Three Sixty Five

Rate this book
In November of 1965 I was seventeen, fresh out of High School and didn’t know anything. I enlisted in the Army and five short months later I was freezing my ass off on a C-141 bound for Vietnam. “Three Sixty Five” is a novel that does not address any of the political issues normally associated with the conflict. Instead, it is a story of growing up, maturing, and finding out about all the good and bad that humanity has to offer. Most of all it is a story of surviving an absurd situation.

This book gave me amazing insight into what it was like for a high school grad to be shipped off to Vietnam. Great stories without bogging you down like most 'war stories'. Not normally a book I would have picked up, but very glad I did!
