I'm a bestselling author of dark mafia, billionaire, and paranormal romance. I love to read and write about hot, filthy talking alphas that would burn the world down for the women they love.
I love chatting to readers about my books, or books in general, so please get in touch! You can follow me on Facebook and instagram as well as on here as Sadie Kincaid Author.
Where to begin- I have no idea why I finished this series, but it was so bad I couldn’t look away. I’m convinced the author has never met a human before, especially one younger than 40. Every person speaks the same way and uses odd phrases about technology like “cell” instead of phone, “battery went flat” instead of dead. The list goes on and on. If a character says he “fires up” his computer, it sounds like this book was written in 1995. Apart from that, the other dialogue was just extremely cringe and my skin crawled every time they randomly used Spanish words like “amigo” for no reason. The family dynamic was also very odd how Lucia calls them Mom and Papi…they’re not even that much older than her and she was basically an adult when they met. I get that they took her in, but it would’ve been way more believable if they were just her legal guardians instead of this creepy parent-child relationship. The worst part was the excessive sex but that’s pretty common for this genre. I’m all for it in a romance book, but I skipped almost all of them after book 1 because they were so awkward and out of nowhere. The characters have no way to interact with their partner except for sex. Alana and Alejandro have alright chemistry, but Jax (cringe name) and Lucia had zero relationship besides the sex. Lastly, the gay best friend Lucia has was so Hollywood “this is how kids these days talk”. I recommend the author to learn how humans speak to each other before writing more.
I'm probably reading reading all of Sadie's books in the wrong order but who the hell cares!! Each series I've read and loved it! This series was amazing! I loved each couples books and boy are there any men like Alejandro and Jax around!! Both ruthless but treat the people they love with such gentleness. It's hard to believe they love torturing the people who have wronged them. Throughout the series, the passion and chemistry of these two couples are hotter then hell!! Well written and looking forward to my next Sadie Kincaid series.
This set includes all 4 books of the LA ruthless series by Sadie Kincaid. Book 1 - Fierce King Book 2 - Fierce Queen Book 3 - Fierce Betrayal Book 4 - Fierce Obsession
This series is brimming with action, spice, adventure, and a healthy dose of the growing pains couples endure while in those first stages of a relationship. Follow the Montoya family as they discover that above all else love perseveres!
The editing and grammar of this series are really great, and the plot development it awesome!
Alejandro has to choose a wife and out of his options he chooses Alana. Thinking she is done spoilt princess and things will be easy. She is nothing like he thought so she keeps surprising him. Eventually they grow to like each (after wayyyyy to much smut) and eventually love but danger is everywhere.
Jax has been Alejandro’s best friend for years but everything is at risk when his daughter falls for him and he can’t say no
Apart from all the smut, it wasn’t that bad. I liked Jax but didn’t feel their connection. It was nice with the kid though
This set of books has it all! Love, laughter and a really good story line. Alejandro, Alana, Jax & Lucia. Four books that come together in a great series. I picked the box set and it was money well spent. The Journey the author takes us on is truly captivating and hot. As always read the tropes before diving in, but trust me it will be an unexpected journey.
I love a good dark mafia book and this series fits the bill to a T. I read all 4 books in 2 days. I'd have to say that I'm a little jealous of Alana and Lucia. Whew...!
Loving this series so much. So much excitement and drama I could not get enough. There are some steamy hot scenes that make you want to have what there having. I highly recommend to others.
The first three books were fantastic read each of them in a day! I have to say the fourth book started a little slow but the last 200 pages really picked up and I enjoyed the ending.
It took me a month to get through the entire series and I only did it because I started it and haven’t made it to being able to not finish a book just yet.
The further into the series I got. The less story there was. The more smut. The more I felt like I was wasting my time.
I also found many typos and gave up sending the corrections.
