Wow, if you’re in the mood for drama…The Chauffer has you covered! The story follows Amaya, a doctor living in London caught between the toxic relationship between her fiance Craig and the attractive new CEO of a startup who comforts her when Craig pushes her to her breaking point. This is a story about a convoluted web of emotions, friendships, family, professional battles and the complex dynamics of love and loyalty. There is a LOT going on that keeps you hooked from start to finish

I love how realistic the characters feel. They are all flawed, they all make questionable decisions, they all have moments where their emotions overtake their better judgement. Amaya's struggle with her engagement to Craig and her growing connection with Nid is developed very well, and it feels satisfying. The book is full of intense and heartfelt moments. This book does a great job of really exploring the grey area when it comes to human desire and loyalty. I understood and empathized with the perspectives of all the characters - even Craig and Parvin. That’s not an easy feat to pull off

The sub-plots keep things interesting, too. Amidst the emotional drama, there is the matter of complex family heritage (I won’t spoil anything), and I loved the battle for the Chauffer company.
The author doesn't just focus on romantic entanglements but goes into cultural differences, family dynamics, and the trials of professional life. Like I said, there’s a lot going on.

The emotional rollercoaster of the book is both its strength and its charm. If you’re looking for a fast paced, intense exploration of relationships, love, and emotional chaos, I’d highly recommend giving this book a read. I was hooked pretty much the whole way through and ended up reading the last third of the book in one session.
