Honor Wrenley is ready to explore, but she’s hesitant. When she comes across an ad for an art installation unlike any other, she resists before finally giving in. The exhibit is one about the freedom to be oneself, along with exploring inner desires, and Honor can’t stop herself from going back for more.

Silver Kincade hasn’t ever had a problem expressing herself or going after what she wants. She believes that sex is something meant to be enjoyed, and frequently. She also believes in love, so finding someone who wants what she wants has always been on her mind. For now, though, as the director of the newest art exhibit in town, she’s focused on bringing in clientele and enjoying herself.

When Silver sees Honor taking in the exhibit, something about the woman draws Silver to her. Will Honor be what Silver’s been looking for all along, or will she want something Silver can’t give her?

'Arc provided by The Author in exchange for my unbiased review'

**'There's an awful lot of nothingness in some stories but writers still take these premises with fictitious anecdotes or whatever -- and go on this creative writing ploy regardless whether readers will enjoy it or NOT..'

Elicit read!
I finished this book in two and a half days for a bunch of reasons: the main one is that this kinda storyline (open voyeuristic relationship) is NOT my cup-of-tea and to top it off, sharing your partner to anyone and everyone -- plus i can never realistically see, think or believe that romance or marriages of this nature lasts forever.
While on the other hand, 'VOYEUR' might be a book that's of interest to many readers wanting to read about finding Love in voyeurism and everything else, then outside of this relationship -- try separating those intimate feelings.
So to interested readers, please enjoy another of Ms. Pyland's books that's sexually explicit etc. etc. etc.!

I have no words. This was spicy and fun and cute but did I mention oh so hot. I can’t even sentence, my brain has been fried. This new erotic novel from Nicole Pyland knocks of out of the park. It has a solid love story and is filled with sexy scenes. Threesomes, foursomes, public sex, toys 🌶️ 🌶️. 10/10 would recommend.

WOW.... just, WOW, this book is just jam-packed full of SMUT, and I absolutely LOVED it!

If you want a book with a great storyline and an absolute ton of smut, this is the book for you. There is no scene that is the same. The storyline is easy to follow, and the spice it is top-notch!

There is an instant connection and attraction between Honor and Silver that is so palpable that you literally can't look away. The storyline is well thought out, and it's brilliantly written.

Cam's narrating was fantastic. The voices for all the characters were spot on, and I couldn't stop listening. She was entertaining and engaging, and I couldn't wait to listen to more.

I absolutely one million percent highly recommend this book, whether reading or listening to it, it's absolutely one to get stuck into.

This is going to be a weird review, yes it was indeed spicy 🥵 and if that’s what you’re after, well here it is on a 🍽️. I have a lot of gripes with this “pR0n level erotica that got stretched to a 263 page novel” but I’ll just focus on a few. One, Honor comes off incredibly wooden for the first quarter of the book, one word answers constantly. She is so stiff, that Silver’s behavior comes off as predatory to me. Like why are you still trying to get with this woman? She loosens up eventually but only after bolting several times. Two, I have never seen so much proper name usage in dialogue before. Every other line (sometimes every line) the two mains would say each others name. Back and forth to each other. That’s not natural language. The only time I would say somebody’s name that often in a 5 minute conversation is if I was exasperated with them. And based on context clues, that was not supposed to be the case, so… Third, on the language point “my cl!t is coming!” WTH is that? Who says that? This was said more than once. The constant talk about being hard was also just…nope. The level of constant horniness and sex is so high it circles back to being comicaI. I remember once saying that there’s no such thing as too much smut. I got egg on my face now with how wrong I was.

Honor is sexually repressed. She just came out at 30, but is hesitant to date. She sees an ad for a provocative art show, and goes to it. She goes the next night and is met by the art director Silver. This is the beginning of this HOT, captivating love story! It makes you open up your mind to an open relationship. Deserves more than 5 stars!!!

