After his last relationship ended abruptly, James Bennett is DONE. James can be happy with his family and dogs, safeguarding his heart from break again. He never expects Sara and her son Noah. Sara is helping his father as his caregiver after his hospital stay. A rocky start between James and Sara is not looking promising, but the more they both get to know one another they find the chemistry between them is not the only way they fit. Can Sara trust James and he in return trust Sara when their happy bubble is faced with trouble?
I really enjoyed this one. James is a bit of a hot head but I think he feels deeply. The way the story starts off was a huge surprise, pulled me in right away and I had to see where the story would go. Another wonderful read in this series.
Fearless Love is a contemporary romance and the fifth wonderful book in The Bennetts of Langston Falls series by K. G. Fletcher. K.G. is one of my must-read authors and I am always on the lookout for more of her work. Make sure to read them all or you will be missing out on the lives and loves of the other Bennetts. Having said that they can be read as standalones. I can’t believe we are already at book 5 in this series, and this is the last book. I’m going to miss these characters. This sweet story is filled with fun, love, passion and pain, struggle and loss, drama and tragedy, and heartache. The chemistry is off the charts, and it is sexy and steamy. Langston Falls is a beautiful small-town that feels familiar. It is where family, love and great characters reside and is full of southern charm. This is a second chance single mom roommates turned lovers’ trope and is James and Sara’s story. James is a little grumpy, but he has longed to have what everyone else in the family has. Sara has to think of her son, but she can’t resist the sexy man who has come into her life. I loved the banter between these two, the laughter to be had and family. KG has done it again.
I think James is my favorite Bennett sibling. A bit of a grump, James doesn't really want any relationship, but all his siblings are falling in love. He isn't getting caught up in that! LOL. Enter Sara, traveling nurse hired to help their dad, beautiful and comes with some baggage. She doesn't have time to fall in love either, thats the last thing on her mind.
But, the more they spend together..........I liked these two together, I liked seeing all the characters from the previous books involved in James and Sara's story. They are so fun together. They play hard and also love each other hard. This was a good addition to the series.
Single parent romances are not my go to, but KG Fletcher weaves beautiful romances and so I was willing to give Sara a chance. Glad I did because her and James are fire! This found family story was heartwarming, charming and oh so romantic. James is the ultimate cinnamon roll hero and the dogs had me howling. As this is the final book in the Bennets of Langston Falls series, I'll be sad to leave this loving, loyal small town family, but their love stories will stay with me.
This books is part of a series but can be read as a stand alone.
This is the book I have read by K.G. Fletcher and I must say I am a new fan.
James has sworn off relationships after his last one ended and left a bad taste in his mouth. Sara is a travel nurse who is hired to take care of Jame’s father. Someone James did not anticipate coming into his life and having him rethink his plans for his life. The issues start with the fact Sarah has baggage or should we say secrets on top of being a single parent to a little boy. Can both overcome things to be together?
You are taken on this journey of learning how to love again even when you are scared. Learning the learn to trust one another when trouble arises. This story was a page turner for me and makes me definitely want to read more by this author.
Almost 4 stars, but just misses because it's not the most original. On the plus side, though, it is enjoyable and is very sweet and heartwarming, with characters you can't help liking and rooting for. This probably can be read as a standalone, but so, so much better if you've read the previous books in the series. This is a good conclusion to the Bennetts of Langston Falls series and a must read if you've read the previous books, as it wraps up all the series characters' relationships.
I was given a complimentary ARC from the author, and this is my honest review.
Story: 6/10 Spice:1/5 Spice Hierarchy:Barely cracked door
ARC Review-Releases 2/22
James will do anything to help people and has his life planned, until those plans change one night. Sara is a travel nurse and just moved to a new town with her young son. Her new job is with James’ dad after he suffered a heart attack. They are living at a motel until they are able to find a better rental option.
There were parts of this story I really liked. The writing was good. The characters were good. James is an absolute cinnamon roll. Each time he called her “darlin” I was giddy.
But there were some plot points and inconsistencies that I struggled with. Sara and Noah moved and he went to work with her for the first week while the school year started after winter break, but the story started in February. For as reserved as Sara was presented and running from her past, it felt very sudden to be running to his arms, holding hands, and being together.
This is book five of this interconnected standalone series, told in third person POV and leaves you with a HEA. this book can be read as a standalone without having to read the previous books in the series, but in my opinion, it is more enjoyable when the series is read in order.
