WOO HOO 🤗 Another amazing couple AND another amazing cupcake 🧁 In the last book, Blueberry Bliss, we got Mateo’s story. Now, it’s time for his sister, Maya. They both work at their family owned Cuban restaurant, La Havana. Where Mateo chooses to work out front, managing the restaurant and interacting with people, Maya is an introvert and usually sticks to working in the back. I really enjoyed Maya’s character, and learning how being out in the public is terrifying for her, because she’s an introvert. When she trips, trying to get cups to her brother and catches the attention of the whole restaurant, it makes her feel ill. Enter the very patient, sweet and perfect for Maya, Deke. He owns Stuff-It in the mall, which is a stuffie store. His help and the mention of stuffies make Maya feel so much better. Can Deke help Maya get through her fears and be the perfect Daddy for her Little……
I highly recommend this book 🩷🧁

Another terrific addition to the Little Cakes series! I adored both Maya and Deke and they were absolutely fabulous together. I couldn’t put this one down. It’s filled with emotion, a little angst, a bit of drama, humor, sweetness, tension, and love. A fabulous read and one I recommend.

Captivating read with wonderful characters and a Daddy and Little you’ll love
This is a simply wonderful read and I guarantee that will enjoy every moment of this book, when you begin you will not be able to put down until you reach the end and discover what is going to happen to the main characters Maya and Deke.
Maya is working at her family restaurant; she is known for being shy and extremely quit and is clumsy and does no date and so is surprised when she meets Deke who works at Stuff It a store where people are able to make their favourite toy characters, sew in the heart and fragrance. Then they fill them with stuffing and they are sewn closed, you are able to pick an outfit for them and then dress them if you wish.
As Deke and Maya are enjoying getting to know each other and it is wonderful because they realise that she has found her Daddy and he has found her his forever little girl. This is a simply enjoyable read and as they visit Little Cakes and Maya introduces Deke to her favourite flavour Malted Then there is a mystery which I will not spoil as Maya begins to receive roses on a daily basis that are not from Deke and both her and her family are concerned about who is sending these blooms and why.
I guarantee that you will be captivated by this wonderfully written nook and that you will love the heartfelt Daddy and Little love story as it grows.
I thoroughly enjoyed the book and look forward to reading any future publications; keep up all the wonderful writing.

We met Deke, the Stuff-it manager, in Rose’s Little Cake’s story, Santa’s Kiss. He is a sweet Daddy who finds his little girl when he goes to a family-owned Cuban restaurant and spots Maya. She enjoys staying out of the spotlight and believes herself to be too introverted, clumsy, and plain for any man to be interested in her. Deke has to take things very slow not to scare Maya off, but his patient and reassuring nature is just what she needs.

She has a love of lions and there is the cutest moment with kisses and a punch card that had me giddy. Maya is constantly surrounded by meddling, yet well-meaning family at work and they cause a handful of problems in their relationship that had me getting irritated for them (#bigfamilyproblems). I loved the emphasis on speaking kindly to and about yourself and the need to not let you sometimes negatively skewed opinions about yourself keep you from living your life and finding someone.

This single-sitting, standalone story contains age play, DD/lg, ABDL, slight medical play (like 1 moment), restraints/bondage, spanking for fun and punishment, and a HEA.

This was a wonderful story, just like all the others in the series. Maya is a little and works with her family in their restaurant, and when her mother tries to set her up with a man, Maya gets scared and runs into the kitchen. While carrying out a tray of cups, Maya trips over and spill them all over the floor, Deke helps her pick them up and invites her out for a meal. These two characters talk for a little while, and eventually Deke convinces Maya that She is his Little that he has been searching for, for a long time. I really enjoyed the relationship between these two and how Deke was able to breakdown the walls that Maya had around her and they were able to have the Daddy/Little relationship that they both needed and wanted. There is a happily ever after for these two.

I was given an advanced copy of this book to read and I am reviewing with my honest and fair opinion.

