Terence is sentenced to Hell. He has his very own demon, his very own hovel of a house, but he has no mattress. One day he ambles outside to search for "intelligent life" and a mattress store. Along the way he meets another newcomer, Teresa. They decide to scrap the search for a mattress, and instead search Lucifer out and demand their release. They set off on a journey to the "center of Hell", but what they find is astonishing.
There is only one way out, and both must decide whether or not to take it.
I read this book some years ago before it was published with its prequal Dear Diary, A Journal from Purgatory. Needless to say, the earlier book was very "dark". I am sure that this will be of the same quality and with the same amount of mystery. I'm looking forward to finishing it and I will revise this review at that time.
ADDENDUM: Unfortunately, the copy I downloaded was only a Preview copy. I will never remember how it ends. Nevertheless, take advantage of any opportunity to read this.
