This short book on the supernatural concerning Gettysburg was very quick and fun to read. It not only included ghost stories, but strange feelings, sounds, and evidence of reincarnation. The authors also provided a bit of history of each area they were going to talk about before-hand, so that a reader not familiar with the area or history could understand. I enjoyed the book overall and would love to collect both author's other books on the area as I love going there on vacation with my family!
This is the first book in the Haunted Gettysburg series. I've been to Gettysburg many times and know some of the stories in the book, but it was a enjoy to re-read stories I already know. This is one of the best ghost books I've read. It is very well-written, has lots of facts and history mixed in along with the true stories.
And then there were stories I never read before, like the last story. Overall, it was a very good book. If you're into true paranormal stories or at least learning about the hauntings of Gettysburg Pennsylvania, I'd recommend this book. If I could, I'd give it four and a half stars.
