With wedding plans underway, Brantley Walker and Reese Tavoularis are attempting to create some balance between work and life. After a busy summer, they’ve finally slowed down enough to take a breather. At least until the hacker extraordinaire—a.k.a. Jessica James—jinxes them. The next thing they know, they’re in New York City, tracking down one of their own. With rocky relationships between task force members on the rise, the mission can only be described as complicated, if not entertaining. But not for everyone. For Reese, bad memories are stirred up, forcing him to face his past. A trip that is relatively straightforward in scope turns out to be anything but. Only when it’s obvious they’ve been sent off course does Brantley begin to question the motive.

OMG THAT ENDING!

This book should not be read as a standalone, I highly recommend reading the series in the order it has been released. While each book may revolve around a different case we follow each of the team members personal lives and how they progress through each of the books. In book one, Reese and Brantley are just getting together and in this book they are in full swing planning their wedding, and that is just one of the couples progressions...and believe me when I say it wasn't an easy road to get here for them either.

Book 9 in the Brantley Walker: Off the Books series and it was another amazing story. As with the series, this shouldn’t be read as a standalone as they connect and continue the romance between Brantley and Reese as well as the other team members. We are doing the wedding countdown for Brantley and Reese when they get a case that takes them to New York. The issue is that they are not sure if it is a real case or not, so they have to try to figure that out with everything else they have going on within the team. Not only is there a wedding to be planned but a birth of a baby and the beginnings of a new romance for one couple. This book will pull you in and leave you wanting more but that is fine because you will get more in the next book after the cliffhanger, she left us all on. Can’t wait to see how the story goes in the next book. If it is anything like this one, it will be amazing.

Another fantastic edition to this series. I really like that each book features a separate case for the team to deal with. This time they are off to NYC to look for Decker. Almost the whole team is involved. Even though this series dwells on Brantley & Reese's relationship, we have updates with JJ & Baz, Becs & Evan and now we have Atticus with Carson and find out more info about Slade. So much goes on here.

I'll definitely get to the next book shortly since there is a big cliffhanger at the end of this one!

Everything and nothing

There are lots of puzzle pieces revealed in this book but very few are added to the bigger picture, before the team can click any more into place they are blindsided....and it ends on this cliff hanger!
So I am hoping we don't have long to wait for the next book as not only do we have a massive cliff hanger, but there are also numerous new relationships starting and a number of old relationships creating shadows and confusion. Add this to the wedding and baby countdowns and we have a lot happening in this book but very few answers found!
A frustrating but intriguing finish.....

I’ve mentioned it before when reviewing books in this series, but it’s worth repeating. These books are not meant to be standalone stories. Each case the task force gets is more or less resolved by the end of each book, but the love stories are ongoing. And the relationships, both romantic and platonic, are growing and changing as new characters are added and secrets are revealed about characters that are already known and loved. This also means that some of the books have ended with cliffhangers; this is one of them. (Please note that I do not include spoilers in my reviews, but there may be spoilers for the previous books so tread carefully if you haven’t read them yet.)

All of this author’s books, even when not of the same series, intertwine in the same universe and there is something brewing that started in her book Rafe which was recently published. Whatever is coming is huge for the residents of Coyote Ridge and it seemed to be weaving into this story, especially the last few chapters. How it’s all related and how it will tie certain characters together is the puzzle that I trust this author to slowly hand out bits and pieces of over time. It’s causing me tension but I believe that’s the point. I love this town and these characters so much that I don’t want to see their worlds turned upside down again.

Speaking of loving the characters, this book focused quite a bit on the Off the Books team and their relationships, which I loved way more than I thought I would. I adore Brantley and Reese and love seeing their day-to-day interactions; I still feel their connection here in book 9 while they’re preparing for their upcoming wedding. Getting some new romances going is great, though. There were some surprises with newbie Atticus and who he is flirting around with. But there is something sweet about Evan and Becs trying to figure out what they mean to each other and if they should risk their friendship for more. On top of all of that, we have a pregnant and cranky JJ who everyone adores.

