After Layla’s supernatural showdown with Rome, someone follows Davi to Diane’s apartment… And after a series of unexpected connections and encounters, a necklace with special qualities comes into play–something that’s key to all the events surrounding Layla and why she’s hunted…
Joanne Starer's "Sirens of the City" is captivating me! She effortlessly blends magic, forbidden love, identity struggles, thrilling rivalries, and captivating supernatural creatures like vampires and mermaids into a truly captivating story. Khary Randolph's art takes it to the next level, bringing every facet of this vibrant world to life with stunning detail and atmosphere.
I can't wait to pick up the final two issue of this limited series.
All of the drama with Layla, her mother, and her mother’s lover being cut into segments to make room for Davi and Rome’s budding bromance is amusing and genius. Also this comic issue ended on a pretty big cliffhanger so I’m eager to see what happens next.
The boys' bonding time was so cute ! The girls' ? Not so much.
It was awesome, I'm giving it five stars. It was my favorite installment of the serie, by far, and it had everything a great comic book can have ! Five stars ! They're well deserved.
