I like to read motivational books and have read many, but this one is between my favorites. It really gets you to reality about our mortality and gives you a break about the daily stress and expectations that we think that we should meet, and in reality not. There are far more things that you can do with your time than the social pressure that we learn to live on. The author is well documented and has a special humor that makes it enjoyable to read.
Great book on un-doing the human approach to time, how to manage and optimize it. Gained new perspective and ideas of how to reframe relationship with time.
I couldn't get into this, somewhat repetitive. The concepts were fine, but no real "ah-hah" moments. It's not si much about time management as appreciating where you are and valuing time.
