that made me want to put the book down to do my normal day to day activities. In fact, it took me less than 48 hours to read the 50-chapter book with minimal distractions.

The end of this book will have you sitting on the edge of your seat. I know I can normally tell what the final two chapters will be, but this one had me thrown for a loop. For me personally there was no plot twist just a feeling of “I should have known” when reading the end. I am more than happy to say this gets ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ stars out of me for the intensity and the 🌶️🌶️🌶️🌶️🌶️, plus the emotions that this poor tiny little MFC endured throughout. Of course, I do always want the bad guy to -sort of kind of- win, but this MMC wasn’t really the bad guy just a possessive man we all want in the end.

Personally, I don’t have any triggers as of yet that have me not finishing a book, but please do read the triggers before reading this book and any other books of this genre…

Author BJ Alpha started strong with “Possession.” It was like a “Fast and Furious” movie but in word form. Readers familiar with BJ’s MMCs will understand that they are pretty Alpha and OTT—that’s their personality. However, Rafael is that and an extremely shmutty one through and through. The jaw-dropping scenes had me set the story down a few times—and there were many—then return to re-read to ensure I followed them correctly.

Ellie recently turned 18 and works as Rafael’s nanny for his 3-year-old son. Yet she becomes more from the beginning. Thirty-two-year-old Rafael makes his claim and does things to ensure she stays with him long-term.

There are a ton of CWs. BJ Alpha writes incredibly detailed scenes. I thought Tommy, in the book previous to this, pushed the envelope in the bedroom, but Rafael outdoes him in many ways. “Possession” is a five-star read.

I am a sucker for a boss/nanny plot. The plot was interesting, it was spicy, heartfelt and funny. There was some things I would love to see elaborated more. Ellie and Rafael’s chemistry and relationship really shine through. They each add something new to the relationship and dynamic.

Some of the characters we see in this book we were introduced either in other series or in Addition. I love seeing cameos of other characters especially anyone whose last name begins with an O.

The spice is spicing ok. I am into things I didn’t think I was into. 😅😅 Bj never misses on spice. Always has me questioning my morals. Lmao

And that ending??? I had to read the book twice because I know her characters usually all connect. I’m so excited for Rocco’s story.

Oh... my... Holy...everything!

This book is everything I didn't know I needed! BJ Alpha has blown me away!

Rafael is just perfect, he's dirty minded, has such a filthy mouth and is hot, hot, hot... I love how he hides behind his Mafia mask to hide his true feeling...
The things he tells Ellie to do had me hooked, left, right and centre! I couldn't put this book down, it's just absolutely phenomenal!

Ellie is strong and knows what she wants and definitely what she doesn't want, love her! Especially her loving Oliver straight away.

Without giving anything away, this book had me hooked, I loved every single word of it, laughed when some familiar characters popped up and absolutely loved the ending. I just want more!

My advice... get cozy, get all the necessities you need because you are definitely in for the ride of your life! The BEST book I've read this year!

I enjoyed this book so much that I finished it in a day. This book is heavy on the dd/lg kink so if that's not your thing this is not the book for you. Rafael is a single father who is in need of a nanny for his son. He finds his nanny and new plaything by accident when he goes over to his brother's house. There he finds Ellie who is best friends with Jade, whom his brother is entangled with. Rafael is instantly smitten with Ellie after seeing her with his son as well as his physical attraction to her. There is so much delicious spice in this book alongside an interesting plot.

Okay, first of all I was in need of a palate cleanser, and I got this book at the perfect time. Second of all this book was absolutely amazing. I did read it as a stand alone but it is technically book two in the series. I do plan on getting book one soon and reading it as well. But this book. It was beautifully written. There were some parts I was a little “this isn’t my thing” but it all goes together very well with the book and even though those things weren’t my thing I still read on and I really enjoyed the book! This may be a smut book but I was crying in the end! Also Oliver is adorable he reminds me a little bit of my daughter and some of the struggles we are going through with her at the moment and little Huds babies are always adorable but the way this little bab is described makes me wanna pinch his little baby cheeks!,, Ellie and Raph are cute together and it made my heart hurt when she left. I would totally read a follow up book if one is ever written that gives more of their life after the marriage and the healing. The ending leaves so many questions but I assume some of the future questions could be answered in book three when Rocco’s story is told! I am thoroughly invested in this series and will be coming back for the next book!