The case the team is assigned is pretty lame when all is said and done. Because of the people involved, I can only imagine it will tie into the other mysterious happenings and will end up having a lot of significance down the road. Even if the case itself wasn’t exciting, it served to throw some people off kilter with a trip out of town and dubious sleeping arrangements. So we are given some comedy along with the angst. Some joyful moments along with the secrets and questions.

This book wasn’t slow-paced, but it definitely wasn’t fast-paced…until it was. The last few chapters, as strangers start asking questions and the air of ill intent is in the air kept me on edge. Again, this one ends in a cliffhanger and I need to know what happens next!

5 Heartstopping Stars

This series is HIGHLY RECOMMENDED! It keeps me up every time a new book is released. It could be read as a stand-alone but I suggest reading the series from the beginning.

Now... about THIS book. I usually have nothing against cliffhangers... until this one! Bloody hell! The story was at the peak of its chaotic climax... and boom… until the next book!
Anyway, it's good to be back in the Walker/Coyote Ridge Universe and see the Off The Books Task Force together again. I'm thrilled to see Brantley counting down the days to his wedding with Reese. These two are so in love and perfect together. It's wonderful to catch up with JJ's contagious lively charms that light up the team as well as her pregnancy journey with Baz, who is remarkably hands-on with her and his peanut. Now, looks like we have a new couple brewing courtesy of Evan and Becs. But like everyone else in the team, they have to sort out their fears, insecurities and unfinished business before taking chances with each other. There's a new addition to the team and it looks like he's one heck of a character to watch out for in the upcoming books. The young Atticus James doesn't seem to be a kid as everyone calls him. He's certainly one hot, charming man who has captivated two men in the names of Carson Briggs and Slade Elliott. My goodness! The chemistry between him and Carson is hot and Slade's feelings toward him are getting more intense. I foresee the possibility of a throuple here with these men. It would be a first for me to read about it and I couldn't be more happy and excited about that idea.

I know there so much going on in this series that seems hard to catch up. But you'll get used to it once you've connected with the Team members and the mystery and suspense involved in the cases they're handling. In this book, looks like Derek's case is one of the most challenging and interesting they've encountered. At least, one they're not yet aware of. If I have to guess Nicole's way of writing, it has something to do with the revelation dropped at the end of Rafe's Book. Looks like we might also see a bit of Kylie Walker's case shortly.

Gah! I can't wait for the next installment. In the meantime, I may need to catch up with the previous books of the series as well as the Coyote Ridge series. My heart doesn't want to leave that intriguing small town yet. Bravo and Chapeau to you, Nicole Edwards for giving us an amazing read! I love you and your books. But please! Have mercy on our patience!!

OMG What in the world did Nicole Edwards just leave me with? I seriously need the next book in this series like ASAP! WHAT AN ENDING!! HOLY SMOKES! My mouth still is hanging open with this one.

Wow! Off Course is the newest installment in the Brantley Walker: Off the Books series, and during this installment we are anxiously awaiting the wedding of Brantley Walker and Reese Tavalouris...only 40 more days, only 39 more days, only 38 more days...!! However, this also is an Off the Books task force story so that means we have a mystery to solve and this time the mystery involves one of their own...Decker Bromwell! Decker Bromwelll is missing and the task force needs to find him ASAP before Z, that is Zachariah Tavalouris loses it, since he is all of their bosses, but has Z given them all of he information needed to do the job and do it well or is he holding back?

I have not been able to put down any of the Off the Books installments since this series started, but OMG was I clued to every page in this one. Nicole Edwards with her brilliant writing skills and her wickedly supreme storytelling skills has opened up so many loose ends with this one that I have no idea where we are going, but what I do know is that I am here for the ride. She continues to introduce us to more and more new characters who are working their way into this magical weave that she is weaving around the Task Force, but most esp. JJ and Baz...and dare I say, Travis Walker! Off Course takes us from Coyote Ridge to New York City and back trying to solve this mystery, and just when we thought we have gotten somewhere a new mystery or mysteries pop up and we are left us like that. Nicole Edwards...we, readers, need the next book RIGHT NOW!! Bravo on yet another wonderful addition to this amazing series.

