Rate this book
This book is the second one in the series.

This wild adventure continues with Summer and Natalie's feelings deepening for both brothers.

To thwart Ivan and Erika's plan to derail the N.Y.P.D. investigation, Desperaldo had ordered an attack on the 48 Lounge Club in New York City, injuring a few bystanders and killing one innocent man in the process.

While enjoying a night out at the Skulls bar with their bikers, El Diablo and Vampiro never saw it coming, their minds set on protecting both Natalie and Summer.

Another fast paced mafia style biker romance with our favourite cast of characters and more of that banter we all love!
Things pick up directly where they left off in book one (yay!) and from there we are whisked into the biker bar where things get sassy!
More humour underlined with the darkness our biker gang must content with, be prepared for some glimpses into that underworld – check trigger warnings!
Book two moves the story right along, we get to see more of that ever cunning head maid – Lucinda is a joy – she could have her own spin-off novel! I loved getting to hear from her more in book two.
More life in the mansion and tensions build between our cast, did someone turn the heat up in here?!
Finishing with a promise of where book three will begin, and I can’t wait to start it!

I read this in one day!!
It opens up to the bar scene, remember, the end of Book One?
Desperado and his men had shown up in New York, shootout, Erika’s chauffeur gets gunned down.
The detective that was in the bar with Ivan, starts to get suspicious of him.

Back in Mexico, we get to continue on with the banter, sexual tension between Nord and Summer, Natalie and Lief!! We can’t forget Big Joe! He adores his two girls!!
They will all do whatever they have to in order to protect Summer and Natalie but don’t think for one minute they aren’t badass girls.

Lucinda , the housemaid…she is a treat!!!

Book 2 - Motorcycle Group - Cute Fights - Forced Proximity

Book 1 left on a cliffhanger so I had to go back and refresh my mind on the drama that happened with the club, the girls, and the boys' siblings in NY! We continue to follow the back-and-forth banter of Nord and Summer / Leif and Nat. The lot of them continue to fight their feelings but as the story progresses you start to see moments they drop subtle words like "home", "safe", and "mine". You can see things heating up with the couples but no one is willing to take the plunge yet (other than a stolen kiss here and there).

Meanwhile, the bigger story of saving and keeping the girls from being taken once more by the WORST man on the planet El Escorpion is building up. There is drama, suspicious character actions, and side investigations. The possibility of everything blowing up in their face is becoming more and more real as the chapters turned.

**This story follows many different characters in multiple areas. Think SOA where everyone plays a part and has their own storyline. This book also ends on a cliffhanger so watch out!

Received a copy as part of the ARC Dragons

This was the 2nd book in the series, continuing where the 1st left off.

Again, the book mainly focuses on 4 siblings and 2 FMC, with a few side characters added in (some from the first and a few new ones in this book). The book is a quick and fun read.

I'm excited to see where the story continues with book 3, as this left on a larger cliffhanger than the 1st.

Beyond sexual tension, there is little spice in this book, but the storyline is very good and goes at a fast pace. The chapters are short and flip between different MC/MC 'couples'. For me, just like the first book, it can at times be hard to follow the flipping back and forth, but overall, it is still a good evening read.

I have to say, one of my favorite characters has to be Lucinda. She is a hoot and has me laughing at her antics. She adds the humor to the story, for sure.

Can't wait for the next book to come out to see where the story continues

Veronique does it again! I am pulled into the story on the very first page. This book series could very well be a TV series on Netflix. It definitely feels like one.

This book had me thinking about the Godfather. I thought how even though they are outlaws, they have a certain set of morals. I love this about them.

Just because our female main characters were victims of a certain ring, do not mistake them for being weak. Oh, no. Do not be mistaken. They will make you laugh out loud. At one point, I had to set the book down and walk away.

This was a great book. I highly recommend.

It was a continuation of book 1. I love how it picked up from where book 1 left off. The banter is amazing. You meet new characters and you see the couples start feeling more for each other. I think it would be great for the Spanish that is spoken to have the translation next to it. Other than that, I'd recommend this book!

Saved me from a reading slump!

It's a second book in the series, and it's a second time it pulls me from a reading slump.

I. AM. OBSESSED... 🫣

This book specifically and this series, in general, has the best banter and the funniest character interactions ever!
Incredibly done!

This book was incredibly satisfying to read. After the cliffhanger ending of book one, I could not wait to pick up book two to find out what happens next. I was not disappointed in the least. Book two picks up where book on leaves off. Ivan and Erika are the younger siblings of Leif and Nord, taking their part in New York City. They are fresh faces into the biker story and well worth getting to know. Another new character is the Falcon, father of the Pettersons. He is a man to be reconned with and feared. His interaction with all the characters adds a great dimension to the story. I would highly recommend this series to anyone that loves bikers, and girls with secrets to hide.
