Hold on, (guys & gals) help is on the way 😘😉…professional, career, criminal, romantic etc. “The Missing Link ( A Contemporary Romance Suspense Novel) - The Langston Sisters - Book 3” was another good read by Author Frazier. Dissimilar to books one & two though, the antagonist (s) aren’t blatantly obvious. However, the romantic gestures, feelings, emotions & vibes between Layla & Mason are electrifying 😮‍💨🤭‼️Thereafter, I always enjoy & appreciate the artistry of Ms. Frazier’s characters and their respective journey’s in a story because I’ve never been ashamed, offended, felt exploited nor embarrassed by the content. As previously stated, it’s necessary to reiterate Ms Frazier’s character/plot development & writing style is/was supurb‼️I celebrate 🎉 you & applaud your literary contributions 👏🏿👏🏾👏🏽💐 …I’m still eager to share your books. This book/series 📚 as well as a recommendations (with family members, friends & or co workers) ‼️😁

A great mystery

I like a mystery when there is an unexpected twist on the end. No spoilers, but I was not expecting the plot twist with Mason's dad. I knew when Layla joined forces with Mason to solve the mystery, they would also solve their love connection. The missing link was the couple's vibe with one another. Their soles connection helped them find the precise puzzle pieces for every course of action. The dreams manifestation in the story, yeah, I'll need to research that for my knowledge. The story was a sweet( light on intimacy) suspenseful love story. I'm good...

I have enjoyed The Langston Sisters series since the first novel and with each installment it gets better and better. The Missing Link focuses on younger sister Layla, who is at a bit of a crossroads and trying to figure out if she should continue to do a job with her family’s brand or follow her passion and go in a completely opposite direction. This lands her at a local Houston newspaper and in the presence of hard-hitting journalist, Mason Sterling. Reluctantly, Manson takes Layla under his wing as he chases his next story, which also has deep personal ties to him, and the journey to uncover the truth takes them both down a path that neither of them could’ve expected.

Layla and Mason are my favorite pair in the series. They both have such an authentic feel and their vibe together is electric in the sweetest way possible. They are both honest and hardworking and it’s clear that they bring out the best in one another. I loved seeing Layla and Mason researching and digging to uncover the truth. They have an amazing chemistry between them and it was a joy to read.

The recurring dreams that Layla had throughout the story were one of the most fascinating aspects of this novel. I have had dreams like Layla has in my past and they are terrifying and fascinating at the same time. I have done studies about dreams in the past and this aspect made me want to dive back into research. It is truly a fascinating subject.

The last half of the novel I was literally on the edge of my seat, reading late into the night and sacrificing sleep just to see how everything plays out. The ending was more on the predictable side, though I did appreciate the twist at the climax! It came out of left field and I love when novels take me by surprise like this one did.

The Missing Link is a good, clean suspense story with strong characters and a fight for truth and justice for the wronged. It keeps you constantly guessing, has everything you’d want in a workplace romantic suspense, and a novel that I highly recommend.

I always like reading Christian Romance. Add in some Suspense and it gets really interesting to read. The Missing Link is Book 3 in The Langston Sister series. I had the opportunity to read Book 2 and therefore very interested in Book 3.

Layla Langston has decided she is at a point in her life where she needs a change. She leaves the family business to pursue a Career in Journalism. She is hired on at a local Houston Newspaper and Mason Sterling is assigned to be her mentor. Mason is in the midst of a huge story and he isn't really interested in having a "tag along" on his stories, but they are paired together by his boss. The story gets very interesting when it becomes a mystery that the pair will now try to solve as they get the story. Mason, who didn't have an interest in having someone to mentor, discovers that the more time he spends with Layla, the more he is attracted to you. The huge story deepens, will Mason and Layla solve the mystery of people dying and get the story? Will there be a love connection between Mason and Layla?

WOW, this book really captivated me from the first chapter. I really LOVE when people make life Changes and Layla really took a leap of faith and pursued her dreams. I thought Mason had a strong ego at first, but that opinion quickly changed when he had to not only teach Layla but protect her from harm. Layla and Mason make a great investigative team and I enjoyed watching their relationship grow. I really like how the author bought Faith into the storyline. I HIGHLY recommend this book to anyone who enjoys Christian Suspense with Romance! GREAT BOOK!