The team is back with a continuation of their drama. Reese and Brantley are planning their wedding and can't wait long enough for the day to come. JJ and Baz are expecting their daughter in a few months and the team is rolling along.

Book 9 focuses on Evan and Becs and Atticus and his love life. Evan is still crushing on Becs even though he knows she likes Luca. They are closer because their daughters are friends and hangout often. He would rather be friends with Becs than ruin their relationship by telling her he has the feels for her. Little does he know that Becs is over Luca and she has been attracted to Evan for a while.

They catch a case of a missing agent of theirs that hasn't checked in so they travel to New York to find him. Something is off with the situation and the team is trying to figure out what is wrong.

Atticus is new to the team. He is still trying to prove himself but is also bored with the small town of Coyote Ridge. He's not looking for a relationship but something fun since he is still young. He finds himself in more excitement that he planned.

The back stories continue to run through this book. You get to know some more of the team and Reese and Brantley. I love reading Off the Books series. It's like continuing with the HEA and finding more new characters and seeing some old characters from other books. Ms. Edwards knows how to spin a story, I can't wait to read the next book, it's like a television series, I can't wait for the next season, the next episodes!

I received an advanced copy for my honest opinion.

Off Course - Brantley Walker: Off the Books is the 9th installment in this series and it packed full of everything we come to love from Nicole and this series!! Mystery, Intrigue, Love, Smoking Hot Sex, and a few good Laughs along the way. This is a must read, down to the very last word, where you will need to pick your jaw off the floor!!!

Off Course picks up with Brantley and Reese on the countdown to their wedding, JJ and Baz preparing for the birth of their little “Peanut” and the rest of the Off the Books Task Force really getting to know one another and trying to form new relationships. The task force is sent by Z to New York to find one of their own (Decker) who has gone missing. While looking for Decker everyone from the task force starts to feel as though they may be in New York looking for Decker under false pretenses since so many things are not adding up. I am sure in future books we will find out why the team was truly sent to NY to find Decker…I can’t wait!

The task force eventually returns home and when they do a number of strange encounters begin to happen to several of the task force, that results in the unthinkable for one of them. That’s all I can say… you absolutely must read Off Course; it opens so many new doors for all the characters of this series and more new things are coming to light about the past. Read Off Course now…you will not be disappointed!!

I give this book 4,5 stars and loved the stories and the various romances happening between the employees of the off the books task force.

This book is more character based than plot based but as always Nicole Edwards give us very interesting characters, a lot of angst, sexual confusion, some very hot sexual content and a very interesting case that gives us more questions than answers.

We get to know the newest employee Atticus a bounty hunter who Brantley and Reese hired after meeting and working with him on a case in a former book in the series. He tries to figure out how to make a good impression on his employers and the task force while simultaneously trying to find a place for himself in Coyote Ridge. He thinks that being gay in a small town is going to be hard but isn’t afraid to show everyone who he is. I loved Atticus who I felt was very open about who he was and his humor was on point. To me he just fit right in.

I love all the characters and their stories and romances and I can’t wait to see what great things Nicole Edwards has in store for us in the next installments of the series.

I can definitely recommend this book but I will recommend that you read the series in order so you get all the details about what is to come both with the romances but also with the overall big plot line.

I got this book from Nicole Edwards and this is my honest opinion and my voluntary review.