Sara was the perfect woman to thaw out the heart of the hardened James. With James’ grumpiness and Sara’s lack of interest in finding love, it was just an acquaintance relationship at first. The more time spent together and with Sara’s son, Noah, it was easy to see that these three belonged together. Hidden under the Mr. Grumpy Gills persona was a man who cared and loved deeply. Sara wasn’t wanting love either, but when it comes to the heart knowing what it wants, there is no use in fighting it.
I loved seeing all the couples from the previous books. The family love and loyalty is strong and my favorite thing about this series. I don’t want this series to end! Hopefully one day we can get a second generation series and see these couples again while rooting for their kids to get their HEAs! I received an advanced readers copy. These thoughts and opinions are my own.
Fearless Love is the fifth book in ‘The Bennetts of Langston Falls’ Series by the very talented K.G Fletcher. This gave me all the ‘feels’ and somewhat eased my angst over this being the final instalment in this fantastic series. I admit that I went into this with a bit of a heavy heart, as the Bennetts have been one of my favourite series from Ms. Fletcher- so I knew it would be bittersweet right from the get-go. But Ms. Fletcher wove her magic and ended the series on a high note- with ‘Fearless Love’’ and yet again proved her superb storytelling skills. I feel like every time I review one of Ms. Fletcher’s books that I am repeating myself, because there are only so many ways to say- ‘she keeps outdoing herself with each new book she releases’, -‘I LOVE this story’, -‘I think it might be one of her best yet’, - ‘she had me swooning while all the emotion strummed my heart strings’, -‘this is another example of why Ms. Fletcher is on my automatic one-click, no questions asked author list’. But all of that is the truth, and having devoured every single book she has written, I really have run out of superlatives that would do her book/stories the justice that they deserve. This is James and Sara’s story- and I was so excited to finally get to ‘know’ James so much better. Reading one of these books always feel like ‘coming home’- as the Bennetts won me over right from the very first book. With James, I found that the ‘waters ran deep’ and there were so many more facets to him than I had imagined/expected. Sara was perfect for him. As expected, Ms. Fletcher doesn’t make things too easy for them, sprinkling in secrets, angst, animal capers, family dynamics, and drama to keep them on their toes. But, in her indomitable style- she delivered a swoonworthy small-town romance where #lovealwayswins — rounding out this series with a delightfully heartwarming read. This book could be read as standalone, but I highly recommend reading the previous books before starting on this one, because not only are they all superb stories in their own right, but as each story focuses on one of the Bennett family siblings, each instalment in the series helps to build a bigger picture and appreciation of the characters- which makes the whole reading experience of The Bennet’s of Langston Falls so much richer. The (completed) series contains: -Faultless Love (Book #1 — Teddy and Robyn’s story) -Shameless Love (Book #2 — Walt and Elyse’s story) -Breathless Love (Book #3 — Hank and Ella Mae’s story) -Reckless Love (Book #4 — Becky and Glen’s story) -Fearless Love (Book #5 — James and Sara’s story) Can’t wait to see what Ms. Fletcher does next- SQUEEEE!! Happy Reading!
There’s so many ways I could start this it took me a while to decide, so here it goes. I can’t believe the Bennett’s of Langston Falls Series is finished! 😕 It’s a series I enjoyed very much and someday plan to read the whole thing again. I’m still partial to the 2nd book being my favorite however Fearless Love is a very close runner up. James finally got his story, and it definitely didn’t start how I expected it to go. This book picks up right where book 4 ends. Which to me I thought was like okay why, I thought he’s been in an established relationship since book 1 we just never got a back story. Unfortunately that’s not how this story goes. Sam left James. Good riddance for leading him on. And it leaves James in a funk that’s not good to be in. Especially with his recovering father who is about to come home from the hospital. Of course if you read these books you know this is a tight knit family so it’s not just James, he just doesn’t want to bring them down. Adjusting to the new norm of an empty home and moving on, he never expected his dad’s care nurse and her son to come barreling into his life. Sara and Noah are headed to a new home. Why because Sara has a new job to take care of Mr.Bennett. Unfortunately she has a disappointed son, who all he wanted for his 8th birthday was a party with friends. He didn’t understand why they couldn’t have waited a week to move. Sarah still promises him anyway that’s exactly what he’s going to have. When it ends up a bust, she’s disappointed and feels she failed her son. What she didn’t expect was James and the band of Bennett’s to swoop in and not only make his wish come true but make her feel welcome as well. Leading him to some brownie points with her. The way he is with her son is one of the things that draws her to him. But will it be enough? Can he accept another man’s child, since they are a package deal? This book plays out exactly like the books in this series. There’s the meet cute. They get to know you and drama. And the conclusion. It’s just the context of how the story is told and the conclusion of what will really happen that keeps the reader involved. Across these books you grow to love this family. Despite everything they’ve been through. This book even has a little extra towards the end for their widower father as well. I’ll miss this place and these characters but like I said early on I’ll read it again. Put it away for a while and when I find it again be just as excited to jump back into book 1. If you’ve read the 1st 4 books, gear up for a wonderful finale. If you haven't, what are you waiting for?!? Go find yourself book 1 trust me when I say that’s the best place to start!