No Star rating because I DNF @ 46%

This book might be amazing for a lot of people, but some things in it were just not for me. There was a lot of talk about being able to smell each other, which gave me the ick. They also talked about how “hard” they were getting a LOT, which in all my years of WLW experiences neither I, nor anyone else has ever said. I probably could have ignored it if it was once or twice, but it was said a LOT. And they said “I’m going to make your cl!t come” or “my cl!t is coming” quite a few times, which is very strange to me, and knocked me out of the story every time.

I’m having a hard time reviewing this book because I didn’t find a lot to love and I’m not sure what the author’s intent was with this book. There was a very small bit of romance and sweet feelings thrown in with all the spice, I’m not sure I bought it and that’s why I’m having conflicted feelings.

It almost feels like the character of Silver could very easily be changed to a man and the book would not feel any different. I did not appreciate and couldn’t buy into her saying she was hard. Like every time the characters had sex, which was a lot, she was hard and wet. There was just so much male energy (not masc or butch) in the sex and sex talk that it took away from the enjoyment I get from lesbian smut.

The partner sharing and casual attitude about multiple sex partners was something I was interested in reading about, I just don’t buy the character’s motivations for it. “I do it cause I wanna do it” was just too immature to be a real motive. It was a bit too much like my pugs eating rabbit poop out in the yard. No self control and the lack of mental capacity to stop.

I wish this had a better writing. I really wanted to like this book. And for most of the book, I was thinking of giving it two stars, three at most, but I couldn't.

The book has a good plot. The characters have nice backgrounds and enough development.

Yes, it's hot.

But that's about it.

The writing of women's anatomy is really odd, I thought I was the only one who thought this, but reading the reviews, I realized I am not. When I read the sentences "My clit needs to come" or "My clit is hard right now" it would give me the most massive ICK. You'd think it's something you could ignore if it only happens once, but it happened on every sex scene. At first I tried to dismiss it thinking maybe this author is writing a lesbian book for the first time (or it's because of the language barrier, if we're stretching it). But this is a lesbian author, so I truly don't understand. At some point, when the same expressions kept repeating all over again, I came to the conclusion this person doesn't know how to write other than the same thing, AND she kept trying to make it similar to how you would write about male genitalia.

The cringe dialogues every time during sex was something I could ignore, too, but then it was just too much. By the last chapter and epilogue I was reading everything with a straight face because I couldn't wait for this book to end.

When I read an erotica book, I expect the grammar and narration to be good, and I truly don't understand how the people missed all of this when rating and reviewing this book.

I followed along as Nicole Pyland released each chapter of her first erotica monthly, and I remember eagerly awaiting each release day. She wound a character-driven plot through a steamy sex-driven affair, and it was brilliant. So, when I found out there was another erotica on the way, I was thrilled.

Voyeur did not disappoint. Again, there was a lot of sex (der!), but it wasn’t just that that kept me turning the pages; the storyline is original, complex, and captivating.
Honor feels like something is missing in her life, and when her attention is drawn to Silver’s art show, a series set around sex, she is quietly intrigued. Silver spots Honor and feels a pull towards the woman she can’t explain, and when they meet, the shy and reserved Honor doesn’t stand a chance against Silver, who chooses to live life on her own terms.

The connection is immediate, even if Honor remains hesitant, the sex is insanely hot, and unexpected feelings grow. Polar opposites, Honor and Silver should not make sense together, but they do. I adored both characters for their individuality, but they truly shone together.

Voyeur is a beautiful story; the MCs are impossible not to adore, Silver’s best friends add their own fun little side story, and the steam is off the charts and never repetitive. An easy five stars from me!

