This series is only getting better and better, whereas the plot or the writing. I truly enjoyed this story, it was my first FMM and the dynamic between them was everything and most of all well-balanced, there is no shortcoming for any of the main characters.
While Nelloix is looking for a rare plant to heal her friend and herself, she stumbles on Hunter a vampire who was kind of stalking her, and ohhh he is the answer to her problems and proposes to take her to his home where she would find the rare plants in many numbers. Nell and Hunter's relationship is blooming from the beginning, there is an intense connection between the two that is hot !!
Ace is the Alpha male, ohhh my he’s the best character, he’s secretive, broody, like to stalk Nell in a shadowy form and in the relationship he is the king. He has this presence that makes Nell and Hunter swoon, he also has a clear dominant personality inside and outside the bedroom. Ace and Hunter's mate relationship are magnificent and sweet, I loved how they included Nell, however, Ace had a little more trouble around her.
This book hides many secrets about all of them, it has a little dark side around their past, their trauma and the possible future. Also, it was kind of groundbreaking for the next books. I’m really excited to see how the general plot will evolve, for sure none of the characters will have it easy.
For those who read “The Queen’s Temptation” we finally know what happened at the ball 😉
Now now, sooooooo excited for Rowan’s book, I’m truly happy to Beta read for Elliot Rose, it’s amazing to see the book evolved along the way 🤩

This book has given me sooo much that I can't even put in to words but I'm sure as hell gona try❤
Firstly I was super happy about and MMF book because ofcourse who isn't 2 by the price of one 🤣 Nell was in TQT(the queen's temptation) and I was immediately curious about who she was also the vampires that came out of nowhere growling behind her at the ball(now I now why) shhhh I will not tell you I dislike leaving spoilers so Go and get this and thank me later 😉
ACE and HUNTER are soooo damned perfect that I had the hardest time trying to decide at the end I didn't choose because I don't need too I'm keeping both in my ever growing Harem
This book gave me Everything Acotar didn't besides Darling Elliot SMUTT writing is out of this world, the nicknames the heartbreak, the tension, world building. Well I'll definitely advice you to read it and enjoy❤

