Isn't this true for the majority of us? We keep on searching for love, happiness, peace, calm on the outside while it all resides within, we just need to look inside.
This story is the journey of a girl next door, a very relatable protagonist who was very attached to her grandmother and got her guidance & inspiration from her. It reminded me of the bond I shared with my grandmothers and the Krishna story wherein the universe resides within this month, I also used to get my mouth checked, as a child and even look for it in my little brother's not knowing the actual meaning of it.
Similar to Kasturi, I have always believed we require money for our needs but it's not everything. She believed in people, trusted them, invested her time energy & money but was given disloyalty & scams in return. The quality that made me admire the protagonist was her grit & determination to stand & not run in distress, to find solutions to problems because God gives us both. She even consulted a psychologist when she felt that she had mental issues which is an admirable quality.

Kasturi's character is finely written but I felt a loss of connection with her at some point in the story. Storyline is gripping with some interesting facts and beliefs.Kasturi and her struggle was something inspiring.
Writing style of the author is lucid and the flow is good. Pace remains steady throughout the book which was good.
Personally I felt it was hard when it came connecting to the line , which was a drawback.
Other than that it was a good one time read for myself.