Fearless Love by K.G. Fletcher was a sweet, steamy read that had me flying through the pages!
This is the final book in The Bennetts of Langston Falls Series. I have not read the other books, but I felt like it could be read as a standalone. James is the Bennett brother who had his life planned out, but we all know how that sometimes turns out. After he experiences a bad break-up, he isn’t looking to jump back into a relationship anytime soon. However, he wasn’t expecting the beautiful traveling nurse who was caring for his father or her precocious son. He tries to set boundaries, but he can’t stop thinking about Sara. Sara certainly isn’t looking for a relationship. The only man she has focused on is her son, Noah, but there is something special about James. She is thinking about him as much as he is thinking about her. As soon as he discovers that she and Noah are staying in a local hotel, he offers a room in his home. Their flirty banter soon has the potential to become so much more.
These two are such great characters. James is everything a book boyfriend should be….sexy and so caring. Seeing him with Noah melted my heart. Sara is everything a heroine should be. She is beautiful and strong, and most importantly, a wonderful mother!!!! The chemistry is so strong between these two, and readers can see how much they belong together. There isn’t too much angst or drama. There is a mystery about the identity of Noah’s father, but it doesn’t affect the relationship between the two. Her impulse to run is the biggest hurdle for them to overcome.
The characters, even the secondary ones, were engaging and pulled me into the story, but the way the setting was written pulled me in as well. I could picture the farm and winery so clearly in my mind. I felt like I was a part of the story myself.
KG Fletcher is a new writer to me. I thoroughly enjoyed the book. She won me over from the very beginning when she introduced me to James’s beautiful Labradors. I’m a Labby mom myself to two yellow fur babies, so I was completely hooked. Those two sweethearts were characters themselves. The epilogue was the icing on the cake!!! I’m very happy that I discovered this fantastic writer. I will definitely be reading more from her!!!
This was a brilliant finish to an absolutely fantastic series. I am sorry to see it end. I am so over the moon for Roy and CC. James did not deserve what Sam did at the restaurant. I was shocked!! I am going to miss this family like old friends.
James has been with Sam for a while and even though things have been strained lately, James is ready to take it to the next level. He plans a romantic dinner. Sam is late. It does not go the way James planned. When he leaves the restaurant, James goes home alone and Sam heads off to live her dream. James decides he is swearing off love for a while. And it works for about a minute until James is yelled at by a mystery woman that sets his heart aflutter.
Sara is a traveling nurse. She takes on a job for several months up to a year, and then she moves on to a different location, different job. This has been her life for the last 9 years. She feels it works for her but her son is getting older and has started hating moving. Sara has many reasons to keep moving. Now she has taken a job caring for Roy Bennett. This leads to her having an interesting path crossing with James.
James finds a way to keep Sara close. James moves Sara and Noah, her son, out to the farm to get them out of the hotel where they were staying. The Bennett family envelopes Sara and Noah into their clan. This move even gives Roy a chance at romance!
Throughout the story, we wrap up some questions about what is going on with all the rest of the Bennetts. I think there is more Bennett together time in this book than in all the others. I am here for it. They are a great family. I am sad to wrap up my time with them. It has been a great ride!!
Find time to put this series on your TBR if you haven’t already started it!!!!
