He hadn’t known that until weeks into her employment when she ran headfirst into him, spilling a pitcher of orange juice all over his suit. He took her to his spacious rooms so they could clean up. The comfortable conversation brings back old feelings of young crushes. Carla doesn’t like to rely on anyone else for help, so she is on her own, away from her wealthy family. And her brother will definitely give her a hard time if/when he finds out she is working on board James’ ship.

When a storm tosses Carla overboard and James follows to rescue her, they are stranded on an island. It gives them time to evaluate old feelings and make new decisions. Will they pursue a relationship this time? Will they let Conner, Carla’s brother, dictate whether they can or cannot have a relationship? Or will the repercussions convince them to walk away without trying?

Brother's best Friend best Boss Romance

This book was written with knowledge of the boat, how it was run; then the author brought in LOVE!!! Yep and all the ins and out of rekindling love between two wealthy people. I enjoyed all of the book because it expressed my dreams of the future.

Good Story

Enjoyed this fast paced second chance love story. Family interference using any excuse for them to apart, except the real reason.