Off Course is the 9th installment of the Brantley Walker: Off the Books Task Force series and the only complaint I could possibly have is the way it ended. We get to see all our favorite OTB characters and meet a new one who is off course related to the Walkers. Brantley and Reese are counting down & getting ready for their wedding, JJ & Baz are getting ready for the baby, and other members of the team are exploring new relationships both in and out of the team.
They get a call from Z about Decker missing check-ins so they are off to New York to find him. During the search for Decker everyone starts to starts to question why they are in New York as so many things are not adding up. On top of that, it is giving Reese flashbacks to his past and upsetting him which in turn upsets Brantley. They eventually catch up to Decker (I am hoping we find out more about that in the future) and head home.
Once home a few members of the task force have several strange encounters that lead to a huge twist I did not see coming. We are warned at the beginning of the book that something is coming and I cannot wait to see what it is. There are some references to things from both Trey & Rafe’s books as this book is happening at the same time as those. This book leaves you trying to figure out what is coming and leaves you wanting more.

Arc Review

There is always anticipation upon Nicole’s reads, due to the fact they crossover - you are always on tender hooks wondering what will happen. It has become quite a collaboration.

‘Off Course’ was definitely off course. It was left field/right field any and all fields. The OTB team were sent on a breadcrumb find. Cryptic - yes. But won’t spoil for readers. It appears though that there is a reason for the mission sent. I feel as though it has something to do with ‘Rafe’s’ conclusion. So do read.

The wedding countdown is still on and so is JJ/Bazz’s peanut. Is there a hiccup? Only reading will tell. New relationships are being formed as presented here. Where will they go, only Nicole can tell.

Once you start reading about The Walkers, crossing to OTB - well all of Nicole’s reads, you go down a rabbit hole seeking more.
Off Course has done this too. There are many questions presented here that can only be answered within next reads.

Brantley/Reese
JJ/Baz
Atticus?Slade & ? Conner
Beck’s?Evan (who also has a past that needs finalising)
& now ???? Molly

So many questions and lets not forget - Kylie Walker

Once you start you will be seeking Nicole’s books as they are addictive, hot, deliciously sexual
M/F, M/M, M/F/M, erotic, lustful but most important - there is a storyline.

* touching dedication

As Brantley and Reese are counting down the days till their wedding, they receive a job and The Off The Books security team is off to NYC to find one of their own who has not checked in for days. Decker has never been one to not check in and go off the grid. As the team is looking for Decker they are finding a lot of dead ends and a lot unanswered questions. He is finally found taking care of some personal issues, but why was the team sent Off Course and wasting their time?
JJ and Baz are preparing for their new daughter and JJ's cravings are just nuts!
We have new romances going on in this book. Becs and Evan are close friends as are their daughters. Evan finally takes a chance and tells her how he feels, but ever since his wife was murdered by a serial killer, he does not think he can handle a relationship. Becs is hopeful, but is not going to be another man's doormat.
Then we have young Atticus who is just looking to have some fun in the sheets. He finds a sexy man named Carson who is very mysterious and apparently has a past with one of his teammates. Slade who he thought was strait is now mistaken.
A stranger now enters the picture and speaks to some of the team separately with a very weird question??
Oh this book had me swiping through pages like crazy!! The M/M scenes are crazy hot!!!!!! Nicole leaves you wanting more. The suspense is insane!!! Excellent read!

The boys and the crew are back for another case. We also get to see some of the other team members stories starting to form.

Brantley and Reese continue to get ready to get married with the help of both their families. I enjoyed seeing Reese open up and embrace who he is and his love for Brantley more. I can't wait to read all about their wedding.

Evan and Bev take their working relationship to a new level. It is a rocky start but hopefully they find their way through.

Atticus starts to get close to Carson Walker, but Slade is finding himself attracted to Atticus too. Carson and Slade were together for a while but that is over, and Slade is finding himself jealous of the new couple. I can't wait to see where Nicole takes this storyline.

The case they get in this installment is a short one, but I have a feeling it will lead to something much bigger in the next book.

JJ and Baz are awaiting the arrival of their first child, and it was so cute to see how everyone is spoiling her. After everything JJ went through recently, she definitely deserves it.