A gorgeous small-town romance filled with the sweetest gestures and so many cute moments, it’s a completely perfect story for the last Bennett brother, the perfect cinnamon roll hero for a single mom on the run from her past. From sultry slow dancing to surprise birthday parties for an eight-year-old, James Bennett is that solid guy that makes you believe in forever love. James had his life planned out, but a bad breakup and a father home fresh from a heart attack have him thinking maybe he wasn’t meant to find what his brothers and sister have, a forever love. Which is probably better anyway because he doesn’t have time with his dad out of commission and needing some pretty intense therapy to heal, the vineyards will need him even more now. Then Sara, his dad’s traveling rehab nurse, and her son get there and James can’t help but start thinking that maybe his forever love just walked in, all he has to do is convince her that she’s it for him and figure out why she’s running from her past before she leaves him standing there with his heart in his hands. Such a great read! KG Fletcher has filled this book with so much heart, so many little spicy, sweet, and surprising moments, it’s just a beautiful love story where there’s no doubt James is that honest, standup, reliable, man that you always hoped you’d find. I love that he even surprises himself with how natural it feels to be with Sara and her son Noah, and there is so much adorable stuff with him and Noah. It’s the perfect love story for the final book in this series, has a few surprises towards the end, and assures you that every Bennett that you’ve grown to love over the series is living their happily ever after.
Fearless Love is Book Five in The Bennetts of Langston Falls Series. It is a small town, single mom, second chance contemporary romance that centers around the characters of James and Sara. James has just had his heart broken by the woman he thought was the love of his life. He had planned a special night for the two of them and was intending to propose when she broke the devastating news to him that she did not see a future in Langston Falls and was leaving to pursue a career in the FBI. Sara is a travel nurse who has been hired to provide at-home care for James’ dad after he has suffered a heart attack. Her world centers around her eight-year-old son and she has a hard time putting down roots due to the nature of her job. When Sara and her son arrive in Langston Falls, they make a small motel their temporary home until something better comes along. When James learns that Sara and her son are staying in a motel, he wants to help and offers to have them stay with him as his roommates. James has sworn off relationships and is not expecting to find himself so drawn to Sara and the possibility of having a family of his own. Sara is fiercely independent, used to being on her own, and lives like a gypsy so the thought of staying in one place too long does not seem ideal to her. Is there a possibility of a future between James and Sara or will she move on at the first chance she gets? I love that the story is told from both James and Sara’s POV so that it enables a better understanding of each character. This book had love, loss, friendship, family bonds, romance, hope, secrets, drama, angst, and witty banter. Another superbly written book in this series by this talented author.
Author Fletcher has written another beautiful love story and a perfect ending to a great series. This heartwarming, entertaining story about Sara, James and Noah is well worth the read and while it can be read as a stand alone, reading in order will fill your heart entirely.
Sara and her son Noah are adorable. Looking for a place to call their own, a place they don't have to look over their shoulders, a place where they fit in and can settle down. As a traveling nurse that is hard to do until Sara lands a job in Langston Falls, home of the Bennetts! While not really looking for love Sara also finds James Bennett…”He felt like coming home…It was a sense of peace and joy, better than any fairytale or dream.”
James Bennett is fresh off an unexpected break up. He has decided to just live his life and enjoy his father and siblings. He would be fine. With his father just released from the hospital after a heart attack that shook the entire Bennett family, James gets to meet the traveling nurse that will aid in dad’s recovery, but first he gets to entertain her child, Noah.
Sara and James meet under special circumstances, a momma bear protecting her cub. Such a cute and endearing way for these two to finally meet. And knowing this author and this series, happiness won’t be far behind…but first there is the little thing about Noah’s birth father. That bit will be the deciding factor in Sara’s decision to stay in Langston Falls or to continue her nomadic ways.
While I am sad that this series has ended, I am looking forward to other stories this author will bring us.
James Bennett is ready for the next stage of his life, all ready to propose to Samantha but when a bombshell hits he is completely devastated. Picking himself back up he decides to concentrate on his Dad and the farm but in walks Sara and her son and all bets are off.
Sara is a traveling nurse, she enjoys the different locations and moving around. As her son is growing older its harder to keep moving as he makes friends along the way, although she has her secrets caring for Roy Bennett is one of the best jobs she has had but failing for James Bennett was not on the cards.
Can James convince her to stay?
I love this series although I thought Becky and Glen's book was my favourite it has been trumped by this one. James has always been the silent hero in the background and then you thought he found his forever with Samantha you always will him a happy ever after.
