Isabel lives in Belarus. She lives with her alcoholic father, hardworking mother and younger brother. When Isabel’s father left with a whore and took what little money they had Isabel needed money fast. Inessa, Isabel’s best friend suggested that he dance just like her. Isabel got a job as a dancer where she started out just pole dancing. Aleksei is the right hand man for Stepan Koslov of the Koslov Bratva. Aleksei was pretty much forced in to the Bratva life because of his brother. Gregori had gotten in trouble with the Koslov Bratva and instead of killing him Aleksei was made the bodyguard for Stepan. Stepan went in to the strip club where Isabel works. The moment that Aleksei saw Isabel at the club he knew that he wanted to be with her forever, unfortunately Stepan was showing interest in her also. Isabel was a virgin and she wanted Aleksei to take her virginity. Aleksei had to give Isabel the brush off because of Stepan. Stepan persisted on trying to get Isabel to go out with him. She finally agreed. Stepan was showing his temper when he pushed Isabel but she knew she could never leave him. They eventually married and had 3 sons Misha, Dmitry and Ivan. There came a point when Aleksei and Isabel started to have an affair. Stepan thought it was one of her guards and he killed the man and sliced Isabel’s throat, it didn’t kill her. Aleksei sent her to the home of Gregori to keep her hidden. Isabel got pregnant by Aleksei and had Maxim. Isabel built an empire so that she could take out Stepan. Misha, Dmitry and Ivan grew up without their mother thinking she was dead. They ended up killing their father Stepan. They then found out that Isabel was still alive and this book is her telling her sons her and Aleksei’s story. I loved reading this book and having all of the previous books tied together. It’s a fabulous book.

Awesome Bratva Romance!

Wow. What an incredible book. This was unlike any mafia book I’ve read, and it wasn’t what I was expecting. It was incredible. Isabel and Aleksei’s story spans decades. Their story is dark, heartbreaking, gut wrenching, has so many twists and turns. For the first four books of this series I’ve wondered about Misha, Dmitriy, and Ivan’s mom, but after reading Maxim’s story I couldn’t wait to get Isabel’s.
Her story was incredibly sad to read. Everything she suffered through, being married to a monster and in love with another. Then having been separated from her boys, them thinking she was dead, and finally being united with her true love- but having it all ripped away again. My heart literally broke for her and I almost had tears in my eyes by the end. My heart broke for all the boys. While her other sons thought she was dead, they had Aleksei watching out for them. But Maxim never knew his dad, but he had his mom. It was such a heartbreaking situation for everyone.
Isabel and Aleksei are the true definition of soul mates, and had a forever, unbreakable love. Their journey to finally get their HEA was tumultuous, painful, and filled with so many obstacles, but their love for each other was so incredible and profound. Aleksei would have done anything to find his way back to his queen.
I honestly can’t put into words how amazing this story was, you just need to read it!

This is a great finish so far to the Bratva series. The characters have been to hell and back and they are finally together after so long and so many enemies.
Alex and Isa have been in love with each other for years and have tried hard to hide that fact, because if known they would both be murdered and forgotten forever.
They have both survived beatings, knife work and being buried in a Russian Prison , but their love for each other has sustained them thur it all and has continued to grow, even when not knowing where the other is or if alive.

This book was a very different Mafia book from anything that I have ever read. I follows the life of Isa, a poor woman forced by circumstances to turn to exotic dancing to pay the bills, and Alek, Kozlov's second in command. This book spans many years of these to fated lovers. I always feel left wanting to know what happened to book's characters. In this book you follow them both through out their lives. I really enjoyed this book and think anyone who loves Mafia romance books will too!.

A love restrained. Aleksei and Isabel took a long time to finally get together, but only because the boss, Stepan, wanted her first. Not that he loved her, he wanted to control her. Aleksei loved her but had to hold himself back to keep them both safe. The years they spent apart made their reunion that much sweeter.

Isabel and Aleksei made such an amazing couple in this book in the Kozlov Brothers series. Spanning many years, this was heartbreaking, dark and violent. We learn about Isabel's journey from a brutal marriage to being reunited with her sons. A beautiful, gripping story.