Without giving away any spoilers, Nicole is giving us a cliffhanger with this book, and I am hoping we get the next installment ASAP. I will be on the edge of my seat until then.

I highly suggest starting this series, it is a great read every time.

This was book 9 in the "Brantley Walker: Off the Books" series. The countdown is on to the wedding of Brantley and Resse all the teams are busy, and JJ and Baz are settling into their new house while waiting on their baby to be born. When Brantley gets a call from Z telling him that they are needed on a case one of his agents Decker has gone missing. From the beginning of this case something seems off they race to New York looking for a guy who they think is in danger. They think he is guarding someone who has ties to the Irish mob the Kavanaugh's only it's not true. The team basically gets the run arounds looking for Deck. Some of the team members are dealing with personal problems like Becs and Evan, they like each other but they are both dancing around one another and then there is Slade who has the hots for the newest member of the team who finds out while they are sharing a hotel room. I love reading this series and I know that answers are coming but there was none when they found Deck. When a strange man begins asking the team members do they know Molly its weird and when he asks Baz, he sees the crazy woman that said she was having his baby Molly. This book had a heck of a cliffhanger, and I can't wait for the next book in this series. This book was well written with no errors in grammar or spelling.

This series is a must read! Don't miss out on Nicole Edwards. I've always loved how connected Nicole's books are. She does an incredible job developing characters and interweaving story lines, causing you to become attached to her characters and plots more than most writers.

For the first time after reading this book, I almost felt like there were too many overlaps from other series, making the book feel a little more disjointed or confusing at times. It may be because I have had read many books in between the last Brantley Walker book and this one, but I was left wanting more. A take away for any readers out there - maybe re-read the series/book before and if you are new to this series, definitely don't read this as a stand alone.

That being said, if you love Brantley and Reese, they are in a great place! We are counting down until they get married and there is a lot of love for the side characters in this book. Baz and JJ are as cute as ever with their fun banter, and I loved learning more about Becs and Evan. We even get a sneak peek into Atticus and Slade. Overall, the storyline is straight forward and simple, but I do feel like we are gearing up for something BIG.

Can't wait to see where this wild story takes us!

I absolutely need the next book in this series like right now.....I just can't wait Off Course has left me literally holding my breath for what is about to happen next. Now the ending was truly unexpected and perfectly written, as is Nicole's usual standards.
During this book we are waiting for what is to be be 2 super happy moments: first we are counting down the days until Brantley and Reese get married and secondly we are awaiting the arrival of JJ and Baz's baby both events are supposed to put us readers in a very happy mood and that is until Z sends the Task Force on a wild goose chase to locate a former member Decker. Once the team catches up to Decker is when the mysterious part of the book takes place. First Decker is meeting with a mysterious person that has both Brantley and Reese very suspicious. Then the appearance of an old character has us with our mouthing hanging open because now we are wondering where is Nicole going with this. All the mysteries start unravelling and opening up more and more questions and we see the brillance of Nicole's writing. The ending is definitely unexpected but truly perfectly timed.
I for one is definitely recommending this book, this series, all Nicole's books because she is that awesome of a writer.

Oh my stars Nicole, you’ve done it again. Mind-blown 🤯 at the ending of this book!!
Brantley and Reese have become one of my favorite couples. B is actually counting down the days to their wedding. Which by the end of this book is 1 month away. And Baz and JJ’s baby is in 2-3 months.
So Z sends them to New York to find a missing colleague of Sniper One Security. But he doesn’t give them much information. They can’t figure out who is lying and who is telling the truth.
Is he missing because he was kidnapped or is it because of his own actions?
Slade, Atticus and Becs accompany them with Evan joining later.
In this book, there are many POV’s from all the different characters which makes for an interesting and intriguing read.
We also get a new character by the name of Carson Briggs which lo and behold is a Walker cousin. 🤔 This is going to be a quite interesting storyline!!
Nicole tells you at the beginning that this book is in the same timeline of Trey and Rafe’s books.
Readers, you DO NOT want to miss this book. It’s very important to the whole storyline!!