Maya didn’t want her mother fixing her up with men. When a minor accident has her picking up pieces she didn’t expect a handsome man to help. Deke knew from the conversation that he had found his little. She would be his little to spoil and give any stuffie he had in his store. Maya is shy and not very confident in herself. Deke not only helps her to embrace her little side but also shows her what the love from a daddy is like. He definitely spoils her. We have one issue, her mom. She had good intentions but she really should have asked her daughter. Thank goodness nothing bad happened. We have one more Little Cakes story which I am looking forward to and also sad to see it end. Everyone needs a Bad Cupcake once in a while.

I received a free copy of this book and am voluntarily leaving a review.

This is such a beautiful story about a shy and introverted Little, Maya, who hides herself away in the back of her family’s restaurant to avoid meeting people. Deke, a Daddy who works at Stuff-it, has his eyes set on her and is determined to not only help her come out of her shell but to make her his forever Little. They say it takes a village to raise a child, but it takes a community of like-minded couples to grease the wheels of this Little’s romance with her potential forever Daddy. Deke’s courtship of Maya leverages heavily upon this supportive community centered around the cupcake shop, Little Cakes. This month’s cupcake special is Malted Milk, fittingly sweet and tasty treat for Deke & Maya. There is very little angst or action in the story, just a sweet romance within a community of like-minded couples. Comfort food for DDlg enthusiasts. 4 Stars

Maya Rodriguez is trying to dodge her matchmaking mother and hopes to find her dream Daddy. When she drops a stack of plastic glasses in the restaurant Deke Monroe steps in to help by abandoning his lunch and knows that she is the little for him. The spark of attraction in her eye will keep him visiting the restaurant every day until she gives him a chance.

This was a sweet story with shy Maya being brave and giving Deke a chance to prove to her that he is her dream Daddy. Her meddling mother didn't help them but it was a lesson to us all that our family is just as likely to sign us up to things as anyone else. I liked that they talked and that communication was clear between them It also helped when Deke was trying not to pressure her into doing anything. Easy to read, feel and understand. This was an MF story with mature content with a BDSM-like DDLG dynamic.

This was another book in the Little Cakes series. This was another cute Daddy/Little love story.

This story is about a young woman named Maya Rodriguez who works in a restaurant. She is on the shy side. She meets a guy named Deke Monroe. He comes into the restaurant and he knows that Maya is the Little for him. He knows that he wants to be her Daddy. Maya doesn’t think that a guy would want to be with a shy woman like her. Deke reassures her that she is his Little. He works at a stuffie store where other Little’s shop. I liked how sweet and patient Deke was with Maya. She had a stuffie which was a lion 🦁 called Tawny. He also bought her a stuffie as well. This book was cute and it had a mystery in which Maya started receiving roses 🌹 thinking they were from Deke and they weren’t. The ending however didn’t feel like an ending to me.

Sweet and irresistible

Malted Milk set against the backdrop of a charming world where cupcakes take center stage, is as sweet and irresistible as the confections it features. Each page invites readers to indulge in a heartwarming love story, making the narrative as addictive and delightful as the cupcakes themselves.Maya believes her clumsy, awkward and introverted manner will prevent her from ever finding a Daddy. Enter the magic of Little Cakes and the perfect Daddy for her appears. Deke is exactly who a Daddy should be, he doesn’t try to change Maya, he loves her exactly as she is. I truly appreciate this series for the simple, but fulfilling stories. It just shows the talent of the authors that they can write something so wonderful in its simplicity.

Tawny and Princess

I can't believe Little Cakes is at book 19, and I have loved all of them.
Malted Milk is a joy to read. Maya is a great character. She is shy and clumsy, both things I relate to, lol.
Deke is all daddy, big, strong, charming, and all hers. She just has to learn to believe him and not let her insecurities get in the way.
Throw in a meddling mother, close knit family she works with all day and a long long hours. This leads to a fun and twisty story, full of joy, love, and snuggles.
I love these characters, this story, and this series. It is always a joy to see Ellie make an appearance along with other previous leads.
I highly recommend this book, series, and authors.

Despite her family’s attempts to introduce her to suitable men she never expected anything to come of it and she certainly never expected Deke to come to her rescue. Not only does he help with an embarrassing situation, but she feels more at ease with him than any other person she has met.

Deke is enchanted by Maya from the moment he saw her, and he doesn’t hesitate to step in to help her. It does take him long to realize that she is who he has been waiting for now he is determined to show her that she was destined to his little.

