She must find her fated mate to escape her father’s control... before it’s too late.

The mating pull has been calling Callum north, toward a pack known for its archaic treatment of women. The ruthless alpha controlling the pack rules like a tyrant. It’s the last place Callum wants to be, but he’s convinced his mate will be there—and she needs his help.

Vivian lives in fear of her father. He’s conditioned her to be the perfect mate - complacent and docile. Now, he’s threatening to force her into their pack’s outdated mating ritual, or he’ll mate her off to one of his awful friends.

Callum, her fated mate, is the only man who can save her. With her father’s threat looming, and the mating ritual only days away, she’s unsure if she can convince Callum to imprint on her in time. She’s not exactly the mate he’s always wanted, and now she has to prove to them both that a fulfilling and modern partnership is something she can handle.

I'll be honest I didn't know this was the 2nd book in a series until I popped on Goodreads . Seriously the author did a fantastic job making this feel like the start of a series , which really makes me wonder what was in book 1 😂

Anyways , I really enjoyed getting so many different characters point of views , they helped the storyline move along nicely .

I adored the Found family goodness between Viv, Rafe and Elliot . Seriously the three of them were wonderful and how siblings should be with each other .

While Callum and Vi get there happy ending , the major story plot / the shit show that is VI's pack is far from over. VI's pack has your classic homophobic wolves stuck in the barbaric past were women were beneath them and those trying to fix their pack for the better.

Overall, Callum is a solid paranormal with found family , true mates , a virgin MC, late night date nights, and steam 🔥I was pleasantly surprised with how fast I devoured this one and I'll be checking out the other books in the series !

This is a winner! I started the book and couldn't stop reading. Vivian has been a victim of abuse by her family and threatened with violence or being handed off to evil males by her father. Callum comes to his cousin's pack looking for his true fated mate and Vivian is the one. There are many obstacles to their mating and they will have to work hard to be together. I really loved the book and I look forward to the next one.

Although this is the second book in the Pack Trouble Series it’s the first one I read. It can be read as a standalone but was so good I want to go back and read Drew’s book. This book is about wolf shifters and fated mates, but sometimes fate just isn’t enough. Callum has searched for his mate and now that he’s found her, there’s many others with plans for Vivian.

Well, that wasn't what I was expecting, but it was an engaging wolf shifter book.

I was immediately drawn into the story and felt like I was right there in it the whole time! I really like Allie's writing style and am invested in this situation that's been created.

So, while the book title is "Callum", most of point of view actually comes from Vivan, our lovely FMC. Callum does have his pov chapters, but Vivian's were more numerous.

Okay, so this was also more of a "damsel in distress" book than I expected. Not the Vivian was useless or anything. She was strong, intelligent, resourceful, and kind, but having grown up in an abusive household in a toxic misogynistic pack, she was pretty beat down. Now the question was whether or not Callum was going to be able to get her out of this pack after coming so far in search of her.

There is so much sneaky underhanded sh!t going down in this pack. Omg. I'm very curious about what will occur in subsequent books, and if the awful Alpha will be dealt with.

On that note, check them triggers for this one!

Vivian had been bullied by her father into a cowed, scared woman who believed that she only had a limited usefulness to her future mate. And it was this viewpoint that Callum had to deal with when he met Vivian and realized she was the mate he'd been searching so desperately for. He tried very hard to show her that she could have so much more with him. I found Thatcher, the alpha of the pack, a very confounding character. He was so cruel and selfish in some ways and somewhat kind and understanding in others. I would be very interested in seeing where his story will lead. This is the second book in the series, but can be read as a stand-alone.

Callum sets off to find his mate and he finds her in the absolute last place he wanted to be. This pack doesn't value women at all. They’re pretty 1950s in their expectations- to an extent. You get to see how Thatcher works and how his pack decides to work.

Vivian has her own mind and wants better for herself so when she sees Callum she's ready to accept that her mate could be someone she wasn’t taught he’d be.

Thatcher and Max brought in an interesting twist and I look forward to reading the book that’ll explain that situation more.

If you love a good shifter romance you’ll find this one intriguing. I definitely got sucked in and was left wanting to read more to figure out what happens. There was so much happening and tons of secrets at play throughout this book. You’ll get shifters, spice, intrigue and pack politics. I want to read more to see what happens next!

This is the 2nd book in the series but could be read as a standalone; although I highly recommend you read "Drew" as well as i really enjoyed it as well.
Callum and Vivians story was one I felt I needed. I love that they found each other just when her future is about to be forced into a future nobody should have to endure.
Vivian has been through more than anyone should and being raised to think your sole worth is being a house wife as well as the physical and mental abuse that she was subjected too. I love that Callum showed her that she was worth so much more than that and that she needed to find what makes her happy.
I look forward to seeing how the rest of the pack troubles play out!!

Very excited to get this ARC copy and continue reading about the Callum. Like book 1, this book is a good beginner wolf shifter story. Hierarchies are explained in simple terms and nothing is overwhelming! This was a quick, enjoyable read. I am invested in Callum's cousin's pack and what happens with them. Looking forward to book #3

A sexy, steamy and beautiful shifter romance

Callum is the second book in the Pack Trouble series and has everything you would want in a steamy shifter romance. I am a slow reader, but I read this in one day because I absolutely couldn’t put it down and I NEEDED to know what came next! From the first page I fell in love with Vivian and my heart went out to her. Then there is Callum. I loved him in book 1 but we really got to know him in this second book. He is a sexy alpha with a great sense of humor and a big heart. Their love story was incredible and had me cheering them on as they overcame their obstacles. I highly recommend this book and this series! I can’t wait for the next one.

It may have been awhile since Drew was released but Callum did not disappoint. Callum set off to find his mate and found her in the last place he wanted to be. This pack doesn't value women at all. All they are is chattel.
Vivian has her own mind and wants better for herself so when she sees Callum she's ready to mate and begin a new life. Pack alpha has other plans.

Though not a fan of cliffhangers there is a HEA. Looking forward to Elliott's story and digging out the ending that should happen to get the pack on the right path.
Bravo Cameron bravo!!!

I just know that Callum will live rent free in my head like “Drew”did. Loved Callum and Vivian’s story. I demolished this book! I just know that there is more to come with this series and I get a feeling something big is brewing! I can’t wait to read more, I have questions that need answers, like now! 😂

If you loved fated mates, shifters, angst and “plotting” ( there’s lots of whispered moments so you know there’s plotting going on) then give this series a read you will not be disappointed!

*** I received this as an ARC my review is given of my own free will ***

Callum is 😍😍😍😍😍 Swoon!! I am obsessed with Callum and Vivian. Their mating story is sweet and spicy and the slow burn is totally worth it!!

This book introduces a lot of new characters to set the scene for the remaining books. I need more Callum & Vivian!! Elliot and Rafe!! Mercer, Duncan, more Drew & Alyssa!! I just want more of this series!

And if you love to hate a character, there are more than enough of those to go around as well!

I cannot wait to find out whose book comes next!!! 🤍🤍

Move over Drew Callum is in town...well heading out of town to find his mate. Wolf shifter, fated mates, dual POV, virgin FMC, touch her and d, omegaverse and stand alone within a series. Callum is amazing, such a sweetheart to our FMC but will protect her fearlessly.
