This box set contains all three books of the original "A Knight's Revenge" trilogy: Storm the Gates, Seize the Castle, and Kill the King. It also contains three all-new bonus scenes!
In Saint Gabriel City, there are the Four Families, and there are those who are owned by them.
The Spencers, the Hargraves, the Ferreros, and the Knights rule the City together with their exorbitant wealth and iron fists that no one dare challenge.
Each Family has an Heir, and they are raised together to one day assume control of their respective empires, trained to crush anyone who stands in their way under the heel of their unmeasurable power.
At least, there were Four Families, and there were four Heirs—until three of the Families banded together to murder the Knights in cold blood one fateful summer night.
Their daughter was only eleven years old.
And the other Heirs—three sons—were only twelve as they watched their best friend die on the floor of a soulless beige conference room next to her parents.
Seven years later, the remaining Heirs have taken their place at the ultra-exclusive Holywell Academy where the City’s elite strive to earn a coveted place in the Families’ kingdom by rubbing elbows with the exalted sons.
Only what Bennett Spencer, Noah Hargraves, and Zach Ferrero don’t know—what the Families have failed to realize after all these years—is that Jolie Knight didn’t die that night.
That little girl has been hiding just across the river, right under their noses.
That little girl is all grown up, and now she’s the Academy’s newest scholarship student.
That little girl is me, and I’m going to burn this City to the motherfucking ground.
This is a New Adult, college-aged dark academy romance. This is also a Why Choose romance, which means that our heroine will have multiple love interests, and she will not have to choose between them to get to her Happily Ever After. As always, this series is for the 18+ crowd and contains a whole boatload of foul language, very steamy scenes, and violent themes. If that sounds like your kind of adventure, then come on in.
Okay, A Knight's Revenge is probably more like a 3.75 than a 4, but I am being generous because I weirdly enjoyed these books. I am usually not a fan of rich people romance because listening to someone flex how much money they have every other page is nauseating and obnoxious. This was definitely outside my comfort zone, but I enjoyed the series immensely. Overall, the books share the same or similar over-the-top, totally unrealistic shenanigans that require the reader to really suspend their disbelief. I find it difficult to believe that you are hiding in someone's torture room and whispering into a earpiece, and they somehow do not know you're there. That just ain't happening. Sometimes things work out a little too perfectly, but I wasn't mad at it. Each book was short, and very well-paced. The author's writing was surprisingly good, as I wasn't expecting the action and characters to be as decent as they were. Jolie was an INCREDIBLE FMC. She was determined, passionate, and a total badass. There was a touch of "not like other girls," but not enough to annoy me. The side characters were also amazing. I loved Max, Mari, Dom, and Frankie A LOT. So much so that I am tempted to read the Max & Frankie novella. I didn't initially love having Noah, Zach, and Bennett's perspectives, but I think that's just because I was irritated with them. It's just not that hard to believe that someone who watched their parents get murdered in front of them, and then almost got murdered, would not trust the kids of the people who murdered them. To me, going into hiding to formulate a place to burn everything to the ground absolutely makes more sense than attempting to rely on three idiot men. But I digress. They all ended up growing on me. Zach was my fave though. The last book definitely could have been better. I think the balance between smut and plot was off, and therefore caused the ending to not feel like as much of a payoff as it should have. Yes, I like that Jolie decided to stick around and make the city better with her money instead of taking it and running. Yes, I am happy that she found her family. I just wish there would have been a little more OOMF. I also with that there would have been a little more talking with the boys and a little less boning. I still ate it up though. I would absolutely reread these.
⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ 🌶️🌶️🌶️🌶️ We could never pretend she was anything but the heart that beat for our group and the reason my brothers and I got out of bed each day.
A Knight’s Revenge series is one of my absolute favorite dark, academy why-choose romances, available here in one place (with a few bonus scenes from the MMCs’ POVs).
This was my third time rereading the series, and I would revisit it repeatedly as time (and my overwhelming TBR) allowed.
