Very informative

This book is a refreshing take on leadership development. Marisa Murray has a knack for turning complex ideas into actionable steps. The book is packed with real-world examples that make the concepts relatable and applicable.
I particularly appreciated the focus on identifying and addressing blind spots. It's a concept we often overlook, but as Murray points out, it can be the key to unlocking our full potential.
This book is a must-read for anyone in a leadership role who wants to take their performance to the next level.

interesting and much-needed

This was an interesting book and definitely has a lot of potential. There was a lot of stuff in here I had never even considered when it came to running my business, and I’m grateful that this book exists. I think a lot of people can glean plenty from this book if they set aside their ego and are really receptive.
