I found this very boring and hard to get through. Reading this was like getting a tooth pulled without anything to numb it.

This novel is a thrilling ride from start to finish, filled with tension, intrigue, and unexpected twists. Jet Rusco's journey on the frontier mining world of Halroon is gripping as he battles alien slavers, barbaric foes, and a deviant Prime Ascendant. The scene building in this book is very good from the very start, when we experience a pulsating extraterrestrial night club. Chris Turner draws you into a vivid and believable world. The sexual innuendo adds an intriguing layer of complexity to the story, keeping readers on the edge of their seats. Overall, this novel is for fans of sci-fi adventures with a gritty edge and are looking for an immersive read.
