Just when I thought Alabaster Co. have outdone themselves with every Bible release, they create a Prayer Journal that is as glorious as their recent publishings.

What I love the most about this book is it has various elements that are intentionally curated and crafted for the purpose of growth within an individuals prayer life. It’s not just a blank journal with blank pages, but a book filled with themed devotionals, prayer prompts, and guidelines that could help us seek God through questions , aspirations, and creative expressions.

I am a huge fan of prayer journals and this one did not disappoint. What I love most about this particular prayer journal are the guided prompts that help you to better reflect and pray. I think sometimes we can be unsure of how to pray or what to pray. Sometimes our prayers can become a list of wants or complaints but this prayer journal helps you to remember who God is and what He is has done for us. It is stunning, just like their scripture books. I am a busy person and Alabaster products help me to slow down and enjoy the beauty of who God is. I absolutely love this product. I have been using writing as a tool to better communicate with God since I was a freshman in college, but I wish I had something like this when I first started! When I started writing out my thoughts + prayers to God, I didn’t really know where to begin, and that sometimes made entries difficult or slow to start. If I would have had a journal like this, with biblical themes + prompts, it would have made writing a much smoother process when I got stuck.

I think this is a beautiful and incredibly resourceful biblical tool, and I am so excited to use it in my own walk with God.

I am excited that Alabaster has created their own prayer journal, I think it's such an incredible addition to their Bible studies and Bible collection. Now I can easily and artistically process my meditative thoughts from Scripture into an aesthetic and organized place. I found their choice of prayer themes resonated with me and my journey.