Little did he know she was the worst monster of all.
"That all depends on your definition of a monster."
He studied her for a long moment. A curl in his upper lip revealed the brilliant white and deathly sharp edges of his fangs.
"Some monsters are created. Others are born." Eyes narrowing on her, Hunter carefully studied every facet of her response.
And some are forged in the darkness.
This book has no business being as fun as it is. It's pure, agonizing heat from the word "go", and I loved it.
Vicious Cravings follows a witch desperately trying to atone for old and recent wrongs alike while running from the past that forced her to commit those wrongs in the first place. Nelloix (the witch in question) was just as wonderful as I remembered her being (we haven't really seen her properly since In Darkness Waits Desire). She is still without the bulk of her power and she's still very much bruised and traumatized on more levels than one, but Greens is fierce and stubborn and has the biggest heart. Watching her lose said-heart to two hulking vampires is oh so satisfying.
This FMM trio just oozed sexual tension and delicious chemistry from the start, with Hunter's blatant flirtatiousness and effortless mischief to Ace's brooding dominance and intensity. I loved that Elliott Rose took the time to establish connections between not just the throuple as a whole, but each member individually, one with the other. This triad really does just fall into place, even with the hiccups and conflicts along the way. That level of helpless magnetic attraction coupled with a sense of effortless kindred connection is the stuff that dreams are made of, and I left this book both incredibly satisfied/content with our trio's well-deserved HEA, but also achingly envious.
And let it be stated for the permanent record (although this should be a surprise to literally no one) that I am still and forever will be certifiable trash for emotionally constipated, slightly damaged, hulking, brooding men with secret gooey centers that are written by women, and Ace fucking fits that bill and then some. To quote one of Nell's astute observations: He was a giant diety-god-like creature. He didn't suit being crouched on the floor. No, this vampire deserved a throne. Yes please and thank you, may I have some more? And ooooh boy is this ancient vampire with all the big D (Daddy) energy to spare a tough nut to crack. But the way he pines in the shadows for our girl makes me melt, I love him. I love him so much.
And the fact that he and Nell basically bond over their mutual interest in botany and that they're both literally traumatized by their own inner demons? There's an understanding and level of empathy and soul-deep connection that they can offer each other in ways no one else can and I loved seeing it. Hunter was able to meet so many of Ace's needs, and vice versa, but it was clear that Nell was their missing piece. Excuse me as I melt into a puddle of feelings.
Love came complete with fangs that sunk deep. Gauging open the flesh, only to leave a gaping hole in the middle of your heart that never closed.
Ace had been to the most gruesome recesses of this world, and yet nothing compared to the terrifying prospect of falling in love....
"This thing between us, it scares me too, vampire. A raging fire I don't have any control over. Yet it's something that I can't walk away from no matter what. This could consume my soul and I'd still be following both of you into an unknown eternity.
"Seeing you and Hunter together... the way you bring each other happiness is one of the greatest examples of magic to exist. I just want us. This. Forever. But my version of forever might only be a day, and if this is what it takes to make it happen, so be it. I'm tried of waiting for my life to be my own. I want a life that has you both in it and I'll suffocate if I have to go another step further alone."
And then the final piece of our trio of the evening: Hunter. That tattooed vampire is the perfect embodiment of fiendish devil meets saint-like devotion... not to mention pure sex in human form. His chemistry and connection with both Nell and Ace is effortless and wonderful. He really is the emotional keystone of this triad. And he's such a switch, I love him so much, omg send help. No one is safe from that seductive bastard. Literally no one.
"The universe gave me a map to your soul," he said, tracing over the veins in her wrist. "Allow me to get lost here for a while?"
I mean, COME ON! #IAMDECEASED
Also, in typical Elliott Rose fashion, she makes her boys the perfect touch of feral and dangerous literally on top of everything else, so yes, I can very easily sympathize with poor Nell being perpetually in a state of heightened arousal. Talk about your constant edging, JFC.
As far as plots go, the one in Vicious Cravings is straightforward and very easy to follow. The developing relationship between our triad truly is the primary focal point of the story here, and I am 1000% on board with that; but we've also got that over-arching plot/world-building going on in the background, and I truly do love how all of these stories and characters are being tied together. It was kind of nice to finally get some closure with those remaining loose threads from Sweet Inferno.
The MVP of the series (and my absolute favorite character EVER), Brigid, literally steals every scene she's in. I'm so grateful we got more of her this time around. She remains pure mischief and sunshine, but I also love that we get more glimpses into just how fucking dangerous this witch/potential goddess is. One does not fuck with Brigid of Nocturne, and we stan. Ughhh, I cannot wait for her book. I crave more and more of her with each installment in this series.
And now my watch begins for Rowan's book... speaking of which, I feel like we need of poll to determine who is the most broodiest of MMCs in the Nocturnal Hearts universe. Because even though Ace and Lachlan can both give one another a run for their money, I have a sneaking suspicion Rowan can outdo them all. I can't fucking wait!
Loving this world and these characters more and more with each new book! If you're in the market for some fun, easy to follow, and super steamy paranormal romance, then you absolutely need this series in your life.

Vicious Cravings is perfection personified. We have our two vampires, one dark, moody and broody, while the other is full of life, mischievous and completely devoted to his mate. Now introduce our witch into this mix, who is troubled and desperately trying to regain her stolen powers.
The journey that this throuple embark on, the trials that they must endure and the way that they will capture your imagination and fuel your desire is superb. They go through a lot as individuals, and duos and finally as a throuple, but in the end they are bound to be together, fated mates and soul mates and not even the darkness can win.
This is novel 4 in the Nocturnal Hearts series, and can quite comfortably be read as a standalone book. The creation of this world, these characters and this storyline is flawless. If you think that this is just another paranormal romance you are mistaken. The love, the heat and the spice level that this horny trio bring is next level, it will scorch your soul, and it is off the charts.
If I could rate this higher than 5⭐️5🌶️ I definitely would.
With each novel that Elliott has created, they each have surpassed the previous. Do yourself a favour and read this series, start with Sweet Inferno (and meet Fehrn). Continue on to In Darkness Waits Desire ( you will find Lachlan and Belle), and then round your reading experience off with The Queens Temptation and fall desperately in love with Niall and his beautiful Fae Queen Ruby.