In Nicole’s own words,
“To the fans of the Walker universe. Something is coming. Enjoy the ride.”

Nicole Edwards, how could you? I have never felt like screaming at the end of a book, but along with my excitement, my love for your books, and my love for the characters in all your books, you have me tied up in knots. excellent job. I know they’re supposed to be main characters in the books, but there are so many in this book. I guess you can’t forget any of them as you follow their lives through this series. There isn’t just one situation that you’re following there are many, this is really the edge of your seat excitement with drama and love that takes your breath away, and edge of your seat, waiting for the next shoe to drop. just say I’m anxious for the next book in the series is an understatement. Still waiting for the wedding of Brantley and Reese, not to mention a new baby for JJ and Baz and still waiting for relationships to resolve themselves, and yet we are sitting on the edge of our seats. Nicole Edwards, you have done it again. A great book with amazing characters, and action that will not let you put the book down. And let’s not forget enough steam that has me wiping my glasses.

This series keeps getting more complex and interesting with each installment. I am so happy to finally have Reese and Brantley in a place where they feel rock steady. SO rock steady that Brantley is counting down the days until the wedding and I CANNOT with how much I love the way they love each other. I can't wait to see what their wedding is like! And we are SO CLOSE to JJ and Baz's baby - eek! The task force also feels more complete and settled - mostly, at least - with a few notable exceptions. You will have to read the book to find out more about that!

It was fun to see some of the team in such a different setting as well as how all of their relationships are developing, although to be completely honest, it is starting to feel a little crowded in the context of one series with how many relationships (of all kinds) are being followed... but still manageable. That said, this world and all of the interconnecting series are coming to a head - I have so many theories and I cannot wait to see where Ms. Edwards takes us next on this journey. If it is where I think it might go, things are about to get a whole lot crazier around here - don't miss out!!

My only complaint about this book is that it ended. Why?! I absolutely love this entire series, and with each new installment I become more and more obsessed. Brantley and Reese are the sweetest couple. I was so excited to learn more about Reese's past in this book. I can't wait to know the full story. I'm loving the continuance of Baz and JJ. They deserve pure happiness after everything they have been through and apparently what they will go through. Way to leave us hanging Nicole ;) I think my favorite thing about this story is all the different characters/stories. Each one is unique and every time it switches, I am immediately invested in that characters life and want more from them. Let's not forget the mystery of each new book. This book, although it has plenty of hot scenes, is not all hearts, love, and HEAs. Nicole has you trying to connect the dots, figure out the case, then "smacks" you with a twist you weren't expecting. Now all that's left to do is (im)patiently wait for the next one.

I received a copy of this book from the publisher/author to review for Stephanie's Book Reports.

I have loved the book in this series so much that I am invested in their lives. Now it is time for a wedding. We have loved the adventures and suspense and everything in between. This book has all of that and so much more. Brantley and Reese as always the sweetest couple and I love them. This book has a little bit of everything going on in it especially since the Sniper 1 Security and Off the Books Task Force blend together. This makes for an edge of your seat read that holds so many surprises. I spent a lot of time on the edge of my seat and hardly ever laid this book down. I loved catching up with the other team mates too. You've got danger, actions, some times that make your kindle melt in your very hands. This book has a little something for everyone and I loved every second of it. I cannot wait to have the next book in my hands. You do not want to miss this book or this series for that matter.

As soon as any book from this series hits my kindle, I drop everything to read it and Off Course was no different and once again Ms Edwards has given me a captivating, well written journey that I won’t forget in a hurry.
Brantley Walker and Reese Tavoularis are looking forward to their upcoming wedding. Life is good and things on the business front are pretty quiet until they are notified one of their own, Decker hasn’t checked in…..
Brantley, Reese and the team head to New York and that’s when the past comes back to haunt Reese. So how will Reese react when he is confronted with the past. You need to one click to find that out.
I was drawn in and kept on the edge of my seat from the first page and I never saw that ending coming….this is romantic suspense at its best and for me Ms Edwards is the Queen of this genre. Off Course ticked all my boxes, it’s full of love, passion, mystery and suspense.