At age 30, Honor decided to come out, after having had many years of mediocre relationships with men, and finally pushing aside her conservative upbringing to do what she wanted. However, she still found it difficult to push away the values that had been drummed into her by her mother and others, and so even though she wanted a monogamous relationship with a woman, she found it so difficult to accept Silver could ever offer her that.
Silver had been raised in a free, hippie-style way, and had known she only liked girls from a very early age. She also used sex as a shield, never really getting close to another woman emotionally or romantically. She was always in demand as a sexual partner, often in a group, and she enjoyed this enormously, but there was always an emptiness that she didn’t know how to fill.
Silver runs an art collective, arranging exhibitions, and one she has been wanting to do for a long time is a live sex exhibit. Honor is a visitor to that exhibit, the visitor that Silver can’t get out of her mind.
It was difficult to see where this story was going. Honor wanted something different than Silver from their slow build relationship, but gradually they met in the middle, where their needs and wants became a compromise. The change was more apparent for Honor, but Silver’s change in attitude was just as pervasive, but not as visible. From halfway through the story, it was difficult to imagine where they would be at the end, but by the end of the story, their relationship had morphed into the deepest love.
When is a kiss more than a kiss? At what point does f***ing become lovemaking? Honor and Silver really do find their own personal answer to those questions…

Voyeur by Nicole Pyland is an erotic romance packed with a shed load of spice. It’s the story of Silver Kincade and Honor Wrenley. Silver, an art director, has put on an exhibition around inner desires. Honor works for a charitable organisation. Seeing the show advertised, intrigue draws her to the opening night.

The chemistry between Silver and Honor is off the charts, and the story progresses at a good pace to keep you turning the pages. The book has scenes that include polyamory and relationships outside of the main, which may not be for everyone.

The exhibition is an interesting concept which brings into play trust, honesty, and communication. It is a book I would recommend to certain people.

I received an ARC for my honest review.

I usually love Pyland's books but this was a miss for me. I thought it was well written and normallyIi am a fan of erotica but this just did nothing for me. I just did not connect to the mains. Oh well, I am sure I will continue to enjoy her books in the future.

Whew 😅 Nicole really turned the tables on us with this book. Totally different from her other stuff but definitely in a good way.

Honor came out as a lesbian at 30 and wants to explore that side of her. She decides to attend a provocative art show and meets art director Silver. Everything about this book was HOT but there’s also a beautiful romantic relationship that develops between the two. I love everything about this book. The great storyline, the connection and attraction as well as the ton of hot scenes 🌶️🔥 Side characters Brandi and Devin were ✨🤌🏽

My Favorite Qoutes
"I have plans for my life, Silver"
"I'm not getting in the way of them, I think I might want to be part of them."

"There's an anticipation right now. I like sleeping next to her when nothing happened and holding her. It's a change for me, yes, but not a bad one."

"Be there, baby. Be with me"

My overall thoughts
5 / 5 stars

Sensual, tension building, and compassionate romance between Silver & Honor was a treat for the end of the year. This felt like a warm apple crumble in the cold season, sweet and gooey under the sexy crumble topping. This book wasnt all about the spicy scenes, the main character is going through an awakening after recently coming out and discovering a sexy art experience where she meets Silver, who also begins to shift and grow during their blooming romance. Silver's arch was so natural and gentle, I felt incredibly seen in the book and I'm so grateful wrote it for spicy sapphic romantics like me.

This book explored DUAL POV beautifully and had some of the best chemistry I've read in a while. The banter, friendships, and fleshed out passions of the characters really captured my attention till the last page.

If you're looking for romance, spice, and a story that will stay in your memory long after the art had concluded with a bang? Read this

Spicy: 5/5

It takes a lot to make me blush, and I was as red as a tomato for parts of this novel. It's erotic romance with one main couple (Honor and Silver) and some side characters that are heavily featured, but it's one story of two woman finding love an acceptance. Honestly it’s a great read. The ending did feel a bit abrupt but at the same time, I wouldn’t have known how to drag that out. 😂

