There are so many practical ideas for how to live a healthier life - especially if you’re busy. Lots of the ideas I hadn’t heard of before!

This book offers a wide array of testimonies and case studies, among which my own experience is featured, illustrating the effectiveness of Justin's methodologies.

In my own journey, chronicled briefly in the book, I confronted alarming health challenges despite being an active individual. The narrative details how Justin’s tailored and diagnostic-driven approach helped me to understand and rectify my health issues such as obesity, pre-metabolic syndrome, and several other conditions through personalized dietary adjustments, fitness regimens, and lifestyle changes.

This book is so well written and easy to read and understand. I started reading and couldn't put it down which is unusual for a self-help book for me. Justin shares how having good health and avoiding disease and living a long life requires looking at how our bodies deal with stress. And the best way for us to fight stress (and ultimately chronic diseases) is to create a strong foundation. The book explains key ways to measure our health and shares 4 pillars (Fuel, Build, Repair, and Renew) that provide specifics of what our bodies need. The two things that really hit me in this book is learning about measuring HRV (Heart Rate Variability) and understanding that our bodies all respond differently and there shouldn't be a one size fits all plan for health. The book takes a holistic approach to taking care of yourself, not just diet and exercise but sleep and managing stress and taking care of our minds which isn't the Normal approach to being healthy and living a long life in a world full of millions of people using a diabetes drug to get quick short team gains. This is a life changing book for me, I learned so much and have a whole new outlook on redeeming my health. I am telling everyone I know about it!

This book is very good. Highly recommended for people who are looking to establish healthy patterns and get out of ruts. There’s a good combination of spiritual physical and physiological information and application. Justin is an amazing person and he practises what he preaches. Highly recommended this book.

Justin takes the status quo normal, explains why it's not working for our lives, and challenges us to do different and find health, vitality, and balance. A great resource for those wanting to get away from burnout and ill health.

This book is so insightful! Everyone who wants a change in their health would gain what they desire from implementing the pillars/foundation principles! So good, I will be reading this yearly!
