Brooklyn's a bustling city decked out with walkable rooftops and balconied the perfect landscape for all the action that usually comes with Charles whenever he sets out on a mission.
This time, he's in the year 2018 to stop a political assassination, which sounded pretty by-the-book in his mission-briefing. But what he doesn't know is that this one's the mission where his world gets flipped upside-down. Charles begins to talk to a civilian of 2018: a person from another time than his.