All the stories have a running theme of the family and the farm but each can be read as stand alone books, although I recommend reading them all as they are brilliant. This story was just a lovely enjoyable read, as I said before James has always been the silent hero in the family to me and seeing his interactions with Noah, Sara's son were just lovely to read.
Sara although was strong had a vulnerable side which came out and James's character treated her with understanding and love. I love the whole Bennett squad and you just want to be a part of the family every time I read this great series.
I hope there is more books in this series following them as catch ups in there lives, don't stripe me of the Bennetts please.
Let me begin by saying that you can read this as a standalone or in order of the series. I recommend reading it in order because knowing the back story of the Bennett family will help a lot. Now let’s get started with this review. Fearless Love is the final installment to the most beautiful and touching romance series I have ever read. This is James and Sara’s story. The best way to sum it all up is two broken hearts brought together by whatever you want to call it. He’s a tender spirit that knows what he wants and is so loving and compassionate. He shows Sara what life can be like with the right man to love her and her son, Noah. Sara is independent and protective of her son. She learns that its okay to let someone in again. She learns to heal in many ways. Watching these two heal and come together and become a family, small and large, left me feeling so many emotions. Sara’s job as a traveling nurse brought her to the farm to help Ray recover from his health crisis in a previous book, I prefer to think fate brought them together for her own purpose. This author is one of my favorites. Her writing is tender, compassionate, romantic, and realistic. The Bennetts have always felt like they could be part of my community. This author has done a fantastic job of tying up the series. This author has done a wonderful job of making her readers feel that the Bennetts have been part of your family. Happy tears flowed as the family returned for a surprise. Thank you sharing this beautiful series with us.
Fearless Love is a story about Sara, a single mom and traveling nurse coming to take care of a new client in Langston Falls. Sara is “running” away from her past, especially her son’s (Noah) father. Noah’s father never wanted him, but she was always worried about what would happen if he found out she never ended the pregnancy. However, she didn’t realize that by moving to Langston Falls, this may be the last running she would do. James Bennett, who owns and runs the farm with his family, is the son of Sara’s client. James first meets Sara because he yelled at her son about making his dogs sick. However, both quickly realize that there is an attraction and Sara recognizes the great man that James is. The two of them end up moving in together because she can’t find a place to stay. This “adventure” turned into a budding love, that just continued to grow. However, can Sara trust him since she has never been able to trust men? Can James trust that his heart won’t be broken as in the past? Can they trust that the ready-made family is the real deal? This was a cute romance story. Sara was a good character who was loving, caring, level-headed, and open to possibilities. However, James was my favorite out of the 2. He is a strong, loving, caring, cowboy type. He loves hard but is gentle and understanding, and a great role model for Noah. I loved his character and how he handled everything that came to him. I have read other books in this series and they were good so I am sure I will read others.
I love the Bennett family and I love visiting them in Langston Falls ! I know I’m not allowed to have favourites but if I were to have a favourite it would have to be James ❣️🤷♀️🤣🙈😉
Loving the dedication to author’s dad , really special bond and love shared , much like Roy in the Bennett family 🤗
Ok so the patriarch of the Bennett family , Roy had a heart attack that shocked the family and now he’s on the way home to recover and they’re in need of a nurse and that’s how Sara , our travelling nurse comes into their lives …..
Sara and Noah are the nicest peeps and Noah is such a sweet kid and she’s raised him by herself but he’s coming to an age where he wants to settle and have roots like a normal kid would and I’m soooooo grateful it’s Langston Falls anyhoo their first friends are Tinkerbelle ( cutest little fur princess) and Crystal that runs the motel they’re staying at temporarily…,
James was ready to propose to Sam and then she ups and leaves !? Like girl I get it but I don’t get it 🤷♀️ so James is licking his wounds and is a little jaded but it won’t last long because between Sara and Noah all resistance will crumble 😉
Sara is running from something and I love the way James encourages her to face up to her past and he doesn’t run from her or the situation , this man is a real honey❣️
There’s so much to love about this book and I could carry on forever telling you about it and what these people mean to me but if I do that I’ll be taking away your opportunity to get involved with them ❣️📚😉 go ahead and join them 🥰
I love this series about the Bennett family and just like the previous books in this series I was hooked from page one. I found that I was reading late into the night as I couldn’t stop turning the pages! As usual the small town setting of Langston Falls was brought vividly to life through the descriptive narrative, making me feel immersed in the story. This was the sensible brother, James Bennett’s story with a second chance at romance theme. James is still getting over a bitter break-up and is convinced that he doesn’t have time for relationships. That is until he becomes friends with single Mum and travel nurse Sara Larson who has been hired to be James father’s caregiver. Her and her eight year old son Noah are living at the local economy motel however, when James discovers this he invites then to stay with him and his two dogs at Bennett Farms. Sara and James can’t deny their mutual attraction and the connection they feel to one another once they start living together. James tries to convince Sara to stay and build a permanent life with him, but Sara has secrets including the fact that she’s actually on the run. James and Sara are both likeable and relatable characters who I felt instantly engaged with. Their chemistry sizzled off the page and led to some steamy scenes in this roommates turned lovers romance. The storyline kept me happily turning the pages and I love the fact that the story has a guaranteed HEA.
