An anthropological examination of the modern serious runner and the quest to climb the running social heirarchy. It's like reading Running with the Kenyans or Out of Thin Air, buy instead of Eldoret or Bekoji, Gnoza explores the lives of serious runners all over social media.

Hilarious book.

Some editing challenges; at one point, a paragraph was repeated almost word-for-word.

Despite these types of flaws, had a lot of fun laughing at myself and my friends.

I also got some great ideas for #content and shaving 10 seconds off my mile time!
