Well laid out Easy to follow Nice pics Great suggestions on lowering the calories, fat and sodium of many dishes. Remember it is the ingredients! What more could you want from a cookbook? Oh, yes, larger font for the actual recipes! Please note was most interested in ‘swap in Greek yogurt’ part 5. Healthy cooking is most definitely, 100% not complicated!

Many of the recipes you've seen in other books. Not every recipe had pictures - the author could have cut the pictures with her in them and added more pictures highlighting the recipe. I really wanted to see what a Cubano-Style Sandwich looked like or a picture of Latkes would have been helpful.
Some of the recipes that I want to try are Pizza Burgers, Chocolate Hazelnut Spread, Garlic Yogurt Aioli. I also want to make Baba Ganoush just because it's a fun name for food.
I'm trying to use this book with my Kindle Fire tablet and I find it difficult to navigate but the recipes are interesting. I think I will stop buying e-cookbooks. I would much rather flip through a paper cookbook.