ARC Book Review Fearless Love A Novel Written By K. G. Fletcher Fiction - Romance Published February 2024 383 Pages ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
This is the fifth and final book in the author’s The Bennetts of Langston Falls Series. Each book can be read as a standalone, but it is a great series to read. This series is about small towns, family, and romance.
Fearless Love focuses on Bennett brother, James. He helps run the family’s winery and Christmas tree farm with his father and three brothers. After a bitter breakup with his girlfriend on Valentine’s Day, James has given up on love and relationships. That is until he meets Sara Larson. Sara is the single mom who has been hired to be James’s father at home nurse while he recovers from a recent heart attack. James quickly wants to be the one to fix the challenges in Sara’s life. Sara is intent on being the protector of her eight year son, Noah.
James is a real sweetheart who develops a caring friendship with Noah and is a positive male role model for the young boy. Sara, who rarely stays in one place very long, now wonders if Langston Falls is the place for her to settle down.
“Hear me loud and clear. The heart knows when the search is over. Not just tonight, but forever more.”
This is the fifth and final book in the Bennett's of Langston Falls Series. I am feeling a little sad about this being the last installment in the series as I have enjoyed meeting every member of the Bennett family and following their journeys to find love. The author is amazing and writes such beautiful emotional stories that you cant help but feel like you know the characters personally.
This is James and Sara's story. After having his heartbroken James is done with love and romance. He is happy to focus on his family and his dogs. That is until Sara and her son Noah comes into his life. Sara is the carer that is helping James father at home. At first sparks fly between the pair but the more time they spend together and in each others company the more their chemistry builds and becomes something neither can deny. But when things get tough and they are tested will the chemistry be enough to hold them together? Both Sara and James have trouble trusting which makes their journey even harder as they find it hard to trust one another but if they take that leap of faith will they succeed or will they end up heartbroken again.
Again I can't put into words how much I loved this series and this book is just the icing on a very beautifully decorated cake.
This is a quick, fast paced read. It is the ending of the series. I feel that if you haven't read the others in the series you could still read this and then go back and read the rest. There might be spoilers in doing so but it doesn't distract from the story line. The characters in this book are amazing. The leading female is a single mom who has an amazing career. Her son is a character that you will love. The leading male character is just a really good guy. Those don't generally exist, like there is normally some underlying issues or trauma that the male has to work through. Not with this book. The leading female is the one with the "baggage" in this story. There were times when I was wondering when the other shoe was going to drop but that didn't happen either. There is growth for each of the characters and that brings them closer together. There is some steam in this book but you are more focused one the storyline that the steam. I felt like it was a great ending to a series. I am sad to see it end because I'm selfish and didn't want to stop reading. I was at the end of the book before I even realized it. I highly suggest reading this if you love some small town, single mom, romance. It was just very heartfelt and uplifting to read.
Fearless Love is the 5th and final book in the Bennetts of Langston Falls series and what a wonderful and bittersweet ending. While I am sad that this series is completed, I am excited to see what this author has in store in future! Feeling like I am part of the wonderful Bennett Family, being part of a beautiful family that is full of love, loss, second chances and new beginnings.
James and Sara's story is beautiful. Meeting on a chance encounter.....Sara is a single mother, raising her son on her own and a travel nurse. When Sara takes a job in Langston Falls she never expected to be enveloped no only being a nurse but into a family that accepts her. James was not looking for love after getting his heart broken and shattered, but when he meets his dads home nurse, Sara, instant chemistry hits. When secrets are revealed will James and Sara be able to overcome any obstacle that comes their way to find the love they both long for?