Great chemistry and so many feels as Deke is determined in his pursuit of Maya as he shows her with everything he says and does how happy their life together could be.

Malted Milk is the 19th installment in Pepper North and Paige Michael’s series, Little Cakes. In it they chronicle the romantic journey of 23-year-old Maya Rodrigues and Deke Monroe. Deke is a manager at Stuff-It, a build-a-bear type of store. Deke enjoys eating at the Rodrigues’ Cuban restaurant where he is attracted to the curvy, shy, introverted, Lg (Maya). Realizing her delicateness, Deke decides to take his time pursuing her. Meanwhile, Maya’s well-meaning mother, decides to hustle up prospects for Maya and keeps her actions secret. She goes as far as opening accounts on dating sites. Mistakenly she creates an account on an unsavory site aimed at setting up sexual rendezvous. Maya and Deke make headway and become a couple. Then it appears someone is stalking her. Can Deke find out the identity of the stalker is? Will he keep her safe? Will they discover her mother was responsible for the online trolling? To find out, you must read this book.

Pepper North and Paige Michaels did it again with another captivating romantic read. Their skill utilizing literary devices is outstanding. Their dialog, both conversational and internal monologues are entertaining, as they reveal a concise picture of her characters’ identities. The lead characters are multi-dimensional. The secondary characters add interest and help to move this plot along. I liked the way they use intrigue to enhance this character-driven romantic plot and capture their readers attention.

A delicious sweet treat with complex flavours.

Maya appealed to me, I love anyone as klutzy as me. Her character has a terrific work ethic, and her personality is darling. I love the stuffie interaction, so adorable.

Deke is so wonderfully persistent, he knows what he wants and does what he needs to succeed. His caring, doting mannerisms will win the Daddy award.

The touch of intrigue and bit of angst added opportunities to solidify the newly formed dynamic at an accelerated pace. I really enjoyed the community feel, the open affection displayed and the plethora of Littles in this series.

Malted Milk by Pepper North and Paige Michaels is the 19th book in the Little Cakes series and it was a great, quick read.

Maya and Deke made my heart so happy! She is endearingly shy, he is charmingly patient. Both searching for what they want. Both feeling so lucky to find the other.

There's some light drama, some light angst, and a whole lot of love, of trust, of faith, of growth. And, did I mention, love? Maya and Deke deserve their HEA, and how they've communicated, how they've trusted themselves and one another to seek what they truly deserve, it's simply wonderful! Hope you enjoy the Malted Milk experience too!

Malted Milk cupcakes is the special flavor this time around! Deke and Maya may just be the next Daddy/Little couple!

Coming in every day to the family restaurant and flirting with shy Maya may just bring her out of her shell!

Her mom definitely wants Maya to find a boyfriend! Hope she's not going to meddle!

Deke knows this is forever Little. He'll do whatever it takes to win her over!

I'm still smiling!

Wonder what flavor might be next? Deke certainly thinks there are more Littles and Daddies in their town!

Who is Maya talking to at the beginning, and what are they discussing? Where does she work? Ah ha! She's Mateo's little sister, yay! What happens at work one day that she ends up meeting Deke? Deke got a huge "Awwwww!!!" out of me when I realized what he did for work. Who is Maria? Why does Maya feel she is omniscient? Deke and Maya are cute together. The park scene was interesting. What is the reason for Maya's sudden text messages? What is the deal with the roses that she is receiving at work? There were some very tense moments in this story! Read and see what happens!

I loved getting to know Maya who we met previously and Deke is the perfect guy for her! He knows, as do all the daddies when they meet their person, that she's his but he knows that he has to be patient and take his time. The couple could be anyone because there's always that shy one and the person who gets them to open up and the authors again do a great job telling their story. I enjoyed the little bit of suspense and Maya learning there are others like her and makes new friends. And of course finding love!