Jolie is one of my top FMCs - a total badass engaged in a quest for revenge from those who stole her family and life away. Her salt-the-earth approach to making the other families pay for their sins filled me with endless glee.
This series starts out slow burn, with childhood best friends-to-enemies-to-lovers who do not know the hot female in front of them is their long-lost friend, and proceeds into all sorts of spicy goodness by the third book. Scenes range from MF, MFM, to MFMM (no sword crossing).
I loved the bonus scenes included in the omnibus, especially the one at the end of Kill the King. It is smoking hot!

5/5⭐️ 3/5🌶️ SERIES REVIEW: OHMAHGOSH What a fun, action packed ride! I could not put these books down. I got sucked in IMMEDIATELY and barely slept for a week (I’m a slow reader). But for the whole week, I breathed A Knight’s Revenge! Elizabeth knows how to make you fall in love with even the most fleeting side characters!
This series is FULL of banter, jokes, sexual tension, and blossoming relationships. What was once lost to these characters, was found and rebuilt into an in breakable fortress of love and devotion.
Jolie, my girl is unhinged!!! She’s all….touch him and die, hell, look at him and die. How many books do you read with a possessive FMC!? I ate that shit up 👏
The tension between the MCs was delicious. Y’all know I’m a tension hoe. There isn’t a ton of spice, but the scenes that are there are 👨🏻🍳💋 OMG a I was MELTING under the amount of PRAISE in this book 🫠🫠🫠
But spice and relationships aside, the plot was extraordinary. I loved every second of this fast paced, action packed, brutal series. I highly highly recommend!
Favorite Quotes:
I knew I would burn the whole world down to keep these boys with me. -KtK
She’s magnificent,” Noah whispered. “She’s dangerous,” Bennett countered. She was both of those things, but most importantly— “She’s ours.” -StC
But I hadn’t anticipated the draw that still pulled me toward those unfeeling bastards, the familiarity and the little hints of the boys I knew still there, and it was messing with my head. -StG

Overall, the series was a pretty solid Why Choose Romance. The last book did drag a bit. It was mostly just spice, a few plot twists, and a HEA.
This series pretty much nailed most of my favorite romance tropes. A hidden identity mixed with a revenge plot is definitely one of my favorite combos. Oh, and one of the love interests plays a professor. YESSSS ❤️🔥
Love bad ass FMC's like Jolie. She survives her family’s murder and trains to become stronger while silently plotting to take down the empires of her parent's murderers. She also goes undercover at the exclusive Academy where her target's sons attend. Bennett, Zach, and Noah were Jolie's best friends when they were kids. However, since she dyed her hair and put violet contacts in, none of them knew the new girl in school is their supposedly dead best friend. Oh, the suspense! Honestly, I don't know how Jolie kept her secret for so long. I would have imploded the moment sparks started flying. 🫣
The side characters like Frankie and Max were really great, too. I have to jump on their novella because something definitely went down between those two.
This is one of those books where I reeeeeally had to suspend my disbelief. Because somehow the main character went from a child to a badass spy in 7 years all while juggling school work, rowing, fighting, puberty and shit. And also nothing goes all that wrong in anything they were doing. Everything was resolved neatly with very little angst.
But I enjoyed the story nevertheless. The characters were entertaining, even the side characters, and it was easy to root for them to accomplish their goals.
I loved the first book. It was full of a believable strong fmc with plenty of angst and chemistry between the main characters.
The second book was enjoyable but it was full of insta love from 2 of the 3 MMC'S.
The third book was my least favorite. The FMC's character turned into too much of a Mary Sue where she was the beginning and end of everything good in everyone's life. The fact that it was mentioned that she was the leader of the Shadows was a bit much since A) she's a teenager and B) she didn't start the group. If anyone was I'm charge I would have thought it would be Gemini.
Entertaining rh but not one I would necessarily re-read
I read books 1 - 3 consecutively. What a ride. Loved this. It had intrigue, suspense, friendship, strategy, so much spice and so much love. A great book with a great storyline.
