This book is an excellent resource for trainers and course developers who take on the role of a project manager or have a desire to become a project manager. I also recommend it for project managers over a team of trainers because it provides enough insight to the needs and process to design a learning event.

Excellent book on this subject. Sometimes the short books are the best--only 137 pages of reading.
