I am not one for writing reviews however the lack of attention this wonderful little book has received is a real pity. The silently furious protagonist of this book captures, in a unique and marvellous way, the anger, frustration and sense of being trapped that can come with the Suburbanian Life.
At times sad, and even uncomfortable, this little book was a real page-turner. Unexpectedly funny, I had many laugh out loud moments. I am a teacher and I absolutely will be giving out this book to my older students.