I have really enjoyed reading this series, although I haven't read every book in this series yet, I've been following the storyline and the characters really have wurmed their way into my heart. I am particularly loving J.J. who's the IT-specialist in the team. We've seen them all grow in their own way. Off Course ends with a cliffhanger and I'm eagerly awaiting the next book so I know how it'll go on...

Brantley Walker & his team haven't really had any cases lately and he's looking forward to let everyone around him organise his wedding to Reese but when an assignment comes in, they'll have to go to New York to do whatever it takes to make sure it all ends well. A lot doesn't really make sense and they'll have to keep digging to try and get to the bottom of it but it isn't easy. There seems to be more questions than answers. Will they find what they are looking for in the end?...

Off Course blends the Off the Books Task Force with the Sniper 1 Security series and when Ms. Edwards said something was coming in this series she wasn’t kidding so hold on, this is one crazy ride! The team has its hands full and the more questions that are asked seem to generate more questions that are left unanswered.
This book just like the earlier stories in this series keep us up to date on the ongoing relationships of the team members we already know and love as well as bringing in new team members and their complex personalities and budding relationships and when you put all those characters together within an engaging storyline filled with danger, suspense and intrigue, I for one couldn’t put the book down.
So, heads up, this story ends in a cliffhanger and I could feel that that was going to be the case throughout the story but what I didn’t see coming was where this book left us and I can’t wait for the next installment to see where this story takes us!

This book will have you asking Who? What? Where? and Why? In the ninth installment of the Off the Books Taskforce set in the quaint town of Coyete Ride, you will see how things are going with a few team favorites like Brantly, Reese, JJ, and Bas. This installment also gives you a sneak peek into the lives of the other members such as Evan, Becs, Slade, and newbie Atticus all while they are sent on a mission to locate one of their own that has gone missing. So is the team racing against the clock to find their missing teammate or are they being sent off course? This book can not be read as a standalone if follows all others before it in the series. I love the twists and turns that it takes throughout the book all the while allowing you to get to know the characters, plus there's a lot of heat as well as laugh-out-loud funny moments. Nicole Edwards is a genius! Can't wait to see what happens next!

Even though I hate her right now, I’m a fan of the Off The Books taskforce series from Nicole Edwards. This book ends with a cliff hanger, which is frustrating, but I understand. There was a lot packed into this book and the cliffy sets up the next book nicely. We need a whole book devoted to what’s yet to come.
In this book, we get to see what’s happening in the lives of the OTB staff, and it’s called fraternization. Where else are you going to meet someone when you work as hard as this group? The team doesn’t start working the case until chapter 8 but hang in there – It’s about to get good. It’s obvious this book is building for a much bigger conspiracy, so I hope you like a lot of buildup and anticipation because this is going to take some time to unpack. Nicole is intentionally setting us off course with this story.

WOW!!! Nicole did it AGAIN!! This is my FAVORITE series of any other's I've read. I get so caught up in these books, nothing else matter's till I'm done. Nicole writes all her books with so much detail I swear I know these people. This book is almost perfect. The reason I say almost is because it ends in cliffhanger... I was on the edge of my seat and than BAM, the end!! I yelled (to no one) NO!!!!! I now will wait somewhat patiently for the next book. Do yourself a favor and start at the beginning of Brantley Walker series. I promise you will be hooked. Nicole Edwards is the BEST!!! Her books are hot, funny and down right full of love. They make your heart melt. They will also keep you on the edge of your seat waiting to see what happens next. So go right now and start reading Nicole Edwards Brantley Walker series. You will be happy you did.
