Solid overview of the story and the main theories. Some of the analysis is a little tenuous and the occasional odd framing and hedging are kind of weird. The writing style of presenting a few facts followed by “Could this be [insert extremely specific conclusion]?” is used abundantly, and is reminiscent of a certain controversial American former news host. I get that the authors probably have to use that structure to avoid libel cases, but it’s a little grating after a while. Still an engaging read and well put together.
