Adeline is a human that adopted two female wolf shifters, now they are in trouble and Gerri Wilder is helping her
Adeline has been a hacker for years and has always played things extremely together and careful and now she has a shifter by the name of Tobias Bower after her. She has discovered where his finances have been coming from and there is a death sentence after her and her two girls so she contacts Gerri Wilder for help.
Gerri instantly came to her assistance, she had been the reason she had been able to adopt her two darling daughters and she would do anything to ensure their safety, they are the world to her and when she meets Griffin, ex-military he has been recommended by Gerri and is caring for her and the girls.
Griffin had known instantly that Afeline was his Fated Mate but knew that he had to deal with keeping her and her daughters both safe first and I guarantee that you will simply love the interaction between in this wonderful story.
There is a wonderful; catch in this story and it is at this point that Griffin is almost kicking himself and has to call on the loyalty of his fathers and Grandfathers past Pack. He will soon realise that Carl the current Alpha is quite the lowlife and watching Adelines interaction with the man, the was she despises the way he treats his pack members makes him realise some thing is wrong, but what?
I guarantee that you will love this book and that you will be captivated by this wonderful story, once you begin reading you will not put this book down without a doubt till you reach the end of the book.

What a great introduction to this series, action and intrigue and a drop of shifter and vampire as well
Reece Blackstone has been brought up with an ingrained hate and fear of vampires which is not surprising since he was left an orphan at only a young child. His parents having been killed by vampires also she is not a Half Blood, which is a little rare and can cause a stir.
Celestine has come into his life and he is extremely happy to have found his Mate, she does not think of herself as a vampire as she has never before tasted a drop of blood and intends that this never change.
Reece is concerned about saving his town and she has told him he can only succeed if they embark on this together but he has not paid very much attention. It is always fair to say that change is never easy but a partnership that is a different as theirs will not be easy, there will be many challenges but their strength is love, trust and honouring each other.
Read this wonderful story and you will love every moment and will be left looking forward to the next book in the series.
I assure you that you will love every moment of this book it is simply a fantastic read.

When Adeline finds out through some genius hacking on her end, that a dangerous shifter billionaire, Tobias, is stealing from charities to make himself rich, she finds herself and her two adopted shifter kids on the run.
Gerri, an old friend, offers to help hide the small family from the billionaire's goons. She hires an old military friend who turned down his legacy as Alpha, to become a bodyguard instead. Griffin is ex-military, he has PTSD and running a pack wasn't high on his list. But he doesn't realize that upon meeting Adeline, Jodi, and Deeana, that he just met his fated family. Two wolf shifters under the age of 10 need his wolf as a protector, and their mom is his fated mate.
But when the current Alpha, Carl, betrays him and gives Adeline to his friend Tobias to mate, his wolf refuses to accept defeat.

Alpha wolf Reece is investigating the deaths of 10 people who have been murdered around Longville and he is determined to find and destroy the culprit he knows it is a vampire . He catches a vamp putting garlic powder around the house of the people he is working for at this time he immediately hates her and wants her. Ceestine is blood born half vamp half human taking care if her sisters on their father's estate. Their father has come to visit to tell them to get the house ready for the Council who is coming from Italy and the girls are frightened that they cannot protect the town. Celestial enlists Reece's help. Adventure, danger,violence, and a chance for love and happiness. I read a copy without obligation. I volunteered an honest review.

Historically I've enjoyed other books by this author, but the last couple have missed the mark a bit for me when it comes to the writing. The dialogue scenes have felt like they're missing context, it's just rapid fire back and forth words without describing the emotions, inflection, or actions of the speakers. The transitions between scenes and even just between actions within a scene have felt sudden and jarring. It just feels like something is missing in the last couple of books I've read by this author. Specifically the scene in his bedroom right before the big fight scene felt more like what I prefer and am used to where you can really get lost in the story and form a clearer picture of the scene, but the style just wasn't consistent throughout the book.

A human woman adopted two girl wolf shifters when they were little. She is also friends with an elderly woman matchmaker whom she turns to when she is in trouble. A male wolf shifter is a bodyguard. He is contacted by an elderly woman matchmaker to do a job for her. You will have to read the book to find out what all happens to everyone. Lots of twists and turns in this story. Happy reading!

