Book 1:
I stumbled across this book coincidently through a sponsored add and read the first 5 chapters. I found this book a little odd at first as I don’t read much surrounding this genre, however something about it made me come back for me. I continued to read and the more I got into it, the more invested I became. Great plot, great spice, definitely shed some tears but definitely an amazing story line and very well articulated in terms of plot.

Book 2:
After reading book 1, I couldn’t wait but to dive into book 2. There are many typos but that doesn’t particularly bother me too much. Such a good plot. I was sad to see some reverse character arcs from the people you had soft spot, turn bad however I found it even more hard to part with the loss of particular characters too, even the evil ones who were once good. This book made me sob like a child however the ending was definitely interesting. I enjoyed it however I felt it was a little rush. I was hoping post-war we could get a little more than just 1 chapter, even an epilogue, however overall I was obsessed with this 2-book series.

It was good bc I was looking for something wattpaterousous (haha) but the plot quickly started to feel odd. A lot of hatred between the characters, so many confusing things and the beginning reaaaaly slow.

It’s good if your looking for something naughty at some points, but is definitely not a book for everybody.

Got this book recommended through a Facebook ad and I had to skip/skim though a lot of it. It was the worst book I've ever read and I kept hoping for it to get better but it got WORSE!!! at least the ending wasn't so shitty. the fmc is so weak and has no self esteem, her mates are terrible assholes especially in the beginning, she was like let's be in an open relationship where they could fuck other women yet she only wanted them (yuck) then some time passes and she dates Maddoc but I guess it doesn't work out bc they took a break and never got back together?? I forgot exactly but I remember her dumbass slept with Flynn bc he had blackmail on Maddoc and she didn't want him to get kicked out so he coerced her into it (she should've told maddoc but she's an idiot) and Maddoc was so cruel to her when he got together with his other mate Reign. Then she dates her other mate Zane (or is he called Jason??) and he ends up cheating on her with her friend Maury who is turning a blind eye to the fact he's fucking her yet interested in Beatrice (yikes) and apparently he was dating Maury first so she ends up realizing she's like a side chick so they break up and Jason thinks it's her fault and goes over to the dark side. also, Maury's bitch ass literally frees her mother and puts Beatrice in her place so that her father can r*** her and she leaves her there for a day until her compassion turns back on and she returns to get her out of there. (why have enemies when your own friends will chain you to a basement to get abused right?) Akin comforts her and she starts feeling something for him and they kiss yet that's when she discovers he has hehel's body preserved so she takes a magical scale from her body and brings him back to life and everythings good. Helel and her get together and are inseparable I think until something happens to her and Gwen's scheming ass comes back and lies to the guards and tells them that Beatrice doesn't want Helel to come to her cabin so they don't let him in (which makes no sense???) (pps. gwen should've stayed dead) and THE FUCKING IDIOT "in a moment of weakness" falls into despair bc he can't see her and ends up drunk and fucking Gwen who always comes to his cabin and GETS HER PREGNANT. he's got super semen apparently. that's when the ship sank for me. really my guy??? couldn't have stayed with your brothers in a moment of weakness??? nah just had to fuck the woman that's been obsessed with you from the start. and the worst part is that he literally came back to life thanks to Beatrice giving him one of her scales (he would've stayed dead otherwise) and he ends up paying her back for reviving him by CHEATING ON HER. I never forgave him for that, truly thought he was better than that. He also had the gall to act mad/jealous when Zane forcefully kissed her against her will. so Beatrice is heartbroken and breaks up with Helel bc she doesn't want the child to grow up without a father 🙄 and he's saying it was a drunk mistake and that he doesn't want Gwen even though now after his revival she's his mate yada yada (too late shouldn't have done it in the first place) then she leaves to her were hometown where she ends up falling for Akin again. she had another mate in her hometown she was going to meet but he was a psycho who drugged her/wanted to fuck her and get and get control of the town so Akin ends up protecting her and killing him. fast forward, Zane ends up being the man from hell that apparently can control a bunch a people and she's mistress of doomsday so he's obsessed with her and will do anything to get her by his side even manipulating her to do what he says with a potion making it seem like she cheated when that wasn't the case. the way it's written is so weird bc we're led to believe that they think she's guilty even of killing Gwen but afterwards we get a flashback that apparently they didn't think she was guilty and were planning on getting her out of his hypnosis (one of my pet peeves: they even tried to make Gwen look innocent by her saying "I hate that I got in the middle of Beatrice and Helel" "it's like watching my favorite couple break up" and I'm like WTF?? THAT WAS YOUR PLAN BITCH WHY U ACTING INNOCENT FOR??? if she cared so much #1 she wouldn't have slept with a drunk man in the first place, or #2 she literally could've had an abortion or ran away but she knew what she was doing. and helel is the worst of them all bc even drunk he could've said "no, I won't fuck you bc you're not my gf" but he didn't. worst part of it all is that Beatrice is literally so kind to Gwen and it's like girl please grow a backbone, that's the woman that stole your mans. and she ends up saying if I die I'll be happy if you raise my kid with helel like WHAT yeah great idea let Beatrice raise the kid that's the result of her mate/boyfriend's infidelity 10/10. this plot was literally so fucking unnecessary) anyways so Maury ends up coming back to help Zane win the war and her idiotic self ends up killing herself (no sewerslide warning or anything) bc she realized Zane would never love her as much as Beatrice. then Zane regrets going off on her and when he realizes she k herself he's like 'don't worry I'll keep Beatrice in a cage pls wake up" LIKE WTF IS WRONG WITH ALL OF THEM??? at this point idk why I'm even continuing to read. Akin ends up dying bc of course, killing a good character for the emotions (I will admit I did cry when he died, he was at least good to her especially now) and Beatrice ends up giving him her last scale that will make her weaker but she doesn't wanna be powerful in a world without him so he ends up reviving and they get married. before he died he told her to get together with helel bc he loves her but now that he's back after they get married akin says that he's ok with her being with helel too especially since she's weaker now and apparently she never got over him so she's marked by Akin on one side and Helel on the other and they live happily ever after. I hope helel spoils the shit out of her bc she's basically gonna be raising his kid that he had with another woman but I'm glad she'll always have akin on her side. he ended up being great. Honestly, id tell my younger self aka me from yesterday that wasted 10 hours reading the whole book, to just read the last chapter. out of the whole book, the only chapter I truly enjoyed was the 563rd chapter tbh. the rest gave me a headache. I'd skip the whole beginning of the book, ther mates were absolutely ruthless and she was pathetic. for someone supposedly so strong I was dissapointed on how weak the fmc was. idk. i read it but really wouldn't recommend this to another person unless they love high blood pressure and absurdity. I will say that it kept me hooked though, wanting to get a happy ending. It's rare that characters in a book continue to disappoint you even 400 chapters in 😭😭 I'm sure the author's great, this work just triggered me a bit and I need to learn when to drop a book and not be stubborn to see it through to the end. for my own mental sanity.