DNF at chapter 15 of the second book. Action is good, though unbelievably unreal, but can't feel any chemistry among the characters and their relationship escalated out of nowhere.
So, this series was something else. A lot of tropes, which isn't necessarily a bad thing. But some of the stuff was incredibly over the top, which is probably my main complaint with the whole series.
Let's start with the main character. I normally dislike the FMC, for various reasons. I didn't mind Jojo too much at first, but by the end of the series, I didn't like her. She gradually became many of the reasons I dislike FMCs. Disappointing, but not surprising. She started out as relatively humble, 'normal', but by the end, I felt she was just a big cliche' of entitled rich girl even though some of it could be considered as justified. What really soured me was her over the topness. She was a 'bad-ass' at pretty much everything, which is something I hate. She was good at things that just seemed ridiculous and/or unbelievable. On top of that, she was gorgeous and smart, blah blah blah, basically perfect with no flaws. Bleh. She can do anything, and do it amazingly? Seriously? I don't think so.
She started out wearing normal clothes, 'thrift-store' level stuff, but by the end she was wearing $$$$$ outfits and pretty much flaunting her money. Ok, we get it, you're a gazillionaire or whatever, but wow, way to become the cliche' and give up your normalness.
Which leads me to another annoyance that seems to happen in these kinds of books. I understand describing outfits initially, because it's nice knowing the kind of style an important character wears. I also understand describing outfits if it's at least someone relevant to the plot/situation. Like tactical gear, ok, that's a pass. What's not a pass? Describing everyone's outfit constantly, like we're playing Barbie and Ken via text. It gets old really quickly, and it's consistent throughout the whole series.
The guys, while pretty cliche', were probably the best part of the series, especially once the multiple POVs started. I always seem to prefer the MMC POVs because they aren't as whiney, 'poor me', 'I'll show them all' as the FMCs usually is. Sure, they are sometimes a-holes, but if this is a bullyverse story, that's kind of a given. Bennet was a good broody leader type, I liked his character growth. Noah was the nice 'let's all get along' type, and while a little on the boring side, he was still a decent character. Zach was the fun one, but probably the less 'assholey' as the others, at least towards Jojo.
The writing was pretty decent, the errors to a minimum. Despite all the annoying parts, it was still enjoyable to read. I might not have picked this one up had I known it would be so over the top, but I'm glad I *didn't* know, because everything said, I liked the series. I inwardly rolled my eyes at the 18 year old college freshman becoming basically the most awesome, rich, powerful person anywhere. Yet I still read, because...
The side characters were pretty interesting, more so than the FMC for sure. The cliche' best friend was amusing, and I liked her dynamics with everyone. Frankie was probably the best side character, and I'm excited to read his novella next. Sure, he was a bit of a cliche', but he was too interesting and fun to be dismissed.
So in conclusion, if you like bully academy reverse harems, this is a decent series with some TWs (lots of death, mostly, and mentions of sexual abuse). It's worth it, if only for the fact that the writing didn't sound like it was written by a 16 year old and the errors/typos were few.
This was like the first rain after a very long rough drought season
I plowed through this series in 2 days. Read the three books and novella and loved each one.
This was surprisingly very good. It is very rare to find an RH book with an excellent well-thought-of plot that is not sex centered.

The trilogy is not perfect nor is it a literary masterpiece by any standard. So why did I give it a close 5 stars?
1- It was well-planned: usually the plot in these types of books feels rushed just to get to the sex scenes. Not here. everything was thought of. Book 1 rarely had spice scenes to make the slow burn, well, burn. But when the group get together? oooooh mamma! but even that did not take away from the plot We also get flashbacks of how strong the four children's connection was, so it was not just "we were best friends" and that's it! I think book 3 dragged in some parts, but still was very good
2- A badass Female Lead: Do you know how rare to find a true strong and smart female lead in RH books? usually, she is simpping over the male leads, thinking about them all the time, and dreaming of their dicks. Jolie was absolutely brave, determined and came prepared not letting any of her crushes deter her plans. She did not pine all the time after the boys and let them come to her on their own because once they were there, they were all about Jolie.