Misty Winters has written an exceptional book in her completed Kozlov Brothers series. I could not put it down! Winters finally ties together all the loose ends and does so with a plot that will blow you away! I have never been so engrossed in a book! Her characters of Isabel and Aleksei are rich and vibrant. I loved the strength and cunning Isabel displayed. With each page turning up the heat with suspense and mystery this is on book you will reread again and again. I LOVED IT! ❤️❤️❤️❤️.

Misty Winters is not only the “Mother of Chihuahuas,” she is the “Mother of Spicy Romance.” This book and all her books have interesting characters and well developed and captivating story lines. Isabel and Alexi’s story is no exception. I rooted for them from the beginning and agonized along side them through their trials and tribulations. I recommend this book.

Bratva Queen is the final book in the Kozlov Brothers series. This is the detailed completion that answers all questions from previous books. It's filled with 30 years of suspenseful twists and turns that is totally unpredictable. The love story between the MCs will break your heart and we find out just how strong the Queen actually is... If you like dark mafia stories with a strong, feisty heroine who falls in love with her bodyguard then this 4 star book is for you.

This is the final story in the Kozlov Brothers Series with us getting the history of Isabel and Aleksei and their journey from young adults to older wiser parents, lovers who experienced heartbreaking twist, revenge from those who should have loved them, dealing with monsters, redemption, cruelty, faith and an endless love that comes full circle. Aleksei has been taken with Isabel since their eyes connect that first fateful night at the strip joint. His heart and head force him to make the smart moves until his hand is forced to protect and save Isabel at all cost. OMG! Wow, I was absolutely astounded reading this book it was amazing, the story had me so mesmerised I couldn't put the book down and the characters were really captivating. This story was about Aleksei and Isabel, Aleksei is my husband's right handman he wants her, he is ruthless, protective, and he doesn't have a heart for anyone else but her, he saved her from the brink of death and now he has to love her from afar. Isabel was a dancer at a men's club when she married her husband, she had three beautiful sons she was treated really bad, and then he slit her throat using a knife and killed one of his guards blaming him, now Aleksei needs to remove these bodies. Aleksei now will keep a close eye on Isabel's children now knowing she is not there.

Well, this one certainly leaves its mark! Bratva Queen is a fantastic, intense, heartbreaking, consuming, agonizing story.

"When I was a child, my mother told me I would one day meet a man I’d fall in love with. We’d get married, have children, and live a life of happiness. She told me I’d find someone who would treat me like a princess."

That wasn't what Isabel found at all. She quickly learned that being a princess was nothing compared to being a Queen and that's what she set out to be. Isabel is fierce and bold. Aleksei is the one who watched over her, protected her and kept her safe. Bratva Queen is captivating and the characters within are unbelievably strong and compelling, the chemistry is undeniable and the storyline unrelenting. This read will hold you captive til the very end and will be a story not soon forgotten.

As if I was not already a fan of Misty's writing. I became even more of a fan with this book. I both read this book fast but also took my time. This is because I was savoring every moment between Isabel and Aleksei. I respected Aleksei for his loyalty to Stepan and trying so hard to not overstep his bounds with Isabel. Yet, I also did not fault him for giving in to his desires when it came to Isabel. They shared an instantly and strong emotional and physical connection.

This also helped in the fact that Stephan was not right for Isabel. While there are spicy scenes shared between Isabel and Aleksei, it is the emotional storytelling that I loved the most. No matter how many years passed, these two were always meant to be together. Bratva Queen is a must, spicy, and emotional read!

Isabel is the mother of the Kozlov boys, the story spans several years. She did what she had to survive, stripping is what brought quick money. That is where she meets Aleksei but she also catches the eye of his boss.

She ends marrying the boss but that was not the best choice, the man is a monster. When he husband slits her throat, blames one of his guards. Her boys think she is gone.

This is not an easy read, the main characters have been in love for years but are separated by circumstances. Isabel has been thru so much and survived. While this is a standalone, I believe it is better to read them in order.