Maya is very shy and clumsy and a little who thought she was unlovable and would never find a daddy of her own. Deke saw her in her family's Cuban Restaurant and knew she was meant to be the little he was waiting for. He set out to show her he was serious about being her daddy and of course a cupcake played into the story and our fav Cupcake shop. Maya through being with Deke and seeing he was going no where he wanted to be with her overcame her shyness and then a stalker enters and thats where i wont give spoilers but will say you will enjoy this story and the whole series too i recommend

Malted Milk is the 19th book in the Little Cakes series by Paige Michaels and Pepper North. I love hoe each book in the series deal with important issues in a fun and loving way. I can relate with Maya, being a shy introvert myself. I love how she stepped out of her comfort zone and got to know Deke, because he is the loving Daddy Dom she deserves. Though they have to deal with a meddlesome mother and a possible stalker, Duke and Maya navigate their path to a life lasting, loving relationship.
I gave this story a five star, but I wish I could give it more.

Another adorable "Little" story, Maya is a painfully shy introvert who has no self-esteem. Daddy Deke works for Stuff-it, a toy company and spends his day helping Littles all day, but spying Maya at the new Cuban restaurant he knows immediately she's the one. Maya is immediately attracted to Deke and is surprisingly okay with him Daddying her immediately. There is a little suspense in the plot. Of course we have an insta-love story that includes cupcakes and Blaze, and fun to see the other Littles again there. We have a tiny taste of the next book to look forward to.

With each new book in the Little Cakes series I become more and more obsessed with finding my own Daddy! Seriously, sign me up. Deke was an awesome daddy. He was patient and kind and sexy, too. He was perfect for she Maya. I enjoyed watching them form a bond and become each others forever. It was super cute and special. This is Little Cakes Book 19! Maya works with her family at La Havana restaurant, she is shy, introverted and clumsy and her mom keeps trying to set her up. But then she meets Deke who works at Stuff-It a store to makes stuffies. Deke knows who he wants and that's Maya. Maya is unsure and shy.
Come read about their romantic tale that is so sweet, and endearing and Deke is the perfect Daddy for her. There is a bit of steam, spanking and mystery in this here and is definitely a Must Read!

I thought that Deke and Maya were totally perfect together and I was cheering for them very quickly. Their story is fueled by a seductive combination of heart, emotion, humor, sweetness, kink, spice, drama, twists, suspense, tension and romance that had me firmly in my happy reading place and eager to keep those pages turning. If you are a fan of the DD/lg dynamic this is an absolutely must-read series that disappoints. Trust me, one taste and you'll be addicted and craving each new addition.

Maya is Mateo's shy Little sister. She works with her family at La Havana, but is terrified of having to interact with people, while at the same time her mom is constantly trying to set her up. Thankfully, Deke, from the local Stuff-It store, stakes his claim and Maya is intrigued. These two are super cute together. There is a secondary storyline about a possible stalker and I loved that it was resolved in a unique way. Great HEA and I'm loving the glimpse into the next story.

This book is definitely worth reading I couldn't put it down, Maya's family owned La Havana, a Cuban restaurant her family know she is little and shy. Deke has been eating at the restaurant for a little while she finally went out with him. Maya doesn't know how old her little is so Deke was happy to help. The chemistry between them was hot and steamy, he is so gentle with her not to scare her.

Cuban Food and Cupcakes

Maya and Deke are the perfect couple.
Each of them compliment the other and finish each other.
Maya being the introvert, it takes time for Deke to finally win her over to go out with him.
Once together their love and compassion is so evident to everyone around them.
There seems to be a stalker trying to take control of Maya, but Deke and Maya show him that she is already taken and very happy.

I was looking forward to Maya finding her own daddy and her story is a joy to read. Deke is just the right patient Daddy that she needs. I loved their interactions and all their hot sexy scenes. All the characters are well done. There are plenty of different elements that bring the reader through the story. I received an advanced reader copy of this book and am leaving an honest review. Beware of head strong mothers!

Maya has little to no self-esteem but that doesn't stop Daddy Deke from barging right in. Luckily Maya is totally okay with him entering her life and Daddying her immediately. The plot was suspenseful but ended okay. And yes, of course this is an insta-love/lust story. It was fun to see the other Littles again. I hope we get to see more of the littles together again. It sounds like that will be Book 20. Yay!

No drama, no danger (well, just the tiniest bit of suspense, enough to spice it a bit), but a great story of the development of a relationship between a Daddy and a VERY shy Little Girl. A few of the others from previous books appear, but this can easily be read as a standalone.

I received an ARC of this book and freely offer this review.
