When I found this book, it was exactly what I needed the title alone felt like it had been written just for me. I have struggled with years of pain and inability to let go and move on. And felt so much comfort and relatability in this book. The further I read the letter I started to feel, and honestly felt armed with the strength to attempt to forgiveness in a way I did not ever feel would be possible for me. It doesn’t mean you read a book and suddenly everything is perfect, but I have never had a positive outlook on moving on from pain and trauma before I never felt like it was possible and now I do.
