Double of Nothing - book 2 in The Sin City Kings series picked up right where the first book ended. Only now the dynamic between Jade and the guys has changed with them all living under the same roof. Now with the Russians causing trouble that will effect the scheme Jade and her new acquaintances it made things more difficult for all of them. The plot twists were good in this book as well as a great cliff-hanger ending. This series just keeps getting better.

Jade's been moved to Kit's ranch to better protect her. After talking with Jade, he offers the other men their own plots of land on his ranch for Seven to build his own home and for Vulcan to move in a RV.

There's some jealousy between Kit, Vulcan but especially Seven. Seven wants her for himself only.
Jade has made it clear that she cannot and will not choose only one man. They can share her with the others, with some one-on-one time, or she's leaving. She's terrified that she will responsible for breaking up the bond between the men. Vulcan and Kit readily agree but Seven wants to think it over.

Jade has found Natasha.  The bad news is the fact that the Russians have also shown up. The men catch Ivan, the man who tried to shoot Jade on the boat, breaking into her car. Ivan is shown no mercy. His brother, Igor, has been seen in the club where Natasha works. Dimitri is the kingpin who's after Natasha. Will he recapture her?

Natasha has agreed to work with Jade in the scheme to win big at the casinos by breaking the code on a video machine. Kit, Seven, Vulcan and Leroy will be on the team Jade will use in the casinos. She and Natasha have agreed on a 50/50 share. Will they survive to do so? And what about Dimitri and his plan to find Natasha?

Part of the Sin City Kings picking up where we left off with book one with the men all wanting her to themselves but she isn’t picking just one not when she can and want the all so moving to Kit’s ranch for better protection with him giving each of the guys their own piece of land to build their own home. But she is tried of the fussing over her so she puts her foot down so to speak so giving each of them one on one time or the other option is she is leaving she doesn’t want to be responsible for breaking up three friends. Vulcan and Kit readily agree but Seven the stubborn one who always seems to want things to go his way or no way wants to think it over. Well buckle up because the ride is about to get a little bumpy because the Russians have found her and her boy catch Ivan of course they show no mercy his brother Igor has been spotted in the club where she works but can they evade the kingpin himself while trying to pull off the heist of the century with success with out being caught by kingpin, will her boys protect her, will her boys be safe, will they all come out of this together, and where are they headed to happiness together?

This is the 2nd book in the Sin City Kings series featuring the continuation of Kit,Seven,Vulcan and Jade's story from Russian Roulette. The Russians are still searching for Jade so Jade is moved to Kit's ranch to better keep her safe. Following a conversation with Jade Kit offers Seven and Vulcan their own plots of land on his ranch to build a house and to bring in an RV. Jade has made it very clear that she can't and won't choose only one man they can share her with the others or go one on one or she's going to leave. Jade doesn't want to be responsible for coming between the guys and breaking the bond that they have with each other. Of course there's some jealousy between the guys especially Seven who wants Jade all for himself. Jade found Natasha the only problem is that the Russians have shown up too. I don't want to say anymore and ruin it for anyone else with spoilers. You really need to read this emotional suspenseful romance full of twists and turns to see what happens. I would recommend reading this book.

Es mejor que el primero y eso ya es decir mucho.

Pude conocer más de todos los personajes, conectar más con ellos y sentir emoción por la trama, es algo que disfrute porque no todo es sólo amor o sexo; hay un propósito y una meta.

Disfrute de leer muchísimo a Jade y de ver como cada uno de los personajes masculino conectaban con ella no sólo de forma personal pero también como un harem, un grupo. Fue algo muy orgánico y algo que agradezco que se dio desde ella, como algo totalmente normal, sin celos, sin machismo o algo que ya se esperaba, pero como algo que se quería y que era totalmente consensuado.

Disfrute mucho de otros personajes que aparecieron en la historia y ojalá haya algún libro sobre ellos, me gustaría saber más de su historia y lo que han vivido/viven.

Amo saber que ellos se quieren tanto y que su relación vaya más allá de tener una relación con la misma persona.

My parte favorita: Leroy dramático y el casino, no voy a decir más de este segundo porque sería spoiler.


Este libro vi que lo pusieron como dark romance y aunque tiene ese sexuales un poquito rudas, ni de cerca lo metería a tal categoría. Si quieren leerlo, háganlo sin miedo.

This is a continuation of book one Russian Roulette. While things do pick up a bit as there is more traction to the story things are still rather loosey goosey.

Jade is in a somewhat better situation and while not always thinking things through at least she has a few answers to what’s happening.

The guys are having some conflict as to which one she’s supposed to be with. Jade is standing her ground and saying she doesn’t want to choose and be the one responsible for breaking up the guys.

Things still feel like it’s a late-night B movie where the more ridiculous scenarios are the norm. These three books could have been condensed into one book. I am stopping at book two as there just isn’t enough to keep my interest with this rather drawn out read.

This is a case of too many things spoiling the story. More research needed to be done for any of this to have some semblance of believability. I can suspend my belief but there comes a point where your brain says enough and my brain has had it.

This is the second book in the Sin City Kings series and it continues to follow Jade, Seven, Kit and Vulcan. Now that they have located Natasha, they convince her and Eva to work with them. The Russians have found Jade and Natasha and they are trying to stay out of their crosshairs while working on their scheme. There is a lot of action in this book, although there are parts where things stalled a bit and it took some concentration to get through them, some drama between the four of them as they figure out their new relationship and some steam, but not a lot. This is a unique series that has caught my interest with some over the top situations that although are hard to believe, keep the story on the lighter side.

Great read

Review for the duet,

Nice read and easy to follow the plot and the various characters. Dual POV which is a favourite of mine.

