My life was good until i was thrown into the fire. Innocence lost equals a tarnished soul. Believe me when I say, they will suffer for their father's sins.
Trapped in misery. Surrounded by men. Forgive me, for I am what I was made. A monster within.
Let me introduce myself….
My name is Mr. Jingles and Santa will never be looked at the same again.

Sometimes, life is rough, but this was ULTRA rough. Norman never had a chance to be normal. The love and understanding he should have gotten almost ended under the brutal crush of a tire.
But if you're familiar with Emery LeeAnn, you know that revenge is dish best served cold--and in the goriest way possible.
However, what if the revenge isn't against just one person?
Are you ready to find out?
This is a fun, yet stark look at what happens when a boy who should have been cared for was mistreated by those who were supposed to protect them. It's a reminder that guardian angels come in all manners when you least expect them.
Will anyone survive? Does anyone deserve to survive?
Emery Leanne knows what it takes to satisfy somebody's rage obviously she's had a few things this happened to her to be able to put the energy into her writing. Her stories are always well developed and she's right on point with the feelings and the passion she puts into her writing. This one is another one that will not disappoint and keep you on the edge of your chair. For me personally this is very satisfying and I can understand it some may not call it barbaric and sickening I call it satisfying. Well done Emery
Mr. Jingles is not holiday horror for the faint of heart. This story drags Christmas through fire, trauma, and blood, then leaves it there to rot. The transformation of innocence into something cruel and vengeful is relentless, and once the darkness starts, it never lets up. Santa isn’t just ruined here—he’s weaponized.
Mr. Jingles is stuck in his pain, and the story makes sure the reader is trapped there with him. The result is suffocating, bleak, and intentionally uncomfortable—exactly what extreme holiday horror should be.
This book thrives on misery and vengeance. There’s no redemption arc, no softening of the blows, no moral safety net. What you get instead is a monster shaped by cruelty who fully embraces what he’s become, and the bloodshed that follows feels inevitable rather than shocking.
If you’re looking for subtlety, warmth, or festive cheer, look elsewhere. But if you enjoy dark origin stories, broken villains, and Christmas imagery soaked in violence, Mr. Jingles delivers a twisted, unforgettable nightmare that lingers long after the bells stop ringing.
Even though this book is not the usual genre of what I read, I decided to give it a try since it’s been on my TBR for awhile. It was great! I mean who doesn’t love a twisted game of revenge? The plot was fast, entertaining, and gave me Saw vibes. If you are looking for a not so traditional Christmas read look no further.
Another awesome read! The fact that Matt saved him and then was willing to help him was my fav part. But that last line of Norman saying he may one day have to kill his new family made me kinda sad lol. I’m curious if Matt’s backstory! There’s gotta be a reason he was so willing to help Norman with his plans!

This book isn't your typical Christmas Read... trust me on this. I will tell you to make sure you take heed to the TW's, but if you are good with that and don't require smut for a dark book - then this book is for you. It's a quick dark, horror book but oh so good!
Emery could write anything and I would read it. I love her level of darkness, with or without smut!
A Saw like tale of brutal revenge, Emery packs a lot of punch in a short amount of time. The main character is truly sympathetic, and you can't help but cheer on his vile acts. The traps/punishments are creative and enough to make you squirm. The pages are soaked in blood as the relentless pace sends you on a rollercoaster ride of pain and retribution.
Norman never had a chance but thankfully Matt came into his life. Live the story line and his choice of tortures. Definitely recommend this story. Can't wait to see what's next for you.