WOW. Just WOW. I picked this up on KU after seeing it on sapphic_book_club's Instagram stories. I was not prepared and was completely knocked off my feet. This is a volcanically hot opposites attract romance. This is the first book from Nicole Pyland that I've read and I'm still sweaty. I'm still kind of reeling from this book and not really sure how to review it other than to say "enjoyed it" is an understatement. This book, for me at least, spoke a lot about breaking the shame around women enjoying and pursuing sex. This is an intensely sexual story with copious amounts of amazing encounters but the plot was actually really, really good. I know a lot of times that isn't really the case but I was really impressed with how Pyland carried this plot between Silver & Honor and how their relationship evolved. I felt like the pace was steady and the encounters actually assisted with Honors development as well as acceptance of what she desires outside a traditional relationship structure.

This is one I'm going to be getting in print, friends. 100%.
If you're looking for some hellacious steam factor, great characters, and all sorts of sexual sapphic scenarios - you've found it.

What a great ride.

A Hot and Steamy Read

As I never read Nicole Pyland's erotica monthly, Voyeur was my first foray into this genre of her writing, and let me just say this book was HOT!!

Even though a polyamorous relationship is not something I myself would be comfortable with, reading this story allowed me to see a good and healthy representation of this type of relationship. I appreciate how open and honest Silver and Honor were with each other. How they both communicated their needs and asked each other permission before persuing someone else.

While this story was really hot and had plenty of steam, it was also a story about growth, exploration, and really understanding who you are and what you like. The confidence Silver has in who she is and how she supports Honor on her journey of self-discovery was great. I also appreciate how, through that journey of self-discovery, Honor becomes the partner that Silver had been searching for who would understand and accept her lifestyle.

Overall, while this book doesn't make my list of absolute favourites that Nicole Pyland has written. I still really enjoyed the book and would definitely recommend it.

I’ve read many books from this author and while most of her stories might have some hot and steamy scenes, this book tops that by 10! Honor who has just recently come out decides to attend an art show. But its not just any art show. Silver who is a director of the art show that Honor attends is a women who knows what she wants. When these two women meet it’s like intense heat between them. This story takes you on a journey of discovering a side that maybe you didn’t know you had. And while the scenes are super hot and sexy it’s so much more then that, there is so much respect, love, and thoughtfulness. It was truly a love story with a lot of spice added to it. If erotic books is something you don’t normally read due to the lack in story telling, then i say give this read a try and I don’t think you’ll be disappointed. One thing I do recommend is that its probably best not to read a work :).

rate it as: 3.0/5.0 almost all the sex they have is so unrealistic, for one scene its like how do you both have the energy for round after round? its just not possible and speaking of the sex its not commutative and detailed enough and the sex they have makes it feel like youre reading wattpad, but somehow the dialogue talking about sex and the other sex that isnt from the main characters is fine? and if i hear the words fuck and babe one more time i might turn suicidal and silver kept asking honor too much of her in the beginning and its pissing me off like how do you (honor) not understand that thats not okay, and it felt like they were together 2 weeks, not 2 years. i get the idea of the book but its just not completely right for me

I have rarely been so annoyed that I barely had time to read. The scenes in "Voyeur" are so hot that I was caught in a spiral of images in my head.
They were constantly running through my mind.
My productivity in the office yesterday, as you can imagine, was poor!
It's good that I can have a bad day in the office sometimes with nice colleagues 😏
Today, I finally had the opportunity to “watch” Silver and Honor lose themselves in each other for hours!
It's now my second favorite book after „Once a Month“ by Nicole Pyland and it's just as hot, if not hotter and if you like something unconventional, you'll really get your money's worth here!
This is erotic romance at its best!

This book is a steamy page-turner that had me hitting pause to catch my breath. It's been a minute since I found something as tantalizing as "Loathing You" by Amina Khan.

The narrative maintains its sizzle from the start, and the continued use of names in the dialogue between the main characters adds an extra layer of allure, it's a writing technique that really turned up the heat.

On a side note, seeing both main characters living a childfree life hit home for me...it's a relatable and refreshing element in the story.