First things first: This book is one of the hottest books I've read this year. And when I say hot, I mean the story is great and the spice is *chefs kiss*. Elliot writes top tier spice while also delivering a great plot and that's something I can really appreciate in a book. This book was hard to put down! Vicious cravings is a standalone book, but connected to the other books in this series.
I absolutely loved this story and it's definitely my favourite of the series so far (closely followed by The queens temptation).
If you like a spicy story with a plot, MMF, well written characters, nicknames, vampires and witches, world building, touch him/her and d1e, gothic vibes, exciting adventure, secrets and fated mates. Then this is the book for you.

This was my first Elliot Rose book and I am so happy I got the chance to read this book.
I love paranormal romances and this one was no different. I devoured this book and honestly don't understand why I haven't heard of this series before.
2 vampires, a witch, romance and heaps of spice, the way to my heart. There is so much spice and it is written so good that it just feels like you're joining in on the fun. I love spicy books, but what I love more is spicy books with a decent plot. This book just has it all.
Nell -our FMC- just grows as a character and it is so nice to see the dynamic between the three of them. I honestly cannot say anything bad about this book.

I dont know what Elliott Rose put between the pages of this book, but it is so addictive.
This was my first book from Elliot Rose and i can say she will be an author I continue to read in the future!
These characters and story are amazing!
This story is so well written (to be honest i am not usually a fan of third person POV) but this one is written in such a captivating way and didn't hinder my ability to be consumed by the story.
This a story full of tragic pasts, secrets, love, and fate. A fantastic MMF paranormal romance.

This book is a standalone but connected to the other books in this series. It is a FMM, vampire/witch romance. Nell the FMC is a little standoff(ish) very strong willed and definitely has her own mind. But very lovable. Hunter is probably my favorite, he’s no push over but he’s so sweet and caring. He’s the glue that holds them together. Ace is hard and dominant, but loving. I don’t want to give anything away, I absolutely hate spoilers. So just the basics, Nell is a witch who has had most of her magic stripped and some other truly horrific things done to her.She is on a mission to right some wrongs. Hunter is well a hunter, and comes across Nell and BAM instantly obsessed. Now go read the book if you want to know how Ace fits in and just how dominant he is.

The world building was so easy to follow and didn’t even get complicated when more plot twists were added in!

Give It A Chance
Talk about a dark vampire romance to stick your teeth into. This story did not disappoint. You have a witch a 2 vampires with kinks galore.
Nell is a witch who is searching for a way to save her sister but when she runs into Hunter a vampire who has been tracking her because he felt that she was the missing part of his matebond she realizes he won't give up until she comes home with him to meet his mate.
Nell finds herself between a vampire who wants her and his mate who wants her but doesn't trust her because they have been hurt before by a witch and their hearts never really recovered.
There was a lot of push and pull angst in this story and alot of spice: MF, MM, MMF. The desire was there but the bond needed time to cultivate due to the lack of trust but once everybody was on one accord this book quickly went from 60 to 100 in the spice category. There were secrets, tests of loyalty, danger and eventually love but this triad had a few obstacles to overcome before reaping the benefits.

Vampire, Vampire, Witch, oh my! Elliott Rose you warned us before reading but I was still not prepared! How am I supposed to continue on after this?
Vicious Cravings should come with the warning that you will have increased swooning, thigh rubbing and the desire to be bitten. I am always a sucker for a good MMF dynamic but wow, they are perfect. The spice was top tier and probably one of the hottest reads for me to date.
You have mischievous Hunter and then on the other side of the spectrum grumpy daddy Ace and right in the middle is sweet Nell. They’re characters are developed wonderfully and balance each other incredibly well.
This world Elliot created is full of hidden secrets and unknown dangers. The twists will have you scrambling to get to the next page to find out what happened.

