NamIl has been in love with Jungguk since the fifth grade, and the two have been inseparable since then. But in the year of their college entrance exams, when Jungguk accuses him of trying to date, their professor NamIl finally gives up on his love. Five years later, the two cross paths again for the first time, and life has moved on. Can they salvage a friendship that was their everything in their youth? Or were their feelings never buried all that deep? And just maybe, what was barely a romance then can be barely a romance now.

This was a short story but super cute MM romance novel! It’s all about Namil and Jungguk who have been friends for 9 years each having feelings for each other but neither one saying anything but an incident happens that upsets Namil enough to tell Jungguk to stay away and so there’s a five year gap of no communication.
You have drunken confessions and miscommunications in this cute short story. Not sure if this story is continuing because of the ending I feel like it’s not over. I will have to check out more of the author’s books because at the end of this one she had some excerpts from other books and they sounded interesting.
