The plan was flawless.
Pretend we're dating, boost her social status and prove to my friends I'm not the 'one-night-stand-guy' they all think I am.

Slater Kincaid is well known as the loveable goofball who doesn't commit. But as senior year of college begins, the idea of settling down starts to pique his interest. He comes up with the perfect plan to test out the relationship gig with a friend. Somewhere along the way, the pretend part of this plan turns into something else.
Something better.

I related to Emily in more than one way. The shy book nerd who is just a little lost in life after the death of her mother.

Slater, the golden retriever boy, who pays attention to detail. Who loves his mama and respects women.

I love their slow burn of a story. It’s so refreshing to see the relationship grow slowly rather than jumping straight in.

I laughed, I cried, I swooned. Trust me is just perfect.

Book three in the Dorian University Series. This can be read as a standalone.

I absolutely love this friend group with my whole heart. Their dedication and love for each other is top notch.

This was such a sweet read. I loved the dynamic between Emily and Slater. Their relationship grew so realistically and watching them each grow and heal from things in their past was so heartwarming.

Slayer was completely swoon worthy just as I knew he would be. Emily was perfect for him and the sweet justice we witnessed was perfect.

I love that this series overlaps a little with the other books. It’s cool to see big aspects from other books from other perspectives. It does not feel like re reading though.

I can not wait to see Cassidy finally get her HEA!
