Yesterday, dying from his grueling job.Today, a champion of an entire kingdom.Togashi was already dying from the fumes destroying his lungs, so it made perfect sense to take the blame when his friend killed someone in self-defense. The world could still wind up in jeopardy, because Elasha’s sister, Sumara, the sun goddess, wants one last war to prove who the strongest goddess truly is. Elasha is meant to witness her new uprising, but, with Togashi as her champion, she has decided to thwart her sister’s plans. Kingdom Evolution is a kingdom-building LitRPG fantasy, filled with many races, cultures, and beliefs. An interesting start

Interesting groups, magic, tech using something poisonous. It was interesting to see the growth of the MC. Smut was decent, not inspiring but solid.

Cons were mostly typos. Barrack is a verb, barracks are a building. There were enough that it annoyed, either lack of editing/betas readers or a failure. It felt a little long and windy in a few spots. But with all the world building I guess pacing would suffer some.

I almost rated it more harshly but overall I did enjoy.

Overall I'll read the next installment and see if it improves.