3- I loved the side characters so much, even the villains because they were truly villains. They were not there just to be there. Max was hilarious with his deliberate saying Noah's name wrong (every name that starts with N : Nick, Neil, Nolan...even Nehemia:)))) )
I recently had the immense pleasure of stumbling upon a new author and diving into A Knights Revenge, and let me tell you, it was an absolute gem of a read! This book effortlessly combines elements of the "Why Choose" trope, childhood friendships to enemy-to-lovers romance, delivering a compelling story that had me hooked from the very beginning. From the moment I delved into the pages of A Knights Revenge, I was captivated by the complex characters and the richly woven plot. The author skillfully navigated the journey of characters who started as childhood friends, then lost, and later found but ended up reluctant enemies, making their transformation into lovers even more satisfying. The chemistry between the main characters was palpable and electrifying, leaving me eagerly turning page after page to see how their relationship would evolve. The pacing of the story was spot-on, with just the right balance of tension, romance, and character development. I appreciated how the author didn't rush the transformation of the characters' relationship, allowing it to develop naturally and believably and yet NOT dragging it on forever. Additionally, the supporting cast of characters added depth to the story, and their individual subplots were woven seamlessly into the main narrative, enhancing the overall reading experience. Frankie and Max *THUD* I can’t wait to dive into their story!! In terms of writing style, Elizabeth Dear deserves accolades for her ability to craft vivid scenes and evoke a wide range of emotions in the reader. I was emotionally invested in the characters' journey, laughing, crying, and celebrating alongside them. In conclusion, A Knights Revenge is an outstanding example of the "Why Choose" and enemy-to-lovers romance genres. It's a book that will stay with me for a long time, and I can't recommend it enough to fellow readers who enjoy passionate romance with a healthy dose of character growth. SO GRATEFUL to Elizabeth Dear for creating a masterpiece that deserves every one of its five stars!
A Knight’s Revenge was one of my favorite series that I’ve read this year, and I love that it’s now available in an omnibus with some amazing bonus content…three new chapters from each of the guy’s POV.
Saint Gabriel City was once run by the Four Families, The Spencers, the Hargraves, the Ferreros, and the Knights, the most elite, and wealthiest families in the city. Until one night, the three families turned on the Knights, irradiating the entire family…or so they thought. Jolie Knight, the Knight heir everyone thought perished on that fateful night, had actually been living in the South Side the entire time with her adoptive family, plotting her revenge on the people who took everything from her. Bennett Spencer, Noah Hargraves, and Zach Ferrero never forgot what their parents did that night, or the girl they thought they had lost.
When Jolie gets a scholarship to Holywell Academy, she’s reunited with the boys she grew up with, even if though they don’t know it’s her right away. They make her life a living hell, wanting her out of their school, but when they find out that the girl they’ve been antagonizing is the girl they all once loved, everything changes.
I absolutely love Jolie’s character. She’s such a badass who knows what she wants and will do whatever it takes to get it. Even though feelings change, her goal remains the same, to get revenge. I also adore her friendship with Mari. Noah, Zach, and Bennett were also a perfect mix, even if they were a little hard to like at times. Noah is my favorite…the glasses and professor vibes are just yummy! I love the dynamic between the four main characters once everything is out in the open…and the spice is even better!
If you read and are a fan of this series, I highly suggest reading Frankie and Max, a novella about our favorite Fererro enforcer and Jolie’s lovable brother! ♾️/10 love and recommend this series!
Loved this entire series and loved the bonus chapters! I don’t think I’ll ever be able to get enough of Jolie and the heirs!!!
Storm the Gates: I was sucked into this book and the suspense that I knew was coming. This book was a slow burn which usually isn’t my favorite but I feel like it worked for these characters and felt more realistic with everything going on. I adored Jolie and just wanted to be her friend! She has spent the past seven years preparing to take on the Families that destroyed her entire world. She is incredibly strong and refuses to backdown from seeking vengeance. I definitely need more Bennett, Zach, and Noah. I really liked Noah but I don’t feel like I was fully able to get these guys yet. I know there is so much more to them then I was able to see in this book so I am ready for chapters in their POV.
