Alex and Deion are best friends who enjoy hustling on a mid level,as their street status increases so does their problems, Will they be able to survive the treachery that come along with so much Power? This book has a lot of drama, and twist. What's done in the dark must surely come out in the light. Can't wait for part 2, the finale, to see how it all ends.Another good book by Deja King

I think Alex's and Deion's friendship is one-sided. Alex is more level-headed than Deion is. If Deion feels like someone is coming before him in Alex's life, then he feels like they have to go permanently. I can't wait to read the second part of this book because Alex and Deion aren't going to be friends anymore when Alex finds out what Deion did. His ego was bruised so he felt the need to take care of the problem.

This book left me shaking my head, there is no loyalty amongst friends.
Alex and Deion have been best friends since grade school running the streets of Atlanta, as time passed they became the two top drug dealers in the ATL. Alex wanted more out of life but Deion wasn't on the band wagon to give up the street life just yet. Deion is not a friend I can't wait until Alex find out who really killed His fiancé Dahlia.

I loved this story, the twist and turns will have you on the edge of your seat. Power!!

I really like this author and thought this book was well done. Deion was the damn devil himself but Alex seemed to be his calm, most times, that is until someone else was able to grab Alex's attention. Their drug reign came a bit too easy to believe but it was worked in well. Now Mrs. Isabella is a different story, Alex held out with her for as long as he could but them sleeping together was bound to happen. Looking forward to see the outcome of everything in part 2. Well Done Ms. King

Omg. Deion is a grimy as person. How can you do that tp someone then smile in their face? Ugh. That ish made me mad for real. I wonder if Alex ever finds out about what he did. Also who was it that called Alex, who killed Popcorn, and who took Passion and her son? I wonder if it's the people who were after him for cutting that girls face in the beginning of the book. Glad I got the second part when I grabbed the first.

Very good novel! It goes to show there really is no loyalty amongst thieves, and Deion was dirty, grimy for what he did. Only time will tell if Alex exacts revenge. Can't wait to read the second novel. A few grammatical errors but overall great storyline the come up was a little far fetched though!

So I was hearing great things about this book and for Joy to be one of my favorite Authors, it was just an okay read for me. I can't really say what I liked or disliked about the book, but its not what I am use to from her. I hope Part 2 is better!!!

This book was good I read alot that I didn't know about Nico. The book brought back things I forgot about Nico and his family. It was a well written book. I really enjoyed how Joy Deja King connected with the bitch series. You will have to read the book to understand what I talking about.

This book was okay, it wasn't that interesting and I usually love this author's work. It just wasn't a page turner for me, there was no drama or turning point that made me want to keep reading. I just finished because I hate not finishing books.
