If I had grown up with someone close like Jace. This. This is how I would’ve wanted to live. Kellie, for this to be your first book, you rocked it. I laughed. I cried. I reread lines because I couldn’t get enough.

Brisa, you deserve the world. Being with someone who constantly puts you down is a place nobody should be in. & the way you still killed with kindness, is worthy but you overcame the obstacles.
Jace, sweet golden retriever who hid it until he couldn’t anymore. Been through the wringer but ended up rocking out. Deserved everything and then some. & a biker? Sign me up 🙋♀️

This book was so darn good and ticked all the boxes of a great romance. It has pining, deep emotions, and the steamiest spice! It was a beautiful second chance romance with a touch of cheating that brought the angst to the table, as well as lovable side characters. I felt this book flowed really well, a wonderful balance of plot and character development, and I was completely hooked the entire time. I'll admit, I did not like Jace at the beginning, he was a douche canoe, but of course he redeemed himself in the best way. The miscommunication trope isn't one I am normally a fan of, but this author did a superb job at convincing me otherwise. Overall this was an awesome read that I thoroughly enjoyed every moment of, and I look forward to reading more from this author!

Who doesn't like a story with a musician that is a bad boy, that hurt you in the past. This story follows the main characters from friends to enemies to lovers. There is intrigue and a lot of secrets, believe me the story will keep you engage the whole time. We got music (there is a playlist at the beginning of the book) and through it you can follow the MC's emotions. The spice is "chef kiss"!! Did I tell you there are also motorcycles involved and a dirty alley way (will leave this to your imagination, is it getting hot in here!). 100% recommend this book, that I read as an ARC. It was the first time reading something from this author and I'm looking forward to reading other books by Kellie Storm.

Kellie Storm’s Sweet Dreams is a fun and delicious read. It’s a an enemies to lovers romance but not in a knock-out fight type of hate. Brisa is a lyricist and Jace the lead in a band. They have a childhood history. Brisa was heartbroken when Jace up and left their friendship and didn’t say good-bye. They’re brought back together by Miles, a sleezy record executive. Brisa and Jace work as a team with Brandon and Declan for the albums they are under contract for due to Miles’ demand. Miles seems to be scheming and makes life difficult. He’s pulling the strings…or is he?
You’re gonna love this feel-good story!!!

Sweet Dreams by Kellie Storms is a fast read which is friends to lovers essentially. MMC Brisa is a musician and FMC Jace writes music. The plot is exceptional in this character driven narrative. A summary for the plot best I can suggest is read the plot proved on Goodreads or this site. Summarize would give a bit of the short novel away. I would highly recommend this for those who want a quick write from a stellar write. Kellie Storm is an author I’d recommend beyond this single book. 4.5 star read rounded up to five stars.

Who doesn't love a book that can resonate with a certain part of your life? Teenage heartbreak, check. Parents trying to control your dreams or future, check. Once I started Sweet Dreams, putting it down just didn't happen. Brisa has sass with quick wit and isn't afraid to put Jace in his place. This book can take you through all the emotional twists and turns while springing some major surprises.

This was an amazing enemies to lovers! I got hooked from page 1. The main characters and the story line were perfect in my opinion! I was able to relate to this story so much more then I thought I would be able to. This is now one of my favorite stories. It lets you feel all of the emotions.

I loved this book I read in a day, couldnt put it down. Its hard to believe this was a first book. I love her style and writing it just flowed and held you in till the last page. I hated for it to end. Cant wait till the next book. The charactors were good and the humor was funny. I felt like I could get along with this band they were so funny and I could joke around with them .

Enemies to lovers, a rekindled childhood romance, a rockstar bad boy. There is a lot of sexual tension but actual spice was 🌶️🌶️. There were some strings left untied, like what happened to Wren when they got separated at the bar? What ever came of thinking someone had broken into the house? It would have made sense to conclude those things in my opinion

Dear Lord, this book! I loved every single second of it! 😍 The slow burn, the love, the spice—I couldn’t get enough. This is absolutely a 5-star read with 3 chili peppers for spice.
The banter between the FMC and MC? Chef’s kiss! Their connection, their love—it all felt so genuine and perfectly crafted. I was rooting for them the entire time. The tension, the build-up, and that payoff were everything I needed and more.
And honestly, there’s nothing like a rockstar romance to reach my hopeless rock-and-roll heartstrings. 🎸❤️ such heartfelt emotion hit all the right notes for me.
If you’re into slow-burn rockstar romance with just the right amount of spice, I highly recommend Sweet Dreams!

Great read! I enjoyed the characters and storyline. Loved the bad boy rockstar and his bandmates! It was a quick read cause I couldn’t put it down. There was some good mystery/secrets in there that had me hooked til the end. Looking forward to the next one!

I had fun pulling out some content scenes for this one! I did feel like it was a little rushed and I wanted more from the characters and their development. It almost felt too easy? Or not enough tension maybe. Good premise though and I liked the rockstar/lyricist element!

This is a new author to me and I loved it, can't wait for the other books to come out from this series!!!
This book was a masterpiece and the characters were fire, even the background ones!!!!
So many emotions and the perfect Second chance romance.
The only thing I didn't like was that I finished it soo fast lol
This was a rollercoaster of a ride.
There was a bit of a mystery trope as well and that was fun also.
Ok so I am having a hard time talking about this book bc I don't want to give too much away and ruin the story for you.