Wow fantastic finale to the series. I loved each book in this series and this was just as great.
This focused on Isabel who was the Mafia queen and Aleksei her Protector and saviour.
The relationship although somewhat unorthodox, it was full of pain, passion and intensity.
Poor Aleksei was her for soldier and adored her, keeping her safe when she had to walk away from her life.
The danger and suspense is ever present and they unfortunately had a great deal to battle before the end.
Just a brilliant tie up to the series and an all round exciting story. I loved it!!.

This is the fifth book in this incredible series, and this is Aleksei and Isabel’s journey. Queen Isabel is the feared, dangerous, and respected, as the leader of a criminal organization. Aleksei stays in the shadows, and he has guarded Isabel from afar for years.
This is a well written story which is an action packed, emotional roller coaster, with family, friends/ lovers, suspense, danger, intrigue, survival, and love, which leads to an entertaining, tragic, twisted, unpredictable, and steamy addictive page turner.

Such an Incredible Conclusion.
Having the Koslov Bratva sons mom, Isabel tell her story is a fitting and brilliant conclusion that ties up any loose ends from each of the boys books. Best read in order as they are sequence: Mischa: Bratva Beast, Dmitry: Bratva Rebel, Ivan: Bratva Prince, Maxim: Bratva Bastard and then our matriarch Bratva Queen. It’s bittersweet and realistic of unrequited love, suffering, coerced choices, abuse and longing. Knowing how Isabel and Aleksei Chernoff met and how she ended up married to Stephan Koslov and had her boys is a definite worthwhile read.

I was a bit disappointed to be honest, I haven’t realised it’s was Isabel telling me the history of how they got through life, it should of been more clear, maybe stating past and present. At first I thought there was an error. Sorry to say but I felt very disconnected from this book, the previous book was so different. I just didn’t feel a connection with this book, was only listening in, instead of feeling like a part of the book. They sure wasted so many years. The years sure fly by, and it became a bit dull, they was no excitement for a bratva book. Sorry.

Received as an ARC and leaving my honest review voluntarily. Bratva Queen is the final book in the Kozlov Brothers series but in a way it's the prologue to how it all started.
Isabel and Aleksei’s story spans decades and they were soulmates with a journey to HEA that was filled with so much pain and obstacles yet their love for each other never wavered. This was not an easy book to read, as it was heavy and emotional but the ending was just the perfect wrap up for this series.

This one was the best in the series. Isabel's life story was heartbreaking and beautiful. She's pulled into the Bratva by Stepan when she really loves his right hand man, Aleksei. To understand the storyline, you need to read her sons' books, starting with Bratva Beast. This book answers so many questions. My favorite couple out of all the Kozlov's was Misha and Sophia. Isabel and Alek surpass them. Their love spans decades, countless trials and is the definition of true love.

However, in order to help her family after her dad walked out, she ended up taking a job as an exotic dancer in a club owned by the Koslov Bratva. During one of her performances, two men walked into the club, and Aleksei caught her attention. Eventually, Isabel married Stepan, the second man. This story has action, brutality, abuse, romance, and steam, ending in a HEA. Very highly recommended.

For all Bratva lovers this is one you should read as we are taken into the journey that Aleksei and Isabel are on. A lot happens during their journey, they have to deal with danger, action, betrayal, revenge and tense moments and trauma and don't forget the hot and steamy moments. This is highly recommended to read, I enjoyed their story

Isabel's married to Stephan, a cruel, brutal leader of the Bratva, but is in love with Aleksei, Stephan's right hand man. With every brutal twist Stephan inflicts on Isabel, Aleksei has done his best to protect her and her boys. These characters are well written, compelling, the book is full of twists, turns, sizzle, steam, and more. Solid read.

This was a great ending with all the questions I had finally answered. Isa is an amazing women so glad we got to see her story. An what a journey it was!
This whole series has been an emotional rollercoaster that I have throughly enjoyed.
Well written story with great twists an turns throughout. Highly recommend the whole series you won't regret it. I think the ending was truly perfect, wouldn't change a thing.