He takes interest in her and finds out that the plant she is looking for is actually grown at his mansion. Ace , his mate, grows them there.
Nell has to make a deal with Hunter in order to complete her task, avoid her dark past, and trying to avoid the intense chemistry she has for Both vampires!
This was a spicy book!

This book is full of good ol’ sexual tension, and a chemistry among the MCs that is impossible to escape. I don’t usually connect easily with spicy books, but I fell in love with all the main characters in this story. Hunter was the first one to win me over. He’s charming, confident, fun and sexy as hell. I found Nell interesting and I could relate to her on so many levels. She’s insatiable in more than one way, strong AND fragile, and brave. Then, we have Ace. What can I say about this vampire? I was on my knees for him right from the start. (Pun intended? You bet!) He’s so intense, broody, and the dominance he exudes just takes my breath away. This trio is everything, and so is Elliot’s writing. OMG! I have a new favorite author! She knows how to create a perfect balance between character development, spicy moments, world building, and plot. This was my first MFM book, with MM scenes, and I’m so glad I took a chance on it. I highly recommend Vicious Cravings to anyone that wants to have a good time, enjoy good characters with depth, and endless streams of hot moments that never feel boring or repetitive.

Every book in this series just gets better and better!
I will say that Nell (whose full name is Nelliox how cool is that?) and her first meeting with Hunter is probably one of my favorites! The SASS!
The dynamic between Nell, Hunter and Ace is one of my favorites!
I love how we finally saw what happened at the ball from TQT (sorry slight spoiler 🫣, told you I suck at keeping it spoiler free)
I love the alpha presences that Ace just embodies I was swooning right along with Hunter and Nell!
While this series is full of standalones I HIGHLY suggest reading all the books in order (actually I demand it 🤣) they are all amazing, you see characters across the series and Elliot Rose is easily one of my favorite authors!

4.5 ⭐️s, rounding to 5!
I thoroughly enjoyed reading this book! Hot vampires, sexy witches, and shifters, oh my! Couldn't put it down once I got started. I will preface the rest of my review by saying I had not read the first 3 books of this series prior to reading this one. I did read the blurbs for the first 3, so I had an idea of the main characters referenced in Vicious Cravings and a very high-level understanding of some of the background of the world. But overall I would say I didn't feel like I was missing much by not reading the others first. Little bits of info about other characters are inserted into this book as well.
This story was absolutely delicious! So much smut! Believe me, I loved it, but I felt like the larger, overall plot probably suffered just a teeny weeny bit. I will say though, the portion of the story centered around Ace, Hunter, and Nelloix (being the majority of the book), I really enjoyed. I loved seeing the progression and dynamics of their relationship as the story played out. It was so damn hot and beautiful. 🥵😍 And all the pet names! *melting in a puddle on the floor*
Hunter and Nelloix's chemistry from jump was so hot and electric and I was so intrigued by where things were going with them. Hunter was so sexy and intuitive. Nelloix was this sexy, spunxy, and independent woman that was determined to see her mission through. I loved that about her. I loved the fact that Hunter just knew she was something special and important to him immediately. Ace was such a hotty-dom and I freakin loved him. His whole broody academic vibe was just perfection. Picturing him in the glasses was just melt-to-the-floor goodness! The three of them together was fantastic once Ace got his sh*t together and they all finally got their rhythm. Their dynamic as a throuple was so good! I am a true sucker for a hot MMF and I really enjoyed the way Ace and Hunter's bisexuality was portrayed. Hunter is literally the embodiment of the switch dynamic and I adore that vamp with all my heart and soul. Ace's dom nature was the perfect counterpart to Nelloix's sub, but I also loved the way he let her bring him to his knee's just a tad at times. Ace and Hunter's overall love and devotion to Nelloix and her reciprocity of all that was so beautiful. And the fact that Nelloix wanted Hunter to ensure that Ace was saved in the end just made my heart break. Not only did she love them, but she also loved them for each other, and that, to me, just showed an even deeper level of devotion.
I did feel like it took a little longer than I would have liked for Nelloix's inner "issue" to be described and reveal itself. She spent a lot of time trying to hide it and not talk about it, even with us, the audience. Even when it did come to light, we still didn't get a whole lot of information on what exactly this being was (other than a name) and what it's purpose was. Even by the end, I was still a little unsure of why she had been forced to be a vessel for this entity, not to mention why this powerful entity had been submissive to Nell's mother...it seemed to me that it was quite powerful and could have taken her out all on its own. But it never had the desire to do so. It wanted power, but for what reason? So I was just a little confused about why all of that had happened. Also, why was Melinkya so important to Nell's mother that she had spent so much time trying to destroy her before they all escaped? Maybe I missed that part, but I still didn't feel that was explained by the end of the book. I also felt confused about Ace's monster. He was obviously a vampire but also had this other dark monster within him, kind of like Nelloix, but they coexisted. Why is it that he was the only vampire that had one? How come none of the other vampires had these monsters inside them? I didn't feel that part of Ace's background was really fleshed out very well. Maybe it was described in some of the earlier books...?
I thought the writing was great, it was very smooth and easy to digest, and felt appropriate for the time period and environment. The dialogue among characters was enjoyable. There were funny moments, serious moments, and beautiful loving moments. I enjoyed the relationship between Nell, Brigid, Thena, and Melinkya and I loved the fact that Nell's vamps wanted to foster that relationship and work with them and help Nelloix in her mission to save Melinkya.
I loved how this story ended! And I think it set things up for another adventure for some of the other characters. Whether you're reading this book as the first of this series or a continuation of it, I think you will definitely enjoy it if you love your fantasy romance hot and your vampires and witches even hotter! Enjoy! 🤙🏼💕