I would say this is probably a fast burn in regards of the relationships, feelings and sexy times , maybe a touch of insta love/lust.

All three men Seven, Kit and Valcan brought something different and Jade, she was awsome, not often we get hackers that are women, so was a nice chamge.

Now,.if I was going to pick up in anything it's this, Jade wasn't the real name of our fmc and we never learn it. It's mentioned in book one and in book two about the guys (not finding licence)
I just thought as the men opened up about their pasts made would too ...

OMG! Wow, this was another phenomenal book, the emotional story has you guessing the trials, tribulation, twist and turns, suspense, mystery, fear, enemies, trauma, and when her men move in together their romance, passion, and pleasure keep them all happy and loving. Natasha and Jade they play the slot machines in one of the Casino in Las Vegas to see if the mashine Jade hacked, then Igor turns up to kill the females, was he following them. This was such a fantastic story it end on a cliffhanger again and I cannot wait for the next book.

Holy Hannah.. what did I just read? Another cliffhanger… and what a doozy!!!!

Once again I was hard pressed to put down the book. Jade is amazing … goals I tell you. Leroy is the perfect friend to all … a big brother involved in all of the goings on with them.

Steam level … off the charts this time… I mean 🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥

Seven learns to share…. Vulcan likes to control 🥵 and Kit comes out to play.

Jade does her thing and the guys agree to back her up. Friendships are made … casinos are played and the new year rolls in.

What could possibly come next???.

Heather Carmel wraps up the reverse harem story but then right at the end drops a cliffhanger about one of the side characters. The cliffhanger in the first book was bad enough but I could at least understand having that one because it was one story over two books. This cliffhanger puts this series in the just not worth reading class for me. The main tale is a fun reverse harem story that stands on its own but I don’t like the feeling that I am being manipulated by the constant cliffhangers. If you are not put off by them then you might like these books. Or you could just skip the last few pages.

This was such a captivating second book in the Sin City Kings series. I am just so in love with Kit, Seven, and Vulcan. I enjoyed that we get a good story and background to our boys and not just the sexy times, ya know. The boys stunt on Christmas Eve was just masterful 🤭. This book kept me hooked, I could not put it down. Heather Carmel is a new author for me but I will be eagerly awaiting more of her books. I really need to know what becomes of Natasha!!.

“Together, we’ve made this one and by God, I won’t be the one to tear it apart.” Great ending to this quartet’s story, loved how the men risk everything to protect Jade. Also enjoyed Natasha’s story as well as Eva, maybe their own stories will be available in the future. The men have a fair bit to work through with their pasts, especially Vulcan, but they all understand and complement each other so well. Looking forward to reading more from this author in the future!

Double Or Nothing is book 2 in the Sin City Kings series and picks up Vulcan, Seven, Kit and Jades story from Russian Roulette. The battle with the russians to find Jade is still raging and the guys will stop at nothing. Double Or Nothing is every bit as exciting, intense and full of action as Roulette is and these characters take us on one heckuva journey.

The plot and characters are consistent in this book 2 of the series. It is surprising that the Russian mob and the Vegas one was not able to find Jade when she wasn't exactly taking extra precautions. The relationship between all of them continues to grow and they have all come to an agreement. Still interesting.

The heist! The heat!

What a double thrill I got from this book! Jade the hacker hits Vegas with a plan, and three of the town's hottest male stars back her up. They have her back with the high-stakes casino scam, and against the Russian mafia. They have HER (and she has all of them) in the sexiest, hottest, most loving ménage that ever scorched my e-reader. This is a voluntary (and utterly blown away) ARC review, and my solemn pledge to read the next book.

This is the second book in the Sin City King series, I’ve got to say I really liked the storyline. I thought it was strong but I kept losing interest like I did with the first book in the series . I’m glad I finished it but I had to give it a 3 because I kept losing interest. I think this series just isnt for me.

This is not a stand-alone but Book 2 in the Sin City Kings duet.

Great storyline and characters ! Jade is a favorite heroine resourceful , snarky and oh so smart. She is perfect for Seven , Kit and Vulcan who are so protective , supportive and oozing chemistry!

This book is a continuation of Kit, Seven, Vulcan and Jade's story from Russian Roulette. Jade is hiding out at Kit's place but the Russians are still after her and Natasha. The men all want to keep Jade safe but she needs to find Natasha and pull off the heist. Jade refuses to choose between the men so what will they do?

Okay, it's getting better; the writing is improving, and the character and chemistry are improving. I just don't think I like the actual plot of the book. The casinos and video game slots? I am also not sure how I feel about Natasha; when I read RH, I like there to be one FMC, and Natasha seems to have too big of a character in this series; I don't like it. I am not sure if I will read the third book.

Book 2 brings us us closer to finding the Russians. Jade and her men and their crazy mission just got crazier. I love that we get to dig deeper into the men and how they would do anything for Jade, even die for her. Vulcan’s crazy is shown more on book 2, Kit is so just Kit and Seven always has something up his sleeve.

Book 2 in the Sin City Kings series and the story is getting better. There is steam, action, some twists, and drama. But the story, like in book 1, could have been told in much fewer words. I would like to see more from this author, but this was just an OK read for me.

The immediate continuation of the first book in the series and let me say it did not disappoint.

With the continuation of the intelligent hacker, Jade and her three completely obsessed men, what could go wrong? However, now we start getting introduced to the deadly Russians and the story starts to unfold more.

I loved this and it finally for into the conflict. I feel like it was a bit dragged out though, and I started getting bored somewhere in between so it made it hard to read at the end. I would totally recommend it though if you read the first book.
