Too biased to give this a real rating, but I really thought this book was excellent.

After many years of leading Women’s Bible studies as pastor’s wife in small churches, I was asked to lead a large group in our retirement church. This book caught my eye as I’m always lifelong learner. The book was simple. Solid. Helpful. It spurred me to renew things I’ve believed for years and brought to mind some things I’d love to see. I loved the humble attitude from which she approaches leadership focusing on growing in the word and seeing God’s fame spread. I especially appreciate Kate’s her leadership training ideas.

This is a great resource for anyone that is called to or interested in Women’s Ministry. It would be especially beneficial for those that are interested in starting a ministry to women in their church and/or those who are forming a ministry team that will minister to women. It includes a step-by-step process for starting a women’s ministry, as well as training leaders.