I loved this entire series and I highly suggest reading this series in order from the beginning. This is truly one of my favorite series ever.
5 Stars Fearless Love (The Bennetts of Langston Falls, Book 5) by KG Fletcher
Fearless Love is the fifth book in The Bennetts of Langston Falls. This is a Contemporary Romance that once I started reading I couldn’t put it down till I finished. I’ve truly enjoyed reading this series and this book might be my favorite yet. The characters are developed, relatable and bring the story to life. This is a second chance romance that is packed with drama , love , loss, struggles, family, tragedy and so much more. My heart ached for them. I can totally picture myself living in Langston Falls, it sounds like my kind of town and people. This is James and Sara’s story. She’s a single mom and a traveling nurse who was hired to help james dad. He’s bit of a grumpster but he just had a not so great breakup. These two have definite chemistry between them. But what will happen when she and her son become his roommates? Can these two have what they both deserve? I highly recommend reading this book to find out what happens next. I’m looking forward to reading more from this Author
Fearless Love: A Small Town Second Chance Single Mom Romance is the fifth book in The Bennetts of Langston Falls series. This can be read and enjoyed as a standalone book. I recommend reading the entire series because the Bennett family is worth getting to know. James is always there for everyone, but his heart has taken a hit with the ending of a relationship. Sara and her son are new to town and living out of their suitcase at a local travel lodge. Does what starts off as a friendly gesture by James become something more for both of them? I always enjoy books by this author. The characters are grounded and real. This series has thrown some hard times at the Bennetts, but the family supports one another through thick and thin. It is great to get to know James in this book. I also liked Sara and what she brings to the story. She is doing all she can to give her son a good life. I'm sad this is the end of this series, but I know that means another great series is around the corner from the author. I look forward to reading what she puts out next.
What I’m Starry-Eyed Over: 🤩 I love how Noah and James bonded before he ever set eyes on Sara. And the poopy meet cute! 😂 🤩 My favorite part about this book is the couple and how beautifully their love bloomed on the page. It’s slow burn but so good. 🤩 Secret pining, amazing flirty friendship, and sweetness all around. 🤩 Found family, first kisses, and forced proximity. 🤩 When they dance in the living room. 🤩 The birthday party on the farm, oh my heart. 🤩 Roy to James, “We can heal . . . together.” I love this Roy, this Bennett family. 🤩 “Mighty fine” is precious to me because my grandaddy used to say it often. His name was James and I loved when my grandma called him Jimmy!! She also used to say, “Home, James.”
What I’m Wishing/Dizzy About: 💫 The way Sara reacted to the conflict/drama in the story seemed a little out of character to me. I’m not sure I believed it. 💫 I like some steamy goodness after the drama. It helps me believe in the HEA. 💫 I’m just not sure about wearing the pearls.
I have absolutely enjoyed reading about the Bennetts and its definitely bitter sweet that this is the last one in the series. The author has managed to create a wonderful series of interwoven stories that can be read as standalones or, as I prefer, in order as a series. I loved getting to really know James better and seeing how much more there was to him. It was tough seeing how much Sam leaving hurt him, but getting to see how happy he and Sara were, made it all worth it. I loved seeing how well James and Noah got along and that he got to meet Noah before he even met Sara. Getting to see the rest of the family rally together to help Noah have a great party, really sets the tone for Sara to see how wonderful James and his family are. As always the story contains plenty of laughs, drama, secrets, and small town life. I absolutely recommend this story and series to anyone wanting to read a delightful feel good story and series.
I have grown so close to all of the Bennetts that it is bittersweet to say goodbye to them with this final book in this series. Yet, it was just as amazing as the rest of the books. Plus, in a way it felt like the Bennetts getting to say goodbye to us readers. Seeing them all again was great.
James finally finds love. So happy for him as he deserves all the love he found with Sara and her son, Noah. Thank goodness too as James was grumpy. He showed it early with his encounter with Noah and Sara. Although, I can't blame James for being grumpy as I would have been upset to with the situation. Yet, it did endear him to a funny nickname.
The intimate moments shared between James and Sara were sweet, endearing, and spicy. They make such a great couple. Fearless Love has everything...family, laughter, love, and spicy romance. It is the chef's kiss!
