The ZERO HOUR tie-in continues as another traveler--and familiar face--tells their tale. The Faerie Cluracan heads to Aurelian during a political upheaval and ends up causing an uproar of his own! "World's End" part 2.
Very happy to come back to the mainstream plots surrounding Dream and his family members. Listened to the audio-experience Audible Act 3 which encompasses Volumes 7-8 (Brief Lives and Worlds' End)[1], the Sandman Special #1, and other short stories from Vertigo: Winter's Edge #1 & #3 and Vertigo Preview #1.
Looking forward to more backstories and "day in the lives" for other family members such as Desire, and Despair as we've seen with Dream and Death.
The City of Aurelia is still to be considered one of the greatest cities of the plains.
Cluracan talks as if he is a poet, not sure whether this is by accident or design as the fair folk are known to be voluble and effusive. His tale is exciting and the art is much nicer than the previous story.
Back to Sandman after an involuntary pause and I must have missed it. But it also seems that I might like the short tales of this "World's End Arc". This issue really reminded me of the world of The Witcher.