I thoroughly enjoyed reading this book! Hot vampires, sexy witches, and shifters, oh my! Couldn't put it down once I got started. I will preface the rest of my review by saying I had not read the first 3 books of this series prior to reading this one. I did read the blurbs for the first 3, so I had an idea of the main characters referenced in Vicious Cravings and a very high-level understanding of some of the background of the world. But overall I would say I didn't feel like I was missing much by not reading the others first. Little bits of info about other characters are inserted into this book as well.
This story was absolutely delicious! So much smut! Believe me, I loved it, but I felt like the larger, overall plot probably suffered just a teeny weeny bit. I will say though, the portion of the story centered around Ace, Hunter, and Nelloix (being the majority of the book), I really enjoyed. I loved seeing the progression and dynamics of their relationship as the story played out. It was so damn hot and beautiful. 🥵😍 And all the pet names! *melting in a puddle on the floor*
Hunter and Nelloix's chemistry from jump was so hot and electric and I was so intrigued by where things were going with them. Hunter was so sexy and intuitive. Nelloix was this sexy, spunxy, and independent woman that was determined to see her mission through. I loved that about her. I loved the fact that Hunter just knew she was something special and important to him immediately. Ace was such a hotty-dom and I freakin loved him. His whole broody academic vibe was just perfection. Picturing him in the glasses was just melt-to-the-floor goodness! The three of them together was fantastic once Ace got his sh*t together and they all finally got their rhythm. Their dynamic as a throuple was so good! I am a true sucker for a hot MMF and I really enjoyed the way Ace and Hunter's bisexuality was portrayed. Hunter is literally the embodiment of the switch dynamic and I adore that vamp with all my heart and soul. Ace's dom nature was the perfect counterpart to Nelloix's sub, but I also loved the way he let her bring him to his knee's just a tad at times. Ace and Hunter's overall love and devotion to Nelloix and her reciprocity of all that was so beautiful. And the fact that Nelloix wanted Hunter to ensure that Ace was saved in the end just made my heart break. Not only did she love them, but she also loved them for each other, and that, to me, just showed an even deeper level of devotion.
I did feel like it took a little longer than I would have liked for Nelloix's inner "issue" to be described and reveal itself. She spent a lot of time trying to hide it and not talk about it, even with us, the audience. Even when it did come to light, we still didn't get a whole lot of information on what exactly this being was (other than a name) and what it's purpose was. Even by the end, I was still a little unsure of why she had been forced to be a vessel for this entity, not to mention why this powerful entity had been submissive to Nell's mother...it seemed to me that it was quite powerful and could have taken her out all on its own. But it never had the desire to do so. It wanted power, but for what reason? So I was just a little confused about why all of that had happened. Also, why was Melinkya so important to Nell's mother that she had spent so much time trying to destroy her before they all escaped? Maybe I missed that part, but I still didn't feel that was explained by the end of the book. I also felt confused about Ace's monster. He was obviously a vampire but also had this other dark monster within him, kind of like Nelloix, but they coexisted. Why is it that he was the only vampire that had one? How come none of the other vampires had these monsters inside them? I didn't feel that part of Ace's background was really fleshed out very well. Maybe it was described in some of the earlier books...?