This new series has started out with a bang. Love it. So interesting to learn so much about the Half-Bloods. Actioned pack with plenty of steam. Solving the recent kidnapping and deaths of locals, Celestine and Reece reluctantly work together. Great read.

A fantastic start to a new series and I absolutely loved it! It had me glued to the pages from beginning to end! Reece and Celestine were such opposites but so amazing together. I loved their dynamic! Plenty of action that kept me totally entertained. Very enjoyable read and I can’t wait for more! This is my honest opinion of this complimentary copy of this book

This was a great start to a new series. The characters were endearing while the story line was engaging and kept me reading in one sitting. Milly Taiden has outdone herself with this one and I can't wait to see what she has in store for us next.

I have loved this series for years. There's, love, romance, danger, and shifters. There are stories that take place on earth and stories that take place on other planets. It's a perfect blend of alien sci-fi and shifter paranormal romance. Even after 80+ books, I'm still hoping for and looking forward to more.

It’s like Gerri has a direct line to Fate or vice versa.
Milly does a great job at creating an entertaining story, even though you know how at least part of it will run.
I liked how he grew into wanting a relationship with her, not just relying on the fated mate realization.

What a good storyline! The half blood vampire helps a wolf try to find a vampire killer. Vampires killed his parents, and she's his mate, so it's a rough go for this couple. Really good story.

When girls start disappearing in town, drained of their blood the wolf Alpha, Reece knows that vampires are the ones responsible.
Celestine, Val, and Lil are sisters born from a vampire. They each have different mothers but Celestine, the oldest, has raised them. When their father unexpectedly comes to town, the girls are surprised. He was never an actual father to any of the girls, he kidnapped them from their human moms and hid them from the world.
When the girls find out that their father is going to be selected to be on the vampire council, that would make the girls Vampire princesses. Meaning they will be married off without consent.
Reece's parents were killed by a vampire, so he's hated them every since he was a kid. But when he meets Celestine, he realizes that she's his mate. He can't come to terms with that. Even though she's not a vampire, he still doesn't believe her. When he finds out that he'll be losing his mate if he doesn't step up, he comes clean to her about everything.
Now the Council can't take away his mate and he vows to protect her sisters as well. But when he finds out that someone on the Council was doing the killing to frame her dad and its the same vampire who killed his parents; Reece finally gets his revenge.

Milly has done it again, writing yet another extraordinary story. Adeline has found something out that puts her and her daughters in danger. She reaches out to Gerri for help, and help she does. Adeline is setup with a bodyguard, Griffin, only thing is she's not just a client to Griffin. Griffin is not ready for his fated mate, but his wolf won't relent. Who knew a ready made family is just what he needed most in his life. I absolutely loved reading this story. This is a wonderful series of finding love with the help of Gerri Wilder, famous matchmaker with a 100% success rate. Wonderful series with lots of drama, love, and some unique quirky characters. Highly recommend if you love paranormal romances!!

I love this series. Seriously, what concept can carry through to so many books over so many years and still consistently be so good?
This story brings Gerri’s talents to Adeline, human mom to two shifter girls who found herself in a world of danger thanks to some vigilante hacking, and Griffin, former soldier and reluctant alpha… What better way for them to come together than to have him protect Adeline and her girls.
I really enjoyed their story, both the heat and the inevitable battle for his pack. I can’t wait for the next story. One of these days Gerri will find a match for herself, right? That’s a story I’m dying to read.

I really loved this book! Adeline & Griffin are a perfect couple. After hacking into information that gets her in hot water she calls Gerri Wilder to help her and the girls. Adeline needs a bodyguard to protect her and the girls. That’s when she meets her fated mate and bodyguard Griffin. The suspense of the story keeps you reading to see what happens next and the romance keeps you wanting more. This was a really good book it disappoint you. I received a free ARC copy for my review.

Griffin was a wolf shifter, who should have been Alpha. But coming home from war with PTSD and horrible nightmares changed all that. Preferring to be a loner, his whole world was turned upside down when Adeline was in trouble. Recruited by none other than Geri Wilder, to be Adeline's bodyguard, Griffin has to decide what he is willing to do when his mate and her shifter daughters are threatened....Excellent PDA book by Milly Taiden!

The Howl Nine Yards is book 81 in the PDA series. It’s a werewolf and shifter romance with all the feels. You get some angst, love, fated mates, a protective alpha male, danger and this one is action packed and full of chemistry. I am hooked on this series.