Seize the Castle: Jolie is one of my favorite FMC. She is a fighter and is set on getting revenge against those that hurt her family. She won't let anything stand in her way and I love it! This book provided more character development for the other heirs, Bennett, Noah, and Zach. I enjoyed their POVs and they grew on me throughout the book. This book has more spicy scenes than the first book and is filled with sexual tension between Jolie and the heirs.
Kill the King: Jolie is one of my favorite FMC.
The Count of Monte Cristo is considered "the greatest revenge story ever told" but A Knight's Revenge has stepped up to the plate to compete with that honor.
Jolie is out for revenge upon the people responsible for her parent's death, and she won't let anything get in her way. This includes the bond between the other kids from the Families. Though they grew up together, she doesn't know if they had a part in her parent's murder, or if they are complicit in continuing the empire. So she worms her way into the prestigious academy to find out more...and to enact taking them down.
Once there, she is smacked in the face with nostalgia for her long lost friends, and trying to reconcile the men they've grown into with the kids she left behind. Will they help her succeed in taking down their legacies? Or will they leave her in the dust like their parents did?
I adore this book. Jolie is such a strong leading lady, without being overly sassy/impervious to harm. She's vulnerable when it's appropriate, but holds true to her convictions. The side characters are just as dynamic as all the leads, and no one is relegated to "sassy best friend", though there is one. It's just not her entire personality, which is nice. She also has a supportive family, which is lovely to see in someone with a Tragic Background. The story has twists and turns, and leaves you unable to put it down for fear you might miss something. The spice is on point, and appropriate. Even when it's not an appropriate time, there's a joke by the characters about that, which is fun! I honestly will read anything Elizabeth Dear writes, as she has a gift. Highly recommend!
I love this series; it's almost like a reverse Count of Monte Cristo and watching Jolie coming back to take her revenge for what was done to her family had me hooked and engaged every step of the way. It has a bit of everything; enemies to lovers, found family, heists, betrayal and some of the best tension I have ever read. There are some darker bullying moments (particularly in book one) in this but over the series as a whole, the lighter moments balance it out.
Individually, book one has one of the best cliffhangers; my jaw dropped the first time I read it. Book two may be my favourite as I am a Bennett fan (IYKYK) and book three as the culmination of everything is bittersweet but definitely ends the series on a high with an amazing HEA.
There are so many threads woven seamlessly in this series; not just relating to Jolie and the heirs but also the side characters like Max, Frankie and Mari. Max leaps off the page and his relationship with Noah (who knew there were so many guys names beginning with N?) is such a highlight. He definitely earned his own spin-off novella. The characters are so well developed that there is not one I wouldn't want to read more about (except Annie and Harper; they are vile).
The bonus scenes in the omnibus were a perfect send off too - I'm sad that its all over but it's a series I will always come back to!
My interpretation of the star system; 3 stars - I enjoyed it; would read the author again 4 stars - I really liked it; I am invested and definitely want more from this author/series 5 stars - I loved it; I engaged with this book completely and I have added all the authors works to my TBR!
This book had some of my favorite tropes in it and each was one done to perfection! If you like a good bully romance, this one is full of it! Jojo, or as she is now known as Joanna, is out for revenge against the wealthy and elite families who murdered her parents 7 years ago. She’s spent time learning to fight, to be stealthy and to have no fear. She has a goal to bring down all those who did her and her family wrong! And man…she is one hellbent woman!
The story takes place in an academy where Jo is hiding her identity from everyone…including her childhood friends who stood by and witnessed her parents demise and who also thought she perished that night too.
You’ve got hateful jealous girls, bully guys who get their butts handed to them, family loyalty, and one extremely quick-whitted and determined woman.
