Twenty-something law student meets and falls for forty-something law partner. Manages to make a comment about how he could never go for sixty-something friend because she is too old. In theory there is a mystery here, but you know who did it in the first three chapters.
Horrible! So predictable, the characters are shallow and way too perfect, the plot isn’t paced well, and the romance takes away from the plot. If I hadn’t been on a plane, I wouldn’t have finished it. NOT recommended, at all.
I prefer most of her other books over this one. I can't say what in particular made me give this book a two-star rating. It just didn't feel like a three-star book.