The Missing Link is a wonderful romantic suspense novel that is also part of a wonderful series that you’re going to love reading! As always I recommend you read the entire series in order. I always feel you’ll get the most out of a book by doing that and this series does follow sisters. That said, you can read this novel as a stand-alone title if you truly wish to.

I have thoroughly enjoyed this series. The characters seem to leap off the pages and come to life before my eyes. While it is a mystery and a suspense novel I would say that it’s not one of those on the edge of your seat biting your nails book. It’s well-balanced with bits of romance throughout. I should mention that the romance in the book is very clean and chaste so no need to blush and skip paragraphs in this novel.

Layla and Mason I think have been my favorite couple! You’re going to love their dynamic and the mystery as well. Let me know what you thought of the novel after you get a chance to read it too.

Layla Langston is ready to embark on her new career in journalism, after leaving her PR position in the family luxury handbag company, Langston Brands. When she's assigned to reporter Mason Sterling (who doesn't want to mentor anyone...or does he?), the two stumble onto a case hidden by powerful people with secrets they don't want revealed.

Then, people start dying.

And Layla, who's had dreams of lovely events (her sisters' love interests, and more) that have come true, finds that her dreams are becoming terrifying nightmares. And these nightmares also seem to be coming true. Can Layla prevent the horrors of these dreams happening in real life? Or are they just previews of things to come?

Join Layla and Mason as they investigate corruption and murder as they try to escape the people who want to destroy them, and their story. And, if they live...their own compelling romance.

I received a copy of this book from the author. All opinions shared here are my own honest ones.

Layla Langston is finally free to pursue a career as a journalist in The Missing Link by Natasha D. Frazier. Having Mason Sterling assigned as her mentor is more than she bargained for, but Layla is up for the challenge. But will Mason take the visions that come to her in dreams - and nightmares - seriously?

This is a suspenseful story of an investigation into political corruption and murder. Mason and Layla, with danger dogging their every step, are determined to remain professional but soon find that their mutual attraction is an irresistible force. The Missing Link is an exciting, engrossing story and includes references to the first two Langston Sisters books but can be read out of order.

If you enjoy Christian Romantic Suspense, grab yourself a copy and dive in!

I thought this was a really good story that kept me engaged and wanting to read more. I loved how Crystal was willing to step away from the familiar and try something for herself. I loved the chemistry between Crystal and Mason and I loved how well they worked as a team. I loved the suspense in the story and how we were trying to figure everything out right along with the characters. I thought the story was well written and moved at a good pace. I liked getting to see the sisters from the previous books and getting to see where they were at in life now. Overall, I really enjoyed it.

I received a complimentary book from publishers, publicists, and or authors.  A review was not required and all opinions and ideas expressed are my own.

Layla changes careers and Mason is assigned as her mentor. These two are total strangers but they experience an instant connection. So establishing trust wasn’t too difficult. As they work to research a case, it’s hard not to catch feelings, but they are both professionals and don’t need to mix business with pleasure. I was hoping ahead for a particular outcome, and was curious how the author would work a live styr to we a yyyyt

Fantastic

I loved Layla and Mason's story. I loved when they touched for the first time they both felt the tingles go through them. Layla's premonitions were spot on. I loved the way Natasha built their growing love for each other. I found myself talking to the characters like they were in front of me. Great book, I'm ready for the next series.

Great job Natasha!

What?!!!

Oh, so good! The Missing Link, certainly was not missing in romance, suspense, or surprises. For both Layla and Mason to take a chance on something different in each of their lives, worked out for both of them. Loved it!

I have enjoyed all 3 books. When are the brothers series starting? Ava's husband and his brothers?

I look forward to reading that series. With them being in the security field there's no telling what they run into.

Great, heart-felt read!

I would definitely suggest this series. It’s a great, clean but romantic read with just enough action and suspense as well.