As the story progresses you see such a change in all the men and you fall in love with each other! You can’t help but to root for Jolene and enjoy watching every second as she burns the world down!
The entire series is phenomenal! The spicy scenes are…whew! I love all the MMC characters and their love for Jo. You won’t regret this one!
⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Loved this book very much want to give it 4.5 stars actually I ate this book up fr First of all I LOVED LOVED LOVED her family so much like they were just so love able and I loved their sibling relationship so much because they were so comfortable with each other. I oftentimes see siblings described as close but not being shown as close but these too were fr the best of buddies it was touching🥹 And I get how some might say that it’s very unrealistic for her plans to always go right but I fuck with that shi because she planned allllll those years she deserves to have everything go right even if it’s unrealistic babe it’s a book EAT THAT SHI UPPPP!! Another thing I really loved is how the guys around her treated her bestie like they included her and made friends with her too LOVE! THAT!! because that’s my bestie treat her right tooo like yes give her your arm bc my two sides are already taken protect her too etc. just all in all the found family trope is written really big here and I Loved it !!! +++ It was reallyyy funny like I actually had to laugh out loud many times throughout the book especially when they be always teasing each other Towards the end I was like okay speed it up just a tad bit but that might just be me having no patience 🫣
If you enjoy Academy Reverse Harem that’s got a different slant on it, that has an element of Second Chance, kind of, you’ll love this!
The story was quite fast paced with lots of twists along the way, and so much did not turn out the way I expected! The FMC is a total badass and the guys aren’t quite sure what to make of her at first.
The FMC is out for revenge and she absolutely means it, she pulls no punches quite literally and has a goal. Nothing is going to stop her from getting to it! I live that there are scenarios where typical authors would have the FMC being rescued by the guys even though the FMC is meant to be badass, and actually in this book they tend to be flustered because she’s done it herself.
There is a lot of humour to be had, often not how you would expect, but I found myself chuckling throughout the story at the witty comments from start to finish. I loved the side characters just as much as the main characters, and the intrigue and class divisions were explained well without being overbearing.
Overall this was a very engaging story that kept me guessing from start to end! Definitely worth diving into!
A Knight's Revenge is a tale of epic vengeance and irresistible romance. This box set isn't just three books of heart-pounding, revenge-fueled drama. It's a full-blown literary takeover.
We're talking about a girl who watched her family get wiped out by her so-called "friends" and their power-hungry families, only to rise from the ashes like the baddest phoenix you've ever seen. Jolie Knight is no damsel in distress. She's a fire-breathing dragon who thirsts for revenge and could burn Saint Gabriel City to the ground.
Elizabeth Dear doesn't just write stories. She crafts entire universes where betrayal is foreplay, and revenge is the ultimate aphrodisiac. With three books full of steamy tension, jaw-dropping twists, and the kind of chemistry that'll leave you fanning yourself, A Knight's Revenge is the series you didn't know you were missing but now can't live without.
A Knight's Revenge is pure, unadulterated, edge-of-your-seat perfection. Prepare to have your heart stolen, shredded, and pieced back together, Elizabeth Dear style.
Reading this series again just reminded me how much I loved it. It just gets better and better. I once again was hooked from the beginning. Theres so much action, spice, banter and romance that you are never bored.
This is a must read!!!
I absolutely love each and every single main and side characters. The side characters were so supportive that it made me tear up a little. Frankie will always be my number one.
