Jasha's Baby is book two and part of the Antonov series. A full-length standalone novel with no cheating or cliffhanger and complete with a happily-ever-after. A fast paced, pulse-pounding enthralling story that's addicting and unputdownable. A brilliantly written story with complex characters and a revenge fueled storyline that captures your attention from the first chapter and keeps you hooked and invested in the characters and turning the pages until the end. A Russian mafia, opposite attracts romance, secret baby, dark mafia romance, surprise pregnancy, one night stand, forced proximity, forced marriage, billionaire romance, filled with violence, hatred, resentment, anger, angst, tension, emotions, passion, enemies, revelations, retaliation, danger, secrets, hate-to-love vibes, revenge, hurt, pain, trust, mob war, survival, control and power, fear, chaos, mayhem, murder, bloodshed, attack, death, kidnapping, captivity, captive-to-captor, lust at first sight, jealousy, rivalry, possessiveness, obsessive, and love.
Jasha Antonov is a Bratva mafia boss out of Texas. He's goregous, tatted, muscular, arrogant, brutal, psychotic, and ruthless. Lola is defiant, beautiful, sassy, challenging and strong-willed. She's alway on the move traveling from city to city with no roots planted, because of her job as an engineer for on trains. One day on her day off the decided to go to orchard to pick apples, while she was there she saw a handsome man that she was instantly attracted to. She sense that he was dangerous just by his aura and wondered why a man like him who is clearly rich and possibly a criminal picking apples. She tries to hide behind a tree so that he wouldn't notice her but next thing you know he was in front of her. Jasha was there picking apples because his brother Nikolai and his wife and daughter was coming into town for a visit. They like sharklotka, Russian apple cake and the orchard was the best place to get them fresh. Jasha approach Lola and introduce himself. He wanted to know why she was there alone picking apples, because it was a couples event.
When she told him that she was alone because her friend flake on her at the last minute so she decided to come anyway since she had already purchase her ticket. He suggested that they pair up together and pick them since he was also there alone. He wanted to know if she had a boyfriend, when she said no he invited her out to dinner but she turned him down, because he made her flustered, hot and bother. The entire time that they were at the orchard Jasha flirted with her relentlessly. She ran from him as soon as she got the chance. She was at home pleasuring her with a picture of his face to front of her mind. She was interrupted with a knock at her door when she opened it, it was none other than Jasha at her accusing her of stealing his basket. The thing was she didn't give him her address, the only thing she gave him was her name. But as a powerful Bratva boss he has eyes and ears everywhere so it was easy to find her. He saw something that he wanted at the orchard and whatever he wants he take and keeps. He gave her the biggest organism then have sex with unprotected just like he told her he would in the orchard.
However, he left a little part of him from their passions encounter. She got pregnant with his baby. She called him to tell him that she was pregnant, not to get anything from him but just to let him know. But he blocked her call, with no other way of contacting him she resigned to be a single mother and raise her child by herself. Lola never expected to see Jasha again, but fast forward a couple months later she was operating the train that he hijacks. He was shocked to see her when he got to the engineer on the train who he was about to kill. They got into it and he was very nasty to her and she was equally angry with him. He never forgot about the night that they spend together and couldn't stop thinking about her. He went through a lot of women after her, but there was something special about her. Jasha hijacked the because he believed that a ruby gem which is a priceless family heirloom was on the train.
It was stolen from his home and he has put in a lot of time and resource into getting it back. His rival, Lorenzo Pessolano the head of the Italian Mafia Family was transporting stolen jewelry on the train to sell and he wants his gem back plus eradicate his enemy as well. Although the train had jewelry that's worth billions of dollars Jasha didn't care about all that he only wanted what was his to bring back to the family. He got the shock of his life when Lola told him that she was pregnant and the baby was his. He eventually stopped being mean to her and they talked about the baby and being a family. It is the Bratva rules that they must get married since she's carrying his baby. Jasha stage an ambush on the train for Lorenzo to take him out thus crushing the Italian family. It was a lot of bloodshed and tragedies once Lorenzo got there and Jasha walked away as the victor. Lola meets his family and eventually settle in her new life of being a part of the Bratva and they got their beautiful daughter which changed Jasha from being hot-headed and they got their HEA.

I remember Jasha from Nikolai's book. He was basically an overgrown psycho child. But what happens when you have a one-night stand with plans to never see the person again. As fate would have it you hijacked the train that she's the engineer on. Lola tried to tell Jasha that she was pregnant but he had blocked her phone number. Imagine her surprise when he boards her train to hijack it. Now they're in a race for their lives and the unborn baby's life.

A good ending
This is the 2nd and final book in the series and it was very good. The h met the H at an Apple orchard, he comes to her hotel room and they have a one night stand. A couple of months later when he is stealing a train, guess who is the engineer, the h who also is pregnant. In addition to dealing with an unexpected pregnancy, they must deal with the Italian mafia who is coming to get the train back. The plot and characters were very well written. The H was funny and the h was feisty, she was not going to be a pushover. They got their HEA. Great epilogue.

Overall, it's not a bad plot. It has a couple of steamy-ish parts. So, again, if you are looking for hot hookups, not for you.

❣️♥️❣️ Jasha and Lola ❣️♥️❣️ Jasha and Lola ❣️♥️❣️ Jasha and Lola met and went their merry way. Months later they meet again during a crime and Lola has a surprise for Jasha! This is the second book in the Antonov babies series! Bella King did an awesome job writing this book just like she has all her books!.

Diğer kitabı çok sevince yazardan başka kitap okuyayım dedim önüme geleni okudum. Okumasaydım keşke...Ay çok sinir oldum iki karaktere de. Çok salaklardı. Acayip ama yani. Kız bir de o kadar gurursuz ki! Jasha ise bebek istemiyorum, baba olamam diyor ama korunmadan sex yapınca bebek olacağını bilmiyor galiba.

I chose to read and review this book. I liked this one a lot. It was a fun sexy read. I liked how Lola and Jasha met and interacted at first and then later on. It is filled with steam sexiness action suspense thriller and fun times.

Really enjoyed this. Book, but that was a long train ride. A lot of action, suspense, mystery, compassion, romance, excitement. A must read.
