Gage needs to figure out who is targeting more of his family before someone else gets hurt. While Sunny tests his patience at every turn, she also brings a light to his life he didn’t know he needed. But can he protect his sunshine when the enemy shows up and threatens to take it away?

I started writing my first novel in high school, my second novel in college, and after teaching for a while and starting a family, I decided to tackle the dream of becoming an author. You’ll find my bookshelves filled with everything from YA to historical fiction to romance to classics to sci-fi and fantasy to mental health. It’s a mixed bag and I wouldn’t have it any other way.

Gage St James, a broody badass, head security for a top mafia family.
Sunshine yes her name is literally sunshine, a happy, light up the room indie Author.
An attempted kidnapping, secrets, too many laughs and delicious marshmallows.
This book is the ultimate grumpy sunshine. Gage is such a broody boy, but he’s no match for Sunny’s happy personality. There were so many laughs in this book.
As always 10/10 I will recommend any book that Elisabeth Garner writes, they are the cozy of mafia romance, a warm hug, a treat to read that I anxiously look forward to 2 minutes after finishing the last one

Great book! Have you been searching for that perfect grumpy-sunshine romance but haven't run into one yet? Here's one for you. Sunny is an author put there trying to live her best life when she bumps into a complete handsome stranger that happens to rescue her from an abduction attempt. Gage has a good but stressful job and great work family but is still a big, serious grump that can save someone's life even accidentally because thats what he does. He can't get that gorgeous girl off his mind.
If you like suspense, mafia romances, why are you still reading this review? Go. Get this book. Best yet? It's part of a series ❤️

She also bit of a klutz and can “trip over air”
Tripping over nothing is how she meets Gage. She almost crashes head first into the bar when Gage catches her. But, that isn’t the first or last time he is in the right place at the right time.
They are drawn to each other and as their attraction grows so do the questions about who is trying to abduct Sunny.
This is yet another great read in The Gorgeous Armed and Dangerous Series.

Absolute perfection
Gage and Sunny's story is so amazing. They are the total opposite of each other personality wise but it makes for the perfect fit. The over all mafia story just keeps getting better and better and I can't wait to see where it goes next.

Gage and Sunny are amazing. The storytelling is brilliant as always. Watch out for the cliff though. It will leave you hanging until the next book. :D