The tension between Jolie and her men was so good. She had so much chemistry with all of them. I really liked how the pace of getting with them was different for all them. They are just perfect for one another. I wouldn't mind reading a novella of them being parents 🏃🏽♀️🏃🏽♀️🏃🏽♀️🏃🏽♀️
I didn't know I needed the bonus chapters until now especially that last one 🥵
* also i didn't realize how many little teasers we got of Frankie and max until now. Like yall need to read this and then go read Max and Frankies story. It will literally add 10 years to ur life
♟️ ⚜️ Book Title - A Knight’s Revenge: The Complete Series ⚜️ Author - Elizabeth Dear ⚜️ Rating - ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ ⚜️ Some Genre/Themes/Tropes: Adult Fiction, Romance and RH
Check mate! What an absolutely epic RH series by Dear. This series perfectly captures the magic of RH romance while delivering a gripping plot, layered characters, and unforgettable chemistry. There is definitely a good mix of plot and spoice! 🌶️
With every twist, the stakes rise, and the dynamics between the characters grow more complex. Each partner dynamic being well developed. As always I love the family bonds Dear creates. Chef’s kiss
I would recommend this book to others who enjoy Bully RH. I will be waiting anxiously for other books written by this author. 🙌
Note (How I rate): One is DNF. Two is got there but struggled. Three stars is a good, enjoyable read. Four is an excellent read and five is a comfort read that lingers with me for life (very difficult to get but not impossible).

I originally read this series as it was coming out and now reading them all back to back just hits different. I absolutely love this series Jolie is an absolute badass who is read to take down an entire city’s elite class as a college freshman. Her three childhood best friends turn enemies turned lovers are swoon worthy. Zack, Noah and Bennett are badass in their own and will do anything to protect their JoJo.
This series also has my favorite side characters especially Max and Frankie (who have their own novella).
The guys are amazing I love them all! Noah though has a special place in my heart.
If you want an epic why choose pick up this series! Action, bully, spice, twists and turns, strong FMC. This book has everything! Will forever be a favorite & go to recommendation.
I have loved these characters and this story from the very beginning of the first book of this series, Storm the Castle. I read all three books in two and a half days and once the audiobooks were out, I bought and listened to them. Seriously, I will recommend these books to anyone who will listen. So, when I found out that Elizabeth Dear was putting out an omnibus I knew that I had to get it, if for nothing else than the bonus chapters.
These characters live rent free in my head so reading these books again, was like welcoming family home. Jolie is just as strong and badass as I remember, Zach is still my favorite (even if it’s only by a hair), I still love the empowering female friendship between Jolie and Mari, and I still live for the moments that Max messes with the guys. I feel like it doesn’t matter how many times I read or listen to these books I will always cheer Jolie on, cuss the guys when they’re being asshats, and need to cool myself off during those spicy scenes.
I loved, loved, loved the bonus chapters we got in this omnibus! We get a Noah chapter from the first book, a Zach chapter from the second book, and of course a Bennett chapter from the third book. I was here for each and every one, completely devoured them, and wanted more.
Seriously, if you haven’t checked this series out, now is the time! What are you waiting for?
This series is one of my top favorite series. I am literally obsessed with it. The first book is such a slow burn, very very very little spice. The storyline though keeps you sucked in the entire time. Jolie is such a bad AF fmc! Like she kicks so much butt and takes zero crap from anyone. This story just continues to get better through each book, the spicy in books two and three *fans self*. Jojos men are just as bad AF as she is. Their love for her is just so top tier. Not only are the storyline and the MCs amazing. the side characters are amazing and you can't help to fall in love with the good ones and cause damage to the bad ones. I 1,000% recommend this series to everyone!!
This is so good as a complete trilogy, this series is amazing, made better by the additional bonus scenes. I’ve read this series several times and enjoy the tale of retribution, friendships and family. JoJo is such a fantastic FMC who never waivers in her pursuit in finding out why her parents were killed and seeking justice. Love all the spicy scenes here, Jolie and the heirs are electric together. I love the excitement and contrast action and love all the characters, especially Max and Frankie my favourite side pieces, they are hilarious together, all those emotions waiting to explode. Such a well written story I will definitely be reading again.
Um I was not expecting to like this book as much as I did because the summary was definitely giving off Zodiac Academy vibes and I wasn’t sure if it could live up to it. At no point in this book did I know what was gonna happen next. I loved the badass, vengeful FMC who had to battle her old feelings for her 3 ex best friends who thought she died while getting revenge for her parent’s murders. I ate up the banter and slow burn but the emotional growth for everyone involved was the icing on the cake.