Swearing off love, fate, and bonding with another being in order to keep both herself and others safe from the curse within. But time has nearly run out. This was one heck of an enticing read. This was my first book by this author and although it can be read as a standalone, I think I would have enjoyed it much more if I had read the previous books in this series. The spice was off the charts. It’s been a while since I've read a good vampire story, so I found it exciting and impossible to put down. The plot kept my attention throughout. As soon as I have time, I'll be catching up with the first three books. If you love a good paranormal romance, you need to add this to your TBR. This is my honest opinion, freely given.

I’ve been procrastinating on writing this review for the past few days as I’ve struggled to formulate a review that did this masterpiece justice. Vicious Cravings is the fourth book in Elliott’s Nocturnal Hearts series and be easily read as a standalone novel and hainge never read any of Elliott’s work before I had no trouble getting sucked into her world of witches and hulking vampires.
Elliott has woven some voodoo magic into this book as it was addictive from the very start! Nell is our strong FMC - a broken witch with a dark side, she’s on a path of trying to mend her past wrong doings by searching for the ever elusive ghost orchid.
On her travels she runs on to Hunter one of our two Vampire MMCs, out in the snowdrifts. Hunter is overly flirtatious and mischievous with a lethal side you don’t want to experience. There is instant chemistry between the pair and knowing where there is abundant supply of ghost orchids Hunter provides Nell with an offer that is too good to refuse.
Watching from the shadows we have Ace, our broody vampire MMC with big daddy energy. While Ace seems like the biggest grump the world has met, it’s really just a front as he is soft as for Hunter his fated mate and Nell his moya dusha. I honestly melted when I finally found out that name meant and if you want to know what it means go and read the book.
I loved how each of the characters developed throughout the story both individually, as pairs and finally as a trio. It was heartwarming to see how their relationships bloomed throughout the book while dealing with the events that unfolded throughout the book. Now spice.. Oh my goodness the spice! Elliott Rose can write spice! What else can I say other than it was insanely hot and each scene she wrote outdid the last.
The book is written in the third person which in the past I’ve had some terrible issues connecting with the story but in all honestly I did not experience any of this with this book. Elliott’s writing in this book was beautiful from the characters, world building and the plot it was far too easy to escape into her world and forget reality. I am so annoyed with myself that I have only discovered her work now and am adding all her books into my TBR to read at some point in the very near future.

They're both such a dream, each with their own charm and a touch of imperfection that we adore in morally complex characters. Her writing was brilliant and the world-building flowed seamlessly. And guess what? I believe this is my first MMF romance and it was sizzling!

Nell hasn't known peace since she was possessed by a demonic spirit. Nevertheless, she persists and wanders too far on a snowy night to find a rare potion ingredient. Thankfully, she's saved by a stalkerish vampire who can't resist her allure. Tempting her with a greenhouse of ingredients, Hunter lures Nell back to his estate... that he shares with his monsterous mate. Ace isn't so bad if you ignore his brooding and stalking tendencies. He's determined to figure out Nell's secrets, whether she wants him to know or not. As Hunter and Ace close in on the idea that Nell may be the missing part of their mate bond, all hell breaks loose. Was there ever a better time to risk it all?
I loved this book so much. Spice galore and a working plot make up the brunt of this bad boy. Nell is a badass who is ready to live every day like it's her last. It just might be. Hunter, the golden retriever, and Ace, the brooding bad boy monster, were so likable. Gimme!