This story is kind of childish. Specially the prophecy of Mistress of doomsday, Man for hell, black knight and some savior part. It was like telling a child a fairytale. But it's 18+ chapters are the only part that seems like adult stuff to me. Other part are either childish or disgusting such as father killing son and brother killing brother. This two part really disturbed me for a week. At first Beatrice was disgustingly weak woman. Later she became "strong" . Though I didn't find any strong personality in her character. Author should have added more male leads POVs to understand the thought of them better. I didn't understand when Zane found out that he was the Man from hell. Zane's character changed in a second. Then he said he is the one who tried to killed Helel. But in that part when Helel and Beatrice got missing, there was a POV of Zane. There he was like a innocent person who was worrying about his brother and his mate. He was even happy to know that his brother is black knight. Later you are saying us he wanted to kill his brother? Author, you are even saying that he kept his witch aunt captivated and
Dream ruined his plan? For how long he knew about everything? If he knew everything than why he didn't know about Beatrice being a weredragon? And why he showed his true color at the very last moment? If he wanted to kill his brothers and make Beatrice his submissive, why he didn't attack them when they were weak teens? Why he waited till their power awakens? Your novel doesn't make any sense.
You should have made Flynn the Man from hell. The four brothers should have stayed together and fought together. They could have been Beatrice's mates together.

First of all i should have never and i meant never ever trusted fb recommendation cause this is my second time like💀wasted my whole night and that being said i haven't finished reading this yet but oh my how is the fml so pathetic like i have never seen a fml so weak so low on self esteem letting her get used first of all my girl i would not have judged if you were all in for pleasure hell get used for all i care but why are you letting them all walk all over you...blaming you like i would have walk out of the house on my first day there...i am wondering why i was even reading this cause i have passed 100 pages and was still no plot development or character development so i came to look for spoiler...was i surprised that it was horrible?no...was i disappointed?very much

Anyway giving it 2 star cause i haven't finished reading it and i think i would not further...but this story so far is giving me 12 year fanfic

Worst book I've ever read. I saw it in a fb suggestion and i was bired so i started to read. The story was all over the place. It ended at chapter 429 and still no conclusion. Not even close. The worst character was Helel.

He ends up cheating and getting another girl pregnant. I can honestly say I hated this book.

I started it because of FB ads, learnt my lesson to never trust FB again. I wont be finishing it because 61 Chapters later, its just as horrible as it was when it started.

I loved this book, my emotions were everywhere and I’m absolutely obsessed. I knew that Gwen Swan will have her own story BUT I want to know what’s next For Beatrice and the Alpha kings and the children they will have 😉 I am really invested in these characters and feel incomplete.

Read on one of those horrid apps you have to pay for vouchers for (should have been my first red flag) the English, spelling and grammar is appauling. A lot of it doesn't make sense. Mfc is annoying as shit, tbh all of them are actually. Did not finish.

I have so much to rant about but mostly, I feel like I’ve already wasted too much time actually reading this book. The writing is all over the place, the main character is a weird mishmash of many different characters and written as if the author integrated all her alternative main character ideas rather than stick to one.
Sorry to say this felt like vomit fest. Do not recommend.
